I have been using Petco for 8 yrs and I trusted them up until my last 3 to 4 visits. Petco has gone downhill really fast. No customer satisfaction on the grooming staff and have been considering going elsewhere. Immediate attention needs to improve the service and staff and taking not only the pets needs but the patrons that care for them.

The services was good although it only lasted a few days. Too expensive for this. Maybe it's a young female shepherd thing because she's back to stinking

We needed our 3 dog's nails trimmed. Two of them are very calm and well-behaved. One is the opposite. He doesn't like to have his nails touched. He screams & fights. I wish I knew the Tech's names who cut their nails because they were Awesome! They held him & fought with him until the job was done, lol. All this while keeping a smile on their faces and a wonderful sense of humor. They deserve a raise. I wish I could have afforded a bigger tip because they deserved more. Thanks so much to those two!

My dogs are a handful. I use the grooming services to trim and buff their nails because like I said before they are rambunctious pitties full of energy. They won't sit still long enough for me to trim their nails. I feel I wouldn't be able to do it safely. Petco has been able to accommodate their needs everytime we use them and ensures it is done safely

Toby required a bath with shampoo for dogs with sensitive skin, a deep coat de-shedding and to be trimmed on his paws and under his belly. He received all that and looked/smelled wonderful. The care he received was very noticeable!

Evveryone is always so very pleasant. Since we are coming from Channelview and the Bridge problem, we see to get there early/ . Lulu is always taken with a smile and say it is no problem. Our last visit she was a mess. She had been in a kennel for a week. She was muddy and very bad breath. When I picked her up she was my sweet Lulu and smelled so good.

The Tech, I believe her name is Lilli was amazing. This was our pets first time & he is a rather large dog. She took special care and patience with him!

Not at all what I wanted, my maltese looked the same as when I brought her but she was bathed and had her nails clipped. She is always short hair cut but they charged me for a long haircut and didn't even cut it much at all. And the icing on the cake was that she was sick for over a day and kept rubbing her butt on the floor and whinny and she wouldn't eat. I will stay with Petsmart.

They were great with our baby. It was her first time and she was very nervous. They would have gotten a 10, but they didn't trim her tail and it really needed it.

First time I took my dog there for a bath and nail trim. When I picked him up, he was scratching alot. Turns out, we got him back with fleas. I wouldn't go there again.

The groomer that cut my dog she didn't do what I said. I ask her to trim my dog legs and she cut all his hair off his legs and when i asked her about it it's like she didn't even care and walked off
