I live in Lumberton and quit using CVS there in a while. But when I walked in your Beaumont store by 11st. I was greeted as I walked in by the sweetest young girl. She helped me pull up my old CVS acct. for savings. I had 2 prescriptions filled. There were 3 women working and I stood and stood. I asked one is it to late to drop off a prescription from the hospital. She said quickly no! But never waited on me the. The other was at the window and when she got finished I thought she’d help me. I waited a lil bit longer and I assume it was the pharmacist that. waited on me. She seen it through and it was done in no time. Overall it was a good experience. The animosity the 2 ladies in the pharmacy was purely known .i felt bad for her.

If I could give them 0 stars I would the pharmacist was very unprofessional she kept switching the time of when the medicine would be done then she didn’t tell the right time they lunch break started so we had to keep coming back and fourth to the store so my boyfriend just sat and waited in the drive through because his tire popped on the way up there so to avoid popping the tire completely( he have non flat bmw tires ) the store called the police on him without coming out to ask question nor did the pharmacist let them know he was waiting for medicine Luckily the police officer was a nice gentleman he spoke with my boyfriend and let him stay in the pharmacist line until they opened back up !

The pharmacist on duty today (10/28/2022) was very rude. My doctor sent a prescription over for a 3 month supply of one of my meds. My husband picked it up not realizing they only gave me one month's worth. When I spoke to the pharmacist about receiving the rest of my medication he told me he didn't have any in stocks with no offer to place an order until a I asked. I asked him if he know why only 1 month was ordered when the script said 3 months. He the said, " I could have given you NONE!!" HOW DARE YOU!!THE ONLY REASON THEY GOT A 2 IS BECAUSE I CANT GIVE A 5 TO THE LEAD TECH, DANA, WHO IS AMAZING, WITHOUT IT LOOKING LIKE I AM GIVING THE PHARMACIST A 5. HE RECEIVES A ZERO.

This pharmacy has the worst customer service and is the slowest in filling prescriptions. I was told to give them an hour to fill my husband’s prescription, and the next day it was still not ready. I need to give them another hour. I complete the survey every time after picking up my prescriptions, and it’s always the same lousy service, different staff. They definitely need customer service etiquette and time management training.

I never write reviews, but this hopefully will steer others clear. This pharmacy is a disgrace. It wasn’t one visit to form my opinion, rather multiple attempts at giving it another chance. The people are typically rude at best. Refilled prescriptions have not once been ready (even with several days wait time). Dropped by a new script and with two hours until closing she said it wasn’t enough time left in the day to have it filled that day.

I chose CVS for my covid booster because scheduling was easy and I had a preferred date to get my shot. I decided on getting my flu shot at the same time (I've never had flu shot side effects). The pharmacists discussed possible side effects with me, though it is safe to have them together. They wanted to be sure I knew and I appreciate it. The pharmacist who administered my shots was very kind and mindful after I let him know I have a bit of a needle phobia. I'll be back for next year's shot(s).Side note, side effects this time were milder than my 2nd pfizer ~8 months ago. 😁🤘

Absolutely disgusted with the way they treat their customers. Their prices are higher, their wait times are horrendous! If I call it takes 30 minutes to get someone on the phone. They have the rudest attitude towards customers. If they hate their jobs so much they need to find new ones. That or CVS needs to learn to treat their employees better. That way their employees can treat their customers better.

The day before thanksgiving. My dr calls and leaves my prescription on their voicemail.Upon checking with the pharmacy, they claim not to have my prescription. I come back after several hours. Still no prescription. I tell them it was left on voicemail. “Ok. Let me check that.” ... “ok. We have your prescription. It’ll take us 15 minutes to fill.” Ok. But do they always expect the patient have these kinds of details? What if I hadn’t been told it was left on voicemail? I would have been out of my medication and in pain for the entire holiday weekend.I tell her I’ll wait around in the store waiting for my prescription, because I live outside of a 15-minute drive radius from the pharmacy. I walk around the store, purchase a few things and come back after 30 minutes. “Your prescription is not quite ready yet.” Strange. They didn’t seem overly busy. There was no one else waiting when I got there, and I only counted 2 vehicles in the drive-through. You’d think they would prioritize someone waiting. That’s when I hear her yell out “I need this proscription filled.” So... they hadn’t even started working on it when I walked away, even though I told her I’m in the store waiting. It takes another hour before I walk out of the store.Clearly, these people expect patients to be micromanagers, standing over them, prompting them to do their jobs. Not for me.

If I could do negative 5 stars I would! I dropped my prescription off last night and was told it would be ready in an hour for a certain price. I go back an hour later and was greeted by a snooty worker who had no clue about the prescription I wanted filled. Come to find out they had to order an ingredient for my medicine so I could come back tomorrow and pick it up. I arrive there today for my prescription and I expierienced another worker who had no clue what I was talking about. Once I gave her details she needed another 15 minutes to finally make the medicine. So by then I'm ready to be done I just wanted my medicine! I go back for my medicine and then I'm quoted another price, one I wasn't planning to pay. They are super unorganized in that pharmacy and I'll save my myself the headache and try Walgreens next time!

I went to the store last week to pick my pictures the order was wrong I paid for them.Went back today because Heidi told to come and she would help reorder the pictures. When I explained why was there she it was not her I said you were the one and she refused and I have never had someone with such a bad attitude i will never go back to that store again.

This pharmacy should close down. Doctors call in prescriptions and they are never ready hours later. They look shocked to even see the prescription in the system. Went the other day, 3 ppl ahead of me came in to pickup meds and none of them were even pulled from the system and they rarely check voicemails. They have the nerve to close early on Sunday. The drive thru is broken and when I went inside, the associate had the audacity to vacuum right over us and then ask us to move. Like dude, wait til customers leave to do that. WHO IN THE ENTIRE HELL RUNS THIS LOCATION?

I went to go get my COVID test in the drive-thru. I wasn’t sure what to do, as I’ve never done anything at a drive-thru pharmacy before, so I pressed the “call button”. The pharmacist answered me with a nasty attitude, as if I was supposed to know what to do.

Had an appointment to get tested for Covid at 3, showed up early, no one was online thought what luck. Lol 3:15 still haven’t even been handed the test, over a 20 minute wait with literally no one else in line. Why offer an appointment if you can’t keep them?

Most disgusting CVS I have ever stepped foot in! Came in just to get a few snacks, and saw a RAT ON THE FOOD ISLE! Walked out as soon as I saw it, most revolting experience. Who knows how many more are were that came from!! Will not be shopping here ever again, and neither will my family! Disgusting!!!

The worst pharmacy ever. Their service is terrible. They won't give you medicine even your insurance cover it. Their activities are fishy. They will give you wrong medicine. We should sue this pharmacy for their service and behavior towards customer.

Provided the wrong medication multiple of time leave you on hold for hours and after a week of keep calling to see if meds have been filled they still was not filled and they were sent electronically multiple times and tonight still nothing! This location is always behind and never have a clue of what we are talking about as if they wasn’t trained. Something needs to be done

Never have proper staff. The staff they do have is rude and makes it very evident that they really don't care if you get your prescription or not. I've even tried to pickup and they were closed because they didn't have a pharmacist.

I just had a racial profiling against me by the cashier, I walked in the store with my backpack and she asked me to leave it at front desk. I have been coming into this store since August and never had this issue before. She claims it's the manager's rule. I will not be shopping here again. I will be calling corporate headquarters and make a complaint.
