Note to area management. Please get your Dollar Tree some better workers so they can try to at least make a dent in the disaster you call a store here. Also, teacher employees at lest to be kind to your customers. Especially when they're kind to them and it's Christmas season. It makes better business. I hate seeing another Dollar Tree fall because of uneducated/ Ingrid employees.

Store was well stocked with Halloween, Thanksgiving, and even some Christmas items.Cashiers were pleasant and helpful... with smiles even!!However, they were out of Shopping bags in which to take your goodies out to your vehicle. Oh well 😁

As I write this, there is a manager lady berating and shouting at full volume at one of her male employees behind a closed door in a small room near the cash register. All of the customers are very uncomfortable listening to this unfold. There is no reason to speak to another adult in this manner. It's abusive and how shameful to do that so close to the holidays and to someone earning minimum wage. This manager should be ashamed and disciplined. Whatever this employee did, this manager's response is far more in the wrong. That is not how you speak to an employee. Whoever the employee that had to endure this and all of the other employees listening, I feel terrible for you. You don't deserve to be treated that way. I hope that there are resources available that will allow you to take action. It is unacceptable for a manager at any business to treat their employees that way.

I haven't been to a Dollar Tree in a while. This location was well organized and clean. I found all kinds of things for my garden and hobbies! I'll be checking them out more regularly.

Had a horrible experience with a manager named Chanelle. The one check out lane was going down an isle. I asked her if they had another checker and she said rudely "I'm the checker and you just have to be patient!". She then said people need to stop getting on her nerves and go somewhere else. It just got worse and Thank God someone recorded her being rude. She has no business being in a customer service/manager position. The store had a good selection of items. Unfortunately the service was awful.I did not purchase anything.😒

Although the store was very busy and their was only one cashier.. She was fast friendly and very efficient.. Staying focused on getting her guest through the line while chatting with my kiddo about the toy guitar he was buying.. Every time I come in there she's very friendly and helpful while constantly moving very fast paced.. I was impressed and think her hard work should definitely be acknowledged!

I would say no stars! I love the dollar tree! However........ This one is the most horrible place. There are a few items on the shelf if any at all. Everything is in boxes and staggered all over the place. This needs to be shut down for a week and cleaned up. The managers should be ashamed. Smh

Clean, mostly organized, and they had a wide variety of "one time use" Christmas decorations. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I didn't see any Thanksgiving decorations.

Edit: "And now they have $3 and $5 deals as well on things such as bath towel sets, silverware sets, Bluetooth speakers etc......just easier for me to spend my money. Lol"Great place when you just need a couple little items, the problem is that i get in there for a couple little items and see 17 more items that i need, or at least think i need.....like another toy for my dog or a stylus with a laser pointer on the other end. Love that it's all just a dollar, but i personally couldnt go in there often because i am a compulsive buyer. If you're one of the people that gets to the register at walmart or any other grocery store for that matter, and you see an item (that was merchandised specifically for that impulse last second of shopping) and think, 'i need that', beware in Dollar Tree. The entire store is like being in line at the cash register at a grocery store. Eh, its just a dollar. Fifteen minutes later you'll have a receipt for $27.....cause you bought 24 things you thought you needed and justified it cause it was only a Dollar.

Of course the prices and selection can't be beat, but the store is always a huge mess. It's always "in the process of" being stocked. Boxes everywhere, empty shelves, products all over the floor. Cartons of products on the floor but empty shelves, ect. It's not a large store. Would be nice if management could get control of the situation.

LOVE the merchandise BUT I hate the looooong wait in line when checking out. 3 people, 20 people in the line & 75 percent!! Of the time there is only 1 cashier working. The store is Dirty!! most of the time when I visit.

Heck yea. Everytime i goto a new jobsite ... new hotel... it's as important too me to visit a local Dtree, as hitting up the local Walmart... to get all my small stuff for few weeks stay... extra tp, cups, spns, forks,plates... etc dollar here dollar there, lol...

This Dollar Tree is the worst!! Shelves never stocked, employees are lazy and will just tell you they don't have it cause they are too lazy to go look or they just hang up on you.

Three people working and one open register. Other employees were just standing there. Had to wait after a woman with about 50 items to pay for my 1 item.

Everyone here is rude ! Yesterday I went they locked the doors 1hour before closing and you can see the workers laughing at everyone trying to open the door ! I work at a store and you can’t lock the door until exactly closing because you never know how much those last minute customers are going to spend ! We’ve had people spend 100-3,000 ! You are missing out on money … and making people not want to shop here

No products on shelves, store not zone (clean), employees in office, and no AC in store. Bay City has had issues several years, I guess regional and district managers dont care. I know home office dont care.

Store was a wreck from empty boxes all down every isle. Shelves were empty in most places. There was only one register open with a long line. When the cashier paged another employee to come open another register and help no no one came.
