We are new to Baytown, TX and needed to board our pooch. What a gem we have found at Town & Country! We love it here for our doodle and they really seem to care about him. They have great space and awesome add on services like treats, baths, playtime, cuddles and grooming. One thing I wish they had was the ability for owners to view during the pets stay (like a camera in the kennel). Great prices too. Thank you!

I am so disappointed and upset. My husband and me took our Cavalier 8 month old pup in yesterday for a bath and nails (that is all). We come to find out the feathering on his paws were cut, which is a distinct feature of the breed. after just starting to grow in nicely. We did NOT ask for any cutting or grooming and honestly we should have been called prior if there was a need. I called today and spoke to the lady that she did under the paws and cleaned them out .. by the pictures attached you can see the cuts and the tops were all trimmed and cut off also. His paw is sensitive now. We did NOT ask for anything to be dug out of his paws and should have been called if an issue was seen. The hairs between the paw pads under the foot help to prevent prickles etc from puncturing the foot. Now that has all been cut and trimmed back. Be careful >> we did NOT ask for grooming so take at your risk because they get groomed no matter what is asked for. Extremely upset 😢 😠. The hair also helps them not to get burnt feet in this heat! I would the owner to contact me and implement this as a policy … no grooming unless owner is called and need is shown especially when NOT asked for.Yes, we booked our other pup for GROOMING but did NOT book Rocco for Grooming and only bath and nails and detangle …. HUGE difference because Roxy needed it all over but Rocco did not require any besides detangled on his chest .. which has nothing to do with his paws. Bottomline: if any question - I should have been called! No call until time to pick up. Yes, our other pup Roxy we scheduled and asked for GROOMING all over and cut although with Rocco we did NOT and scheduled for bath and nails and detangle on his chest only, which has nothing to do with his paws. One pup was scheduled for grooming while this one was NOT! Bottomline: if there are any questions, I should have received a call before if issues were noticed. The only call I got was when he was done for pick up. The pictures show the length and cut marks of his paws.. because some was done while other were not. An accepting responsibility and and apology would have been a better way to handle this situation instead of denying it. The feathering does not grow in a straight line like the cut hairs shows. Grooming no matter what the owner schedule!

I've always used a place in Galveston till I found them. Location is great. Young lady is great with dogs, so good that she takes my rottweiler and handles him like her own and he minds. I will continue to use them as long as they are there. Thank yall for taking care of my babies.

My dog Cass loves staying here. We have been using their services for about five years. They have many amenities they offer your dog and all at a very reasonable price. I definitely recommend them if you live near the Baytown area.

Great staff and lots of interaction...AND they groomed Scooter also. His owner just passed recently so we had to board him for the out of town service. He was glad to be at home but he has stayed with T&C on numerous occasions

They took very good care of my Black Lab while we were on vacation. He usually does not like to be around anyone but family. He did very well there. We will be using their services again in the future.

The DIY dog wash machine is broken. Just lost $10 in it, no soap was dispensed. The tub overflowed onto the floor and my feet, the owner obviously care about maintaining their stuff anymore!

Best place ever. It is a home away from home for your babies. They treat your baby like their own. It is kept clean and my Bruizer loves it. They have play time and pool time for your baby. Won't take my 155 lb rotti anywhere else.

We had used this facility several times through the years with no complaints. On the weekend of July 4th 2016 we arrived to pick up our dogs. We found our lab in severe shape. He was severely dehydrated and very weak. We rushed him to the vet where he no longer could walk. He was suffering from a heat stroke. He has since passed away due to the complications of this incident. We are very saddened by this because we had trusted this facility and we're let down tremendously. We feel this incident could have been avoided by a simple phone call, to let us know he needed medical attention. Or even possibly a separate kennel. Something so simple could have prevented this incident completely. Also vet expenses totaled to $4000 dollars. Not only do we have a large vet bill but we have also lost our handsome boy.

Perfect place. Secure indoor/outdoor kennels. Many, many, options available. Repeat customer. Friendly staff. 5 stars and above. UPDATE: several years later, still going here. The best staff around for sure.

My Reeses was missing two shots and I understand the importance of this issue. My problem was the worker: She was neither friendly nor helpful. I ended up calling another facility and the owner found that one of the immunizations was included in a combo shot, of which was up to date. She walked me through finding the other vac which was actually an oral solution. I'm glad the worker was rude: I found a place that I will frequent often.UpdateRe: your inquiry of "if I have the correct establishment."You know well I have the correct establishment: Nonetheless, this is testament of your mediocre service and/or  preferential service to specific customers. Your covert attempt of denying the incident instead of being accountable is further reason for the rating and explanation of. From the moment the worker unlocked the door she was rude, unfriendly, and definitely not inviting. Had I not needed boarding on that day, I would have lectureed her on customer service and etiquettes before leaving. Yet I tried to meet all requirements so Reeses could stay. In the end, maybe it was better that she did not. Lastly, I had to  rearrange my entire morning schedule and almost missed my  flight due to this incident - so yeah I have the correct establishment.

Town and Country is a wonderful place. I have boarded my dog here before and they did a wonderful job taking care of him... they also groom my 10 year old papillon and have been doing so for all of her life! Would highly recommend them to anyone!

Town & Country is an awesome place to bring your pup for either boarding when you go on vacation or for a quick bath/groom.Very professional and knowledgeable, courteous and welcoming!Audrey and her family will absolutely put your mind at ease.I've been bringing my senior dog (with various feeding restrictions /medical needs) there for quite a while now and she can't wait to get out of the car.She also doesn't seem like she wants to leave when I come to pick her up.This is by no means a fancy doggie hotel, but a clean grooming and boarding kennel set up with the necessities to take care of your animal.So for all the doggy mom's out there that need a fancy pool (they do have a kiddy pool btw) TV and whatever other "amenities" you think your humanized pet might enjoy, this is not a place for you.They recently added a DYI doggie wash. I gotta check it out soon. I think it's $10.Thumbs up for Audrey and her crew!I love you guys!

The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they don't groom larger dogs and their self serve dog wash building is way to hot in the summer. Besides that we have only used the self serve building and the bath is pretty awesome, it has everything you need and its only $10!

Two of our dogs got attacked. One is no longer acting the same and we are now having to take her to the vet. Will never use them again and will urge others to never use them again.When asked about the dog bites they had no clue that it had even happened!!!

I used this wonderful place for grooming and boarding. I had to move 75 miles away and though I’ve found a groomer and a boarding facility, I really miss these people.
