Had to stop by after seeing this unique CVS while visiting Bandera. It's not the typical large CVS, but a small CVS in an old building. It's similar in size to a corner store. While they may not be as large, appeared to have a small selection of everything you'd find at a larger CVS. Being in Bandera, had a lot of items geared towards tubers and vacationers spending time on the water. If you forget something small or need something for the river and don't want to go to the larger stores, then this CVS should have what you're looking for.

This place is garbage the people who work here are rude and lazy every single time I've ever had to fill a prescription here they say the same thing that you have to come back in 30 you come back in 30 min just to find out they still don't have it ready this place just needs to be shut down very poorly managed place of business

Usually don’t have issues but went to schedule my childrens flu shots and some extremely rude male on the pharmacy phone stated they will not do flu shots for children under 18 and the appointments we had will have to be canceled for my kids. Called again and spoke to a pleasant female that said yes they do shots for ages 7 and up. The angry individual working in pharmacy needs to understand their job and proper limitations of the store they are working in but also needs to learn to speak properly to other people.

Told to come back in thirty minutes, so I said I’ll go to the store, and come back. Came back, Pharmacy was closed for lunch, had to wait another 30 mins. Went to drive thru, meds still not ready, 5 more mins. Please drive around. So I had to get back in line, and wait more time, than 5 mins. This CVS is the pits 😡

I seldom have to buy prescription drugs, and I do not have insurance. Whenever I have gone into this CVS they have happily looked for coupons fir me so I don't have to pay full price. No matter how long it takes and are truly nice about it. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you Bandera CVS. 💝

The pharmacist John is a joke!! Late every time he works. The store opens at 9, well John gets to cvs at 9:05. I feel bad for the techs, they try to get there early to get a head start before the rush but nope waiting on John. Fire this guy and hire someone who takes their job serious!!

new pharmacist for six months. was there on his first day and he didn’t show up for three hours and everyone waiting for a Covid shot had to Breathe in each other’s air left without vaxx. Today I went back for the first time to get a prescription sat in the drive-through for half an hour, then called and the pharmacist hadn’t showed up before I left town I called again still no info on his whereabouts. Can’t believe the guy hasn’t been fired but it’s hard to find good help and he’s running with it.

One of the more technical staff at the Bandera CVS by the name of Damaris was amazingly helpful and went far beyond what I would’ve expected from any customer service staff, enabling me to actually get the prescriptions I needed add a much much lower price, and all things were concluded, and I believe that it was all basically due to her work to help me.

I Love being a client at CVS at Bandera, Tx. The staff is always extremely cordial and smiling. My prescriptions are filled immediately. There is very little waiting time. I came from the Houston area where service was pitiful. I completely appreciate CVS pharmacist and staff in Bandera, Tx. Thank you.

After selling out to CVS this pharmacy has gone down hill rapidly. The service leaves alot to be desired, they take a very long time to fill prescriptions and make the pharmacy experience a bad one. I use Bandera Drug now they are amazing!

was told they couldnt fill my prescription for my seizure meds because my doctor wasnt covered by my insurance to provide my meds but they never called and checked, i talked to medicaid, the texas health and human services, texas medicaid health partnership and they all said cvs was just being incompetent because i am covered and active as well as my doctor and the doctor confirmed he is a confirmed provider. they put my life and my families wellfare in jeopardy out of pure laziness and incompetence, not to mention how slow they are

Just got off the phone with Richard the pharmacist. Completely rude and unprofessional to just hang up on me. When i call back and call him out on it he stated i know and we fixed the issue. I then stated i had another question. Please get a new pharmacist. I cant believe how unprofessional he was.

Go to Bandera Drug instead! The worst experience I have ever had, not only were they not friendly but my med, a controlled substance, were left out on the counter. The worst part is all they had to do was read the name on the script to look up and tell me they were ready. Wonder what the FDA say would say....
