This feed store has the best prices and service. It is dusty and smelly (live animals, you know!), but that just adds to the whole experience.They always steer you right, even when you don't know anything. They usually just tell me to wait a bit, and it'll turn out ok. I am learning patience.

Bought three chickens and was told they were all hens. 6 weeks later I notice one is a rooster. Instead of trying to give me a refund or at least help with the issue. All they said is that's your problem now. Shady people. Do not go here.

The People are so awesome that own this place and also very helpful and caring and sharing, I buy my fresh yard eggs from them and they are always fresh. I truly appreciate them..Have other items for your farm needs. 🚜

Excellent service, great prices and just a super place to get your pet supplies. AWESOME assortment and variety of Victor foods. Owners help rescues, understand the animals and know just what your pet needs. PLUS they really treat people nicely.

Been going here since I moved to Baytown in 2016. They have a great selection of Victors Dog Food. I have never had an issue at this place. They are very child friendly and will show your kids a bunny or kitten if they see that your kid is interested. My daughter pet her first rabbit here. They have some very friendly, clean, huge, and super chill Great Danes as shop dogs.I'm not sure about all their products, but they are not over priced on anything that I have had an interest in buying.They are 50/50 on having someone grab heavy items (big bags of dog food) for you. They will definitely help you out if you need it, but most of the time I just grab the bag myself cause there is no need for me to wait on someone to grab it for me.

I always go here for my whole corn that i mix for squirrels and birds,they will load it for ya! They have cats that are freindly! :-) Always patronize your mom and pop stores over the big box stores! Keep our small businesses up & running! :-) Only feed store I will ever need!

I stopped on impulse looking for cat food for a mama kitty and her kitten that have adopted my back patio. I was acknowledged quickly and shown their selection. I assumed a feed store might have 20lb bags at a more reasonable price than my regular stores, I was wrong. 4lb bags were $10, more than I choose to pay even with a soft heart for strays. The store smelled horrible and was immediately noticeable the second I opened the door. It is a farm/feed store after all, and even Tractor Supply smells somewhat "barn odory" but my impression was that the stalls needed mucking out. Quite possibly it's a great store for farmers and gardeners, so I can't give it a thumbs down, but it's not what I'm looking for.

Good store for all your animals needs whether they're big or small. There are tons of animals there to visit for your kids and all the food and items are relatively cheap. The owner is a good person and could tell you just about anything about caring for your pets

Employees have a ton of info on just about anything I've gone in there for from gardening, livestock, to helping clear the mud in my pond. Always have stuff in stock I cant find anywhere else. By far the best place to buy seed for a garden. They sell from bulk seed and at prices that'll make you wonder how companies that sell commercial seed packets sleep at night. Staff is always helpful, courteous and goes out of their way to take care of customers.

First year for me raising chickens, walked in clueless with a lot of questions. The ladies at the counter was so friendly and educated me on everything I needed to know, steroids I needed to take and suggested products I needed to get and how to use them. They called my order to the back and everything was loaded in my truck for me, they even told me how they placed it and tray they shut the door. I browsed the shop since I've never been there before and I can't wait to go back!!

They were helpful but I think most of the comments were made by there personal friends. It is an old fashion feed store. They had items I have not seen in 50 years or so. Map Quest has the location wrong by 200 yards.

Well actually I just went in to get some information about seeds planting they're quite friendly she give me an information I needed they don't really sell seeds like you do at Walmart or one of the other box stores they sell it in bulk but they were very helpful give me some good tips and even give me a crate to start my seeds in and while I was there I found out that they have real honey that's made in around the Baytown area it's not been processed other than that that's the best thing I can tell you. Was in there I do sell stuff like caps and it just an all-around feed store I thought it was a pretty cool store and it smells like a feed store when you go in there too I'm kind of laughing at that because normally stores don't smell like that all right thank you y'all have a blessed day and hope this information helps. Going to PJ's is like going to a friend's house....Paula can answer almost any question, or knows where to get the answer. She loves animals and has such a broad base of experience. There is always something there that you wouldn't expect. She has everything you could need in the way of feeding or caring for all kinds of animals and plants, and the tools to get the job done!

Good place to buy chick starter. $6.30 a 25lb. bag. Market St. feed store charges $9.50 for the same.
