We love Elite Pet Resort. We have 2 dogs, one is still under 1 year old & we love that he gets so worn out the days he goes. The pups cannot wait to get through the door when we arrive so they can see the staff & other pups. We bring both dogs 1-2 times a week for daycare. They’re also groomed at Elite Pet Resort & always look gorgeous.

I just picked up my boy Tucker and he looks great! He was groomed by Brianna (I hope I spelled that right) and she did awesome! I don’t have to drive far for his grooming now :) will definitely be back with her and maybe try out the daycare as well.

I am the mom who cries when I can’t take my dog on vacation, but after taking Athena for daycare for the day to see what she thought of Elite, we have decided to take her for the day some days just for fun so she can play with her friends. Now when I HAVE to board her I know she is having a blast and living her best life. For a mom who can be super sensitive, this place has become special to us. Thank you for loving my girl and for the photos for us moms who feel guilty. It assures us they are having the time of their lives ♥️

We brought our dog here for an entire week in October. I was able to see pictures of my pooch on their facebook page daily. I would also call and check in. Jill is extra extra great with your furry ones. For me it was like taking my kid to school for their 1st day and I had more anxiety than my dog. Jill is really patient and eases the separation of dog and owner so that it is not traumatic. : ) I recommend this resort. Clean. the set-up is good. i like the location.

I cannot Thank them enough, & they are absolutely AMAZING!!! I adopted a small dog from BAC, she was in terrible shape.Matted,filthy,stinky... They got her right in, even though they were really busy. In a few hours she was Gorgeous!!! Sweet,wonderful ladies with huge hearts ♥️! I'm so glad I was referred to them. THANKS AGAIN LADIES 🤩🤩!! You're the best 😇😁!!

The employees are outstanding! Everyone works very hard to satisfy their many clients. Our Aussie, Jasper, loves it here! He gets so excited when he realizes where he is going. He plays all day and is pooped when he gets home. But he's happy!

I brought my dog in today for her boarding evaluation, and I can already tell that she loved it since she fell asleep very shortly after getting home. She always loves to play with other dogs, and this place has a bunch of different things for them to do just that. The staff was very nice and gave me an update about her as soon as I walked in and answered the few questions I had even while being busy. I also love that they post pictures and videos of them playing to their Facebook page. It helps a lot to be able to see her. I hate boarding my pup, but I think I found just the place to make it easier for me and her when I have to do it.

Very easy drop-off and pickup. The staff seemed to very much enjoy all the dogs. Their website says your dog may be returned dirty and my goofy boy did. That means he had a great time. A dirty dog is a happy dog.

To say I love Elite Pet Resort would be an understatement. They are incredible at what they do. The staff genuinely cares about all the dogs that come through their doors whether it’s for day care, grooming, or boarding. My dog is extremely playful and it brings be so much comfort that he gets played with and loved on, and then comes home tired every time I take him. He is always so excited when we get there and he loves the staff too, which says something. I also love that they post pictures of the pets so I can check on my dog everyday. I highly recommend Elite Pet Resort and the owner is amazing!

I should have had a clue there would be issues when I arrived for my scheduled appointment and the lady had no idea why I was there. Even though I told her I was there to drop off for a grooming she seemed to think I was dropping off for boarding and told me she didn’t have me scheduled. After explaining again I had scheduled for grooming not boarding she finally found my reservation. That settled I explained what I wanted and showed her several pictures of previous grooms as examples of what I was looking for. I even pointed out how short I wanted the tummy shaved on an example board that she had by the register.I was horrified when I picked my Pomeranian up to find that she had shaved the ENTIRE dog to the very short length I had requested for the tummy! As an experienced groomer she should have known you do not shave poms short like that as it may not ever grow back right. Since the dog was not shaved that alone should have had her questioning and double checking but no- she just shaved a gorgeous long haired dog nearly bald. Even though she knew she had royally screwed up and could tell I was extremely upset she still charged the full price for this disaster of a groom.My dog also came down with kennel cough a week latter.

We have visited Elite Pet Resort for grooming purposes twice now and have had a GREAT experiences both times. The facility is always clean, the employees are always more than friendly, and my dogs are always happy.Most importantly the staff has handled my German Shepherd with care and compassion and describe him as a good boy when other facilities have turned him away for his rambunctious behaviors in the past. Definitely would recommend!

Absolutely wonderful! My dog, Maverick, has been for grooming as well as a 2 night stay of boarding while we were out of town. This is a top notch facility that really caters to your pets. It is very clean and the employees are so nice. We will definitely be using them again and again!

I own two pugs that can’t always travel with us. Elite has been great taking care of them. We always have piece of mind when we have to go away and know our pups are in good hands. They are always extremely excited when we drop them off and rush into the door. Thanks Elite!!!

My pup and family loves this place! He has such horrible anxiety and this is his happy place. They post photos of your fur babies daily so while you are out of town you don’t have to stress. Staff is always kinds… Love love love!

This facility is outstanding! We left our two month old puppy over the New Year holiday and she was well taken care of. They actively post videos and pictures so you're able to virtually drop-in and see how they're doing. I had peace of mind knowing that our fur baby was in great hands! I highly recommend Elite Pet Resort to anyone needing a doggy daycare or overnight facility!

My lab is so happy to stay at Elite Pet Resort. He can't wait to get inside. The owner is such an energetic & positive person. The dogs have so many interesting station to visit for play. Plus, pictures of your pet are posted on their Facebook page during the day. I highly recommend Elite Pet Resort. This is the only place I will board my dog when I travel.

They don't have the stuff together enough to house a intact male... Please. My review didn't need a response but thank you anyway. Stop trying to justify your inability. My intact male is intact for a reason. He gets along with EVERY dog and loves to play. So in your denial of my intact male when I called you, I wrote my review of a "policy" for intact dogs. There's no reason you can't have a certain area for these kind of dogs to keep them away from the others yet have a place to enjoy just as the others do. I was literally referred to you from a groomer. After telling that groomer about your policy, she took your business off her list. So yes, we'll gladly go somewhere else, but don't ever come at me for my opinion of your business just because you want to save face.

Very nice and clean environment. As I entered Inwas happy that my wife had opted for me to bring out dog here. The aroma of the place was one of cleanliness and comfort. The check in process was simple and well explained. My Dog was comfortable with the front desk clerk. So I know everything will go well. Now Waiting for the call to come and pick him up.

I wish I could rate higher than this. Elite pet resort is AMAZING! My dog is shy and afraid of new people so meeting a new groomer can be difficult. They made sure to make her comfortable and ensure she was well taken care of!! I am so happy with the grooming job they did on her and how kind the people are. They're who we'll be using from now on! ❤❤
