My dog got the ugliest grooming (hair cut). like never before...and I was over charged becuse the hair was matted to end and let my dog bald .you turn my hairy pomeranian to ugly and bald coyote....I do not recommend this place at all.do a favor to your dog and stay away from this place.and.yes i request you for a refund..cuse the ugliest job that you did

Today is my first and last time! Just got my babies home, she did a horrible job! I specifically told her not to cut the hair on my poodle’s ears but she cut them anyway! The hair inside her ears are not cleaned! As for my Pom, paws and ears are not clean shaved! I want a summer shave but it’s not evenly shaved! Worst of the worst, she didn’t cut their nails! My Pom weights 7 lbs, my poodle weights 6 lbs, she charged me $90! (The one pic where my Pom is wearing a red bandanna is the cut I want and showed her! It’s done by my previous groomer!)

Just got a new bunny and I wanted to get his nails clipped so I made a last minute appointment and came in, it was an amazing environment and the lady was beyond sweet in giving me advice for my little dude. Highly recommend this place!!

Lesa is an excellent dog groomer and I am always pleased with how my dogs look when I pick them up. One of the perks here is that she doesn't use a noose. One of my dogs gets very anxious going to the groomer and Lesa is very patient in the way that she grooms her. Also Lesa is very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

One of the only places we could find that grooms bunnies. Our little bunny was so matted up but she shaved her bottom and clipped her toenails, you can tell she feels better now. Extremely affordable prices, she honestly didn’t want to charge us because our bunny was so well-behaved. So glad my husband found them!

Liza is so good with Sadie our dog. Sadie doesn't trust people very much. She was abused as a puppy. We adopted her and no one would groom her cause she would bite them. But she loves and trust Liza. Wonderful lady.

Lesa did an amazing job on Benji! I think we found our forever groomer! Lesa is such a sweet lady, I felt so comfortable leaving Benji there as soon as I met her in person. She was very patient with me as we discussed grooming options. She definitely knows what she’s doing! You can tell she takes care of all the fur babies as if they are her own. I will be a returning customer. 😊🐶

Lesa is the best! She does such a great job & is patient with my fur baby. He can be a handful to deal with but she does great job with him. She’s the only person I trust my dog with! I also like that she doesn’t use a muzzle like most groomers and she really loves animals. ❤️

First time for us and we loved the experience! So compassionate, we have one senior dog! We have 3 fur babies and are so happy that our “old groomer” closed her shop. A blessing for us. When I came to pick them up, Lesa and Lori had them in bows and scarves! Wish I could include a picture!

Lesa is where we found our bichonpoo Rosco....she had him up for rescue and he is just the sweetest At first, we used 4 Heavenly Paws for him but due to some changes in schedules, we have tried some other groomers. A couple weeks ago, I was able to get him back in here and must say, I don’t think we’ll be going anywhere else. It’s a totally different vibe and my baby isn’t just another appointment with Lesa like he was at the other places. I’m thankful for the care she takes with him and we plan on working our schedule around to make sure our fur babies get the best. Thank you!!

Lesa and her daughter do such a great job of ensuring her clients are well taken care of and lare loved while in her care.I had my first experience with Lesa grooming my Yorkie today and I will be back-she is so sweet to all the dogs and does a beautiful job with the grooming!! If I could give her 10 stars, I sure would!!

Do NOT take your animal here. We took our puppy here for a sanitary grooming. they over charge .. was told our puppy would have its ears cleaned/trimmed, nails trimmed/rounded, paw hair cut, sanitary cut around privates and professionally taken care of among other things.our puppy had cuts all over his privates. not even close to being a sanitary trim, pee still gets in hair due to incorrect trimming . maybe 2 nails per paw were trimmed but they were trimmed on one side to a point making it more sharp then original. ears/ head were never touched. don't even think he received a bath.. and seemed extremely scared and ready to leave when i picked him up. taking our puppy to another grooming business to get checked on and actually groomed correctly.maybe this was a one time thing but very hard to believe after the extremely half done job. save your time and money and find a reputable in store groomer .

