I called and informed the groomer all of my concerns and was given an appointment and given a price range for the following week. We my daughter brought him home from the groomers his face was uneven and they only clipped his nail without filling them (they are super sharp). I called to inform them of my issues and I was told that he’s a puppy. He has been groomed several times with no problems. I will not recommend this groomer nor will I go back

I love coming here! After pickinf up my pup, my dog smells clean, looks clean, and is a happy pup! No problems at all. Prices are reasonable. Location is a plus since it's close to me. I love it, my dog loves it. Thank you!!!!

I was referred to this place by a friend who previously lived in the area. Upon walking in the establishment, it's fairly nice. Most of the items they have at the shop are probably all at Petco and PM. The staff wasn't very friendly- but not necessarily rude either. The grooming was fair. We have a Westie that grows hair quickly- like most. Summer was coming up and we asked for a traditional Westie cut with a little more trimming around his skirt, but not too short. We pick him up that afternoon and it looked like they trimmed a little around his face and shaved his back. We have paid less and have had much better performances by many groomers. We're not sour- but we will look for another groomer the next time.

Have used them for years. Kelly is the best. The only place I’ve ever used where my girl’s nails are not only trimmed but filed and smooth. Best in town.

I love this place. My puppy is a bit fidgety but the staff always assures me he will get better. They do a really good job and if I don't know anything...I know these ladies LOVE pets!!!

They are wonderful! I took my Mercy to get groomed and they did a great job and took wonderful care of my baby! I would highly recommend them.

Disappointed. Just heard about this place so I drove here. Upon arrival Door States " By Appointment Only ". Not convenient for just anyone driving through town.
