Was disappointed that I did not find the item it days they had in stock. It said they had 20+ and could not find them. Manager Carmen and employee Yamileth went above and beyond in trying to locate them. Special recognition employee Yamileth she really knows her stuff and very nice and sweet.

Curbside pickup is terrible. I checked in and waited for 30 minutes before I had to call to let them know I was here 2 DAYS IN A ROW! Currently sitting here still waiting for my order to come out.

I made an appointment online for floor measurement in my bedroom the agent did note that i am not available 11am to1pm but other than that i am available. Then Chandler called me at 7ish in the morning telling me my schedule will be 11 to 1pm so then i told her we make a note prior for setting my appointment. She then told me that she will call her manager and hang up. Few minutes she called back and said we she cannot accommodate me because the manager didnt allow and stating that I shouldnt have make an appointment if im not available sarcastically. I was already thinking that it was okay since a note was made.She wanted me to rebook to think I’ve waited for this. How I wish they will also consider especially I did make it clear my availability coz they can put me as their last customer for the day its only 13 minutes from the store where i live. They dont even value to work with their customer atleast meet halfway.I decided to cancel my appointment with them and went to Lowes which has a best customer service than home depot.

Went to Return a Chainsaw I didn't use. I was getting checked out when another employee (long beard old guy) walked up to me and asked the cashier to ask me why I'm returning it, when I had already told the cashier why. I asked the cashier if he was the manager, she said no . I told her I was just wondering why he was so worried about me returning something, and she couldn't answer me back. Then the cashier told me she was the manager. Well clearly she's not good at her position for letting her employees approaching customers like that. They have plenty of time to be nosie instead of working. Don't know why the was acting like I was thief or something.

I've generationally always been a Home Depo fan.This is easily the worst Home Depo I've ever been to. I travel all around the US for work. This Home Depo will turn you into a lowe's person. Unorganized nothing's in the right place, Fork lifts left on. The majority of isles are blocked. All screws and bins are in disarray. Very sad management should receive training immediately.

This store is severely understaffed. I was trying to buy a washer/dryer and fridge. I had to wait a long time, but it turned out to be worth the wait. Ms. Perla Cervantes helped me. She took her time to explain everything and assisted me in selecting the items I needed. I ended up spending a little less than I had expected but got all the features I wanted and a good delivery date. I was worried that I wouldn't be able to, especially since it's right before the holidays. She was awesome. However, HD, you need to provide her with some assistance.Regarding the store, I purchased three smart locks, all supposed to be silver. Unfortunately, one was black and another was missing the keys. Smh. I returned all three. It seems like these contractors are swapping out new items with old ones and stealing their heads off. The store was full of them, so especially in this store, make sure to thoroughly check anything you buy that appears to have been opened. Despite that, I didn't deduct any points for that issue. HD, shout out to PERLA though. She's an amazing employee!! Oh, and I can't forget about her supervisor, the Navy guy. I was trying to take advantage of a promotion, but I didn't understand the terms because I didn't read the teeny weeny tiny print. He was very understanding about it and we wound up laughing it off.

I rushed to get to the store before closing time at 8pm tonight (Sunday). Arrived at 745pm. Parking lot was empty & store closed. Hours posted on door & website also indicate 8pm closing time. What a waste of my time & gas! No sign posted on door indicating earlier closing time either 😡

On last Saturday my husband and kids had gone to see about a patio sliding door for price check. Well he thought someone was going to help him. There was NO one in the doors department 😕 so it was waste of time.. my daughter couldn't find anyone around that could help them. On Sunday I went to the Mesquite Home Depot to price check . A older white man was Super helpful and new his stuff and I was out in no time

Called to this Home Depot was transfer the FRIST time some one keep putting me back on hold for 10 minutes. The Customer service answer again and transfer me again whoever is in appliances they keep putting me back on hold without acknowledging or saying anything. That is just VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I’ll take my business to LOWE’S they have better customer service

I am a local contractor that goes to different Home Depot throughout the whole DFW metroplex daily sometimes up to three times or more daily. This has to be the worst Home Depot to go to. Always a 20-30 min line for self checkout. Bad parking. Bad everything

