Totally useless help. Called numerous times to check and see if they had a item in stock and they put you on hold and don’t come back to the phone.Even gave them the sku numbers and it was still to much for the employees to handle.They don’t deserve one star.

No help ever! I asked the cashier if they sold something and she pointed! No words, just pointed. Cashier Alexandra could have cared less about anything. No hello, no have a good day, kiss it nothing. Handed me a crumpled reciept.It's a shame because the store is good and has variety, but service has always sucked! Management needs to step up or step out!Only 2 employees in the store.

OTR Driver. Delivered here, nice folks, unloading and check-in good. If coming off I-10 unto Garth Road, you will note that that the truck entrance driveway is the 2nd driveway entrance however it is blocked from a left turn by a concrete median. Go just next road on right Santavy and turn around at the dock area of Kroger store, or likewise and you can go back to light take left and immediate right and enter the truck driveway entrance. This driveway entrance takes you around to back where you'll be set up correctly for dock. ovnp yes allowed on side of store away from dock.

Tractor Supply is one of my favorite stores. Reminds me of old time feed stores and old time hardware stores wrapped into one. Oh and throw in clothes, boots, and toys for the kids too!

Would’ve gotten five stars if I have only dealt with Elisha, I had a return to make for a power cord, Elisha was very helpful because I lost me receipt and he went out of his way to find my purchase in the system so he could get me my money back! Model employee and deserves a raise as far as I’m concerned. He really makes y’all’s store look very good!

Just had a pleasant experience at this location! I was promptly greeted by Joshua who recommended a product to me. He offered to carry the 40lb bag to the cashier and to my car as well. His kindness and professionalism were a breath of fresh air ☺

I stopped by to grab some dog food and went through the greenhouse as I had picked up a new hobby and thought I would look at what tractor supply had to offer. Saw some cool stuff but to my horror....no less the 30 plants, mostly the knockout roses, where dieing of neglect. Now I'm new to the plant thing, but I do know the knockout roses are very resilient , so all those to be on deaths door is unconscionable. This needs to be addressed with more than a reply of "Thank you for your comment and we will address this with our team."

This is my go to store for most of my animals needs. I do curbside and have never had a problem other than some products are out of stock. Very friendly service and the store is well run. Always a pleasure to shop here.

Hands down best experience I've ever had while buying dog food!! Everyone was so helpful and a man even refused to allow me to load the 52 lbs bag I bought alone!! Definitely will be back soon!!

I just wanted to tell you about my experience. I ordered 4 truck boxes and had them shipped to the store. I drove across town to pick them up. Kayla was the person that helped me. When She brought them out it was noticed that one of them was damaged beyond use.This should have been caught by the shipping and receiving team before I was contacted to come pick them up. Instead of making me return it and order a new one, This would be financial burden to me as I would have to out lay more money and wait for my money to be refunded to my card. Then wait for another one to be shipped. She leaped into action and found me an in store replacement. She's Awesome. This is how customer service should work. If you want good service. ask for Kayla when you go in!!!

We always buy all our food and supply for our farm at tractor supply on Garth in Baytown and until today our experience shopping here has been great. We were really disappointed when the lady at the cash register today August 30th at 9:35am was so rude when we try to enter our loyalty phone number. Her bad attitude was so obvious that even the other employee there told her "you dont need to be rude" and she told him " mind your own business". That was my experience today at tractor supply 😔very sad it never happened before.

It consistently takes forever to check out. This morning we had hopes of beating the crowds but the cashiers login did not work on the registers. The managerwas the only other person working and couldn’t come assist until she finished what she was working on - which was checking by in a trailer. I’m sorry , but I think the five minutes to help him would have been fine better spent.

Our local tractor supply is chronically under staffed. There is usually one person on the register, one helping in the back and another getting stuff out of the yard, so the line gets backed up pretty frequently. The staff is great, and the store is pretty much always well stocked with feed and animal care supplies. I stop in pretty frequently.

I have been to several other Tractor Supplys, but this one had the best service! We were asked several times if we needed help or assistance. When my husband finally found what he had in mind, there were not any price tags on it nor the shelf. I took the item up front, where the cashier had a line so I saw someone behind a shelf. I did not realize she was literally behind it and trying to move it. I had started to speak then realized what she was doing and apologized for bothering her then went to find someone else. She called me and asked what I needed, and thinking she would call someone to help me I told her. She put down what she was doing and started scanning the items. There was a young man in the pet area and I had questions about flea treatments. He had the answers. What I bought is amazing!!

Yesterday I took my kids to TSC to get food for our pets. My daughter just turned 4 Monday, so naturally she's been telling everyone that it was her birthday. The lady at the check out had on a sign that said it's my birthday, and money clipped to it that apparently was from customers. When my daughter told her it was her birthday Monday she took a dollar off and gave it to my daughter. It made her entire day!!! She's still talking about it! What an amazing employee to represent your store! Customer service was outstanding! Thank you!

Just left the store. Went for propane to prepare for incoming cold weather. Asked cashier for assistance, she explained that the propane guy leaves in ten minutes. I explain that there is a line outside and others are waiting for propane ahead of me. Supposedly she’s on it. She’s trash and a liar. We waited outside in 38 degree temperature and no show. I went back in to inquire about his whereabouts. Oh I’m so sorry he actually left early. Trash at no point did anyone let us know. They said propane fillups stop at 4pm. The store sign not the propane sign have any indication of that. Bunch of worthless workers. I guess they’re glad to have a computer that tells them the correct change to give

Love the store, prices are fair and always have good products. But the customer service desk is crap. The girl with black hair and blond highlights is RUDE and NOT helpful and the others just stood there. If you need something.. Ask one of the isle clerks, when you can find them, far more helpful

Horrible horrible service! I placed an order on line, when I came to pick it up they only had one of two things I needed. I waited 50 minutes before they even brought my Purchases through the side gate. I did go inside once and asked will someone be out there bringing my items. Then I had to call over the phone and asked to speak to the manager to let them know they have not made it out to the side gate. That call was made 45 minutes after my purchase. When somebody finally came, they told me they only had one of the items I needed and offered to refund the other one. When I came in to do the refund the manager on duty was completely irritated and annoyed by me asking if we could hurry because I needed to get back to work. This was not a pleasant exchange, I doubt I will be doing business here again. If I do and the service changes I will change my rating accordingly.

Best place to get Taste of the Wild dog food. Ive never had a bad experience at any of the stores. They always accept my GSD and me. No questions asked. Great environment for pet care and trailer parts when I need them.

Okay, where do I start? The team at this location are absolutely amazing! We had a very large order that needed to be placed for our business, and the manager April (and Hunter) went above and beyond to get us the product that we needed in a short amount of time. Highly recommend shopping at the Baytown location! Thank yall so much for everything!
