This is the best Pet Store in town great prices and great customer service. Daniel went out of his way to help me get the perfect aquarium and fish for my son. He was there every step of the way and never lost patience despite my cluelessness. Thanks to Daniel my son is very happy with his fish. We will definitely be returning.

There is this guy named Daniel who blew my mind with his knowledge. We were asking about allergies, and he said try something besides chicken. Recommended Redford salmon, and it worked no tear stains anymore. Everyone is really friendly and it's small and personable. I love their rewards program, too. This is what customer service should look like. Even the manager is hands-on. It's a great place if you love your furbabies and your not so furry babies.

We went in to just look at all the animals. Daniel let us touch and hold lots of different animals. He was incredible! He took is time and taught us so much. He was so patient with my niece and encouraging to her. I had to make her leave and she is already begging to go back!

The staff is always so helpful and they give good ear rubs to both my babies! The grooming department is OUTSTANDING! Caitie is by far the best with my Goldendoodle! I would not take her anywhere else.

I brought my dogs in for grooming yesterday. I am beyond please with how cute they look. Katie groomed both of my dogs and she was so nice and polite to my fur babies. They look so adorable. I told her how I wanted my dogs to look and she did exactly what I asked. I reccomend Katie at this location for dog grooming.

Love the pet bath stations!They have 2 different size stations to accommodate small & large dogs. We have a Pug & a Great Dane, and they both do really well. There is also a selection of shampoos and basic towels provided, but we usually bring our own.The worst thing about it is that sometimes, the previous humans do not clean up their messes, i.e., hair, dirt, etc.

Paid $28 to bathe my 2 dogs. 2 of the 3 bath stations had faucets that don’t work. And the vacuum next to the one working faucet was broken so that the attachment wouldn’t stay on the hose. There was a ton of dog hair in the drains and not enough towels. I told the front staff and they said, “ok.” They didn’t apologize, didn’t say they would get it fixed, didn’t offer a punch card for the baths….nothing. Clearly the staff didn’t care because the manager and owners don’t care. I won’t be back. I just wish I took pics to add to this post.

I've been shopping here since the store first opened and I've always loved it. Lately this place has gone downhill. When they first opened the employees were so friendly and would even INSIST on helping me to my car so I wouldn't have to carry my large bag of food with my little baby. But now this place is ghetto. The employees are awful. Today I went to redeem my reward for buying 10 bags of food get the 11th free. The employee who was apparently the manager just said she wasn't going to take it. She wouldn't scan it or try at all whatsoever. I told her I don't understand why she wouldn't honor the coupon (from their site) when I could just use it online and pick it up curbside. She seemed to not believe me and told me to go ahead. So I did. Meanwhile the other employee had a half smoked cigarette butt in his mouth which he placed on the counter after a while. Talk about disgusting and smelled awful. Crazy that would happen with the manager standing right by you. I usually like supporting small buisnessness but I'd rather buy from chewy if this is the case.

I know most reviews here are good, but I had a bad experience when I took my goldendoodle to get groomed. I asked for a specific haircut and after 6 long hours, my dog's haircut was uneven and he looked more like a poodle. I was charged $140 dollars and they still asked for a tip. it seems that tips are now expected - tips are earned and should only be given if you are satisfied with the service.

The employees are really nice.I noticed it smells like cat urine as soon as I walked in. This is the first pet supplies plus that I've been into that smells. I've been in a few others that don't have an odor.

Arrived at Baytown Texas store at 8:15 pm. I needed to wash my two standard poodles. I was told the dog wash was closed. WTH? Your store is either open until 9pm or it's not? Which is it? As far as I'm concerned your store closes at 8pm. Your store is useless to me after 8pm. Stupid business practice. You've lost my business forever.

This place is great. They are always so nice and friendly. I had a question about bathing my labs, and the lady that does the dog grooming went above and beyond to explain what I needed and how to do it properly.

DO NOT BUY PARAKEETS FROM HERE!!!I bought a parakeet back in February and within 15 days it died. They have the policy to where if it dies in 15 days or less you get a free one. I got 3 birds that died within the 15 day mark. I have had my fourth one for a few months now and she is perfectly fine but it seemed a little suspicious of why 3 of my birds died within 15 days. At first i thought i was the problem but now i know im not now that my 4th one is still alive. Maybe there was some type of disease going on that was causing them to be sick but i don’t think birds just die like that. We haven’t been back since i’ve went and got the 4th one. There was one lady with blonde hair that was really sweet though.

Amazing !! My Husky Roxy is not use to being groomed so I usually get calls within the first 1hr of her getting groomed that she isnt doing well but I had no calls here! I was so happy with her out come . Thank you so much Alezier for taking care of her and being patient . She was very happy when we picked her up!

First of all lets address the prices issue this company does to match online and local retailers (literally on the front window)This is a locally owned store which supports local economy, I have never met a unfriendly employee @ this location . Not only is this a terrific atmosphere the working side is a much more professional and less stressful environment (from what I have been told )Also one of the best features is in fact location @146 and i10 rather than having to fight through garth road traffic.

One star because they wouldn't let me do no starsStore is ok prices kind of high but grooming department sucks big time don't answer phone make an appointment they not there at time of appointmentI do have to say the girl with the sleeve of tattoos is super nice and friendly so I really don't know where the disconnect is so must blame management. I wish I knew her name I would set her up in her own shop so she could have her own business