This was going to be A One Star but because of Kathy it became a 5 stars review…… Way to go Kathy !!!!!! This is what happen when you go the extra mile for a customer!!!!! This is what happen that almost made it a 1 star review before I interacted with Kathy , on 8-1-23 , I went to the returns department stood in line and watched the customer line decrease very very slow. I happen to see that there were only 3 cashiers working . I quickly noticed there was an employee going super, super slow 😱😱and was wearing sun shades . The other 2 cashiers had already help about 10 to 8 customers to his 1st customer that he so happen to have when I first got in line at the return department. This would have had been A 1 star review but because the super stars Kathy and Ray it because A 5 star review!!!!! When it was my turn to go to the cashier at the return department I got a very beautiful and Very sweet lady by the name Kathy she was very professional and gave me outstanding customer service. I happen to ask her what was the cashier’s name that was wearing the sun shades. She politely answered Charles. Also after walking around the store I so happen to bump into Mrs Kathy on her way towards going to her lunch break. God bless Mrs Kathy she even lead me to were I wanted to go and even took the time to show me how to make a key and Mr Ray help as will. I hope Home Depot will realize what kind of employees they have working for them they have very dad employees that are just there for pay checks and nothing else and they also have the most wonderful ones that care about people and the go well beyond 110% for there customer like Kathy and Ray. These to 2 employees changed my mind about coming back to this Home Depot again …… Please award 🥉 the Great employees ( Kathy & Ray ) 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏

I purchased 50 gallon gas water heater.1. Box was torn2. The water heater has few bends2. The drain valve was missingCall the store several times, they told me that have to buy the valve separate.When to another homedepot, all water heater came with the drain valves.Very disappointed.

This is the most god-forsaken store I have ever had the displeasure of walking into. I could not believe the attitudes of the people that work there. There's the woman in the paint area who could care less if you're a customer. Her rudeness beats all I've ever seen. There was one man who came in and helped me and my son cut a piece of chain we needed. He was kind. There were two ladies who stopped in the hall and helped me as much as they could. I had been led on a ridiculous hunt for a non-existent steam cleaner when the young man told me it was in aisle 34. Fat Chance! After an exhaustive search, we found out they don't even carry a steam cleaner. It has to be ordered online. Who would have known? We could not get anybody in any area of that store who seem to want to do their job. They were lazy, rude, and were of no help whatsoever. I can honestly say I will not be coming back to that store. Advice to management; you need to step in and overhaul that store. It is way out of control. I'm sure that as it is right now, you are losing business and losing customers. You lost this one.

This Home Depot store literally hireds people to walk around the store like a“Chicken without a Head”!!!!!!I went in to get a roofing nail gun to finish a project I waited there for about 40 mins n no worker was able to help unlock the tool so I can purchase it. Y because the person with the key never was found. Like how can u have so many workers just walking around n not been able to unlock a tool. I really want to know who is the manager of this store it must be a Ghost. Contractors have their time limited to buy tools but I guess they don’t care if they loose paying customers!! I just went to Lowe’s n their were able to help me within 5mins!!

I bought more than hundreds of fence panels and I found few was damage. I brought only two of them and the cashier Emilda asked me did you buy like that and I said yes. She replied no one can buy like that. I explained however she didn't take returned. In a few days I spent more than 25,000 dollars at home Depot and just for a 3 dollar's worth panel was not returned. even an assistant manager refused to take it and I explained her too. No help at checkout lines going down. The aisle's ask for self check outs to open. They said the cash registers were better with checkers. And they only had two checkers to check people out, refusing to open up self check outs.

I had an incredibly frustrating experience with the customer service at this place. I waited for a whopping 45 minutes without any assistance, and when I finally decided to escalate the issue to the manager, she was nowhere to be found. To make matters worse, I noticed numerous employees just casually strolling around without a care in the world, completely ignoring customers in need. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of professionalism and disregard for customer satisfaction. REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!🤦🏻
