Staff is always friendly, evn when they are backed up at the registers and understaffed. The store itself could use a few more man hours to manage keeping the aisles clean, AND the register manned at all times. Still, every morning i go in,i am greeted with a.smile and a 'Good Morning, Welcome to Dollar General!'

This store is a rather typical discount store here in Bay City. In general the store was acceptably clean, and was accessible for persons with wheelchairs or walkers. Thankfully, the isles were not crowded with boxes and unstocked merchandise, as is the case with many such storesI did wish to compliment the store for having very courteous and friendly help. They have always been extremely nice to me each time I visit.

I normally like going here but that day the store had alot of the aisles blocked with big boxes of new merchandise. It was like a maze. I would think the warehouse would be the place to store the merchandise till ready to stock on shelves. Staff was friendly but you could tell they were overwhelmed with the massive amounts of inventory. Being a new store in town hopefully they'll get a better arrangements for new deliveries.

This is always a mess whenever I come. Plus they never have what other dollar store have in stock. I usually will have to go to another dollar store across town to find what I need because my store never get what others dollars store get. Which I don't understand why. For example these cute velvet pumpkins my store never got those. I had to find them at other store. That's a big inconvenience for me when I store a dollar store close to my home. Wishing my store does better on the inventory they choose.

The store is always clean! During the evening hours, between 4/4:30-6:30/7 is always crazy busy. They usually have 2 registers going when they get a long line. The workers do an amazing job getting customers in and out as fast as they can with out getting angry or the customer getting too angry. Great place to stop and pick something up that you forgot at HEB or Walmart. Also if you download the DollarGeneral App you can sign up and get onlone coupons!

The aisles where full of carts containing stocking items and cases of items sitting on floor and you couldn't access the items you where looking for and there weren't any employees stocking these items , the store was understaffed , only one cash register going supposedly managers had the workers at another store that was getting ready for there grand opening , I wasn't able to move anything to get everthing I needed because of my disabilities, it was inconvenient for me . I'll try to catch the Grand opening and get my items and any discounts being offered. I still like D G just not a good visit this time.

Went to the Bay City store this morning, shelves were empty, carts with stocking items blocking the few products they did have, and always one checker. As a store the shelves should be fully stocked at all times. Upsetting to call this my local store.

Very organized store, always full of products. Great selection for a Dollar Store. I will definitely go back. Oh don't forget to download the app and use digital-coupons.

I needed little container s for my craft project. They. were very nice.. Allowed me to open up a pkage to see if they fit into a larger container . . Thanks. Yall helped alot.
