Very dissatisfied. They were supposed to hold my medication’s and when I got to the store they did not have the medication’s that they were going to refill one of them that I had to wait a whole month to refill the other and I’m out of said medication. They were too worried about two dollars a day for the restock for insurance loss of money. The pharmacist told me that they would hold my medication for me to pick up. They broke that promise. Only reason for a one star is because I can’t leave no stars. Will be following up with corporate office. Not to mention this is the same store they gave me a medication for another patient with my name on the bottle and wouldn’t pick up. My office. Doctor visit just refunded me the money for the medication.

Rude, not helpful at all, bad attitudes there. Never again will I use CVS. There’s more than one pharmacy in town. Guess what, they have my business now. Good riddance CVS.

I go to Arthur nagel community clinic in bandera took in a script and when I was going to pay went to use a coupon and a discount card was told couldn't use because it's a free clinic can go to any other cvs pharmacy and they have no problems with it will never use bandera cvs again
