I guess they lack employees, every week there’s fewer and fewer people working there to assist and the one person that helps with finding materials is being rotated a lot; he deserves a raise for the amount of work he does if not a management position. Shame they don’t recognize his work and dedication Nobody else offers the same amount of information and tips. He helped my son with all the materials needed for a school project and even advice my son used that gave him a great score. Would recommend this place as long as you can catch him inside. You’ll have a hard time finding anything there as everyone stands around at the register and have hardly any idea what you’ll need.

The workers at this Sutherland store are very lazy and bad attitudes, no respect. I did not know what time they close and when I walked up to checkout counter the workers started to giggle, when I asked where the doors were located in store so I could purchase, I asked the young lady what was so funny and the girl that I asked seemed bothered when I asked that question. Then the manager said they would close in 3 minutes, this store really needs to do better that this, take pride in your work. I go to El Campo Sutherland and the workers there are very respectful and helpful. So sad that this is all Bay City has to offer I do not recommend this store.

They have wide assortment of items that you may need. Unfortunately for me, I usually need Electrical stuff since I’m an electrician. Very seldom do they have everything that I need. I have better luck traveling to Lake Jackson or Richmond to visit Lowe’s or Home Depot.

I really like the store the people are so helpful. And knoldgeable about everything in the store and in the yard. The two lady's at the counter are always very helpful and nice. I love going to your store just to brouse and see what's new. And to give the lady's at the counter a hard time. It makes for a pleasent experience for me. Thank you very much.

Lacking inventory. I wished there was a home depot or lowes. Price is fair but if you need one fitting you will have to buy 2 and put the together to make whatever you actually need.