Very friendly & can definitely tell she loves what she does! My fur babies were happy from the moment I dropped them off to picking them up! & they smelled amazing!! I was cuddling them all the way home bc of how soft they felt! Definitely recommend! Will be a returning customer for sure! ❤️

I wanted to get my cat a bath and make sure she had no fleas on her while exterminators were at my house. I called and Lesa was able to get me in the next day when I wanted. She was very patient with me having to wait until the exterminators got there, then with me having to take the cat to the vet to get current on vaccinations. When I finally got her there, Lesa did a good job. My cat was so soft and clean, but still quite damp because she had freaked out ovet the blow dryer! Lesa said she didn't to torture my baby any longer and I appreciate her making that call. Very friendly lady!

Lesa is amazing with my two dogs. I often have to leave town for work and it is usually a last minute deal. Lesa always takes them in and Tucker and Rocky are always excited to get out of the truck and run to her door. I have been using Lesa about 5 years now and I can honestly say I have never had one complaint towards the treatment of my two kids. In fact, sometimes when I pick them up, I get the feeling they would rather stay.

I love 4 Heavenly Paws and Lesa. I take my personal dogs and some incredibly difficult fosters to her. She is always so loving and compassionate. The dogs all always come ho.e looking amazing. I highly recommend Lesa. She is so gentle and living with even my hard cases.

I brought my long haired kitten in this morning, full of thick, hard mats. Lesa was amazing! She was able to remove all of them with 10 - 15 minutes! Great with the kitten! Lovely experience!

My dog and I absolutely love 4 heavenly paws. Ms Lesa always does such a great job with his haircuts, and sometimes even adds in a little bandana. When I first got my dog from the pound, he was completely covered in fleas, and had all sorts of twigs, leaves, and dirt all over him, and he was completely matted down (he's a small poodle mix) so when he's matted it's bad. 4 heavenly paws was the only place that I was able to get him in with ASAP which is how I came about them, and he did have to be shaved all the way, a great job was still done. We have been going to Ms Lesa ever since, and my ollie just loves her. She's super awesome and we always look forward to his hair appointments! He comes out looking fabulous everytime.

I took my Yorkie to Ms. Lesa for the first time today! He was mortified of getting a hair cut because he had a HORRIBLE experience at petco yesterday. They tried to cut his hair and it was so loud it scared him and he start rolling around in the table. He had a bad stress/anxiety attack after. When I took him to Ms Lesa I was very hesitant but she took EXCELLENT care of little Bandit. He was so scared but he calmed all the way down when she was holding him! Needless to say Bandit got his first big boy hair cut and he looks GREAT! She was EXTREMELY patient with him and we couldn’t even tell the clippers were on! We found a forever groomer!

I called this establishment to get a price for bathing my 10 week old Corgi. The lady said that my vet would recommend that I wait until the pup was four months old to start. She also stated that the price would be $25. I called my vet and he laughed at the suggestion of waiting 6 weeks for a bath.I took her to PetSmart and payed $12.99. They did a good job.

On 09-17-22 This place charged me $55.00 for my 9lb shih tzu and he was chopped up all over. His legs were practically skinned.They suppositly did the complete package in less than an hour. UNBELIEVABLENEVER BRING YOUR BABIES HERE.

I see bad reviews on here about this place and its ridiculous... They really need to find what groomer they are using...I have been a customer for nine years..Miss Lesa won't let either of my kids without a shot record.. I have three....she has turned me away for not having current shots...and she requires all..even the influenza for dogs....or she has called my vet right in the drive. To verify their records...I just had all my kids groomed Saturday..They look awesome...You do the best Yorkie cuts in Baytown Lesa.Thanks from Meisha..Perry..and Dex..and me and hubby!.Sheila and Terry wheeler

Best experience I can imagine for my scared sweet kitty Fiona. She hates being outside of the house and has never had her nails trimmed and they had no problem at all with her. Both groomers were so kind and really seem to LOVE what they do. You can tell when someome has a passion for their work and trust me... This is definitely where you want to take your furbabies! A pesticide free grooming salon? Yes, please! They only take cash... Just so you know. Seriously give them a call. You won't regret it!

My cat Sophie had knots in her hair that I could not brush out. They ended up having to shave most of her body. Of course she did not like that and ended up scratching them trying to get away. I was a little worried how she would act after that but we got her home and SHE WAS A WHOLE NEW CAT! She rolls on the floor (acting cute I suppose) and wanted to be petted a lot more. I will definitely take her back if needed again.
