HORRIBLE PLACE! DO NOT TAKE YOUR BABIES HERE. I went to pick my bulldog after grooming was done. My dog was very agitated and traumatized. We got home and noticed she had a whole cut on the top of her head. Never coming again.

I love this place! My dog always looks so handsome and so happy and free when I take him.Also if you go on the weekends they do take longer because they’re busy so plan accordingly (: but other than that great customer service ! Would definitely recommend

We've tried several groomers and no one could get Phoebe looking "right." Turned her over to Durango and she is PERFECT! They even got her in the SAME DAY I called, staying there past closing time to take care of us, and others. She loved her fresh new cut and pranced around all afternoon. We will never use anyone else!! Thank you Durango!

Best place in town to take your loved ones to get groomed. Always friendly and affordable prices. Personally do weekly visits with multiple breeds, French bulldogs, English bulldogs and exotic bullies. Highly recommend!!! Always take my females in right before they give birth to spoil them before labor.

Wow, great service! I brought my 150lb Great Dane and they left him show ready! His coat was glowing. Very kind and awesome people. I’m so glad I found out about this place. Will be bringing my baby here regularly.

We took our baby here for the first time yesterday. They shaved her down perfectly! There were no lines where they shaved her nor was the haircut choppy. Her eyes and ears were cleaned up really well! Everything that I asked to be done for my fur baby was done with excellence! This was the best groom my baby has ever received!

They have the friendliest service and are very nice! I take my miniature yorkie and bully to them often. They make them feel right at home. I love how they cater to my fur babies and care for them. Not to mention that the grooming services are impeccable. My babies come out looking like new men!

Another weekend without being able to take my son in. I called last weekend to see if they were taking walk ins, she told me come back next weekend come in before 1pm. Then I show up today around 11ish and they say they are short staffed 🙄 so had to turn back around. But they refuse to set an appointment. Definitely going back to PetSmart. Even though it’s just 10more min. down the road.

Love this place!! They took on my dog as a client when NO ONE ELSE would!!! Big chains like Petsmart and PetCo refuse to groom older dogs past a certain age but not Durango. They've been such a blessing!!!

My first time trying this location. Alondra was very nice and helpful. She ensured that they would take care of my pet and made me feel comfortable leaving my pet. I will definitely be going back and taking my new midget there as well.

Brought my dog to get a bath, de-shed, and nails done. He smelled powdery and after he had just as much hair coming off him, I brushed him and tons of loose fur came off. There was also all kinds of dirt and grime that came off on the brush with the loose hair. They said they did his nails, but they looked exactly the same. Biggest waste of $55 plus the charge for using my card ever. Do not go here. Also, he seemed terrified when I went to pick him up. He’s never acted like that at other groomers before. According to other reviews their dogs seemed fearful after being picked up from this location.

If i could rate it 10 stars i would! The workers here are the most humble & sweet people! They love the animals and treat them with lots of care!! I recommend 100% to come and bring your pets here you wont regret it! I loved how beautiful my puppy ended up looking

First time was great, second time his face an ears cut could have been better, cut to much hair off his ears they only needed trimmed, around his ears was not trimmed well unevenly cut, left hair on his balls.
