9:47 and the person at the door lock it in my face! 😂😂 I understand some people take time when they do their purchase, but some times people know what they need! The point is if the hours is until 10:00pm you lock the door at 10:00pm lazy people and poor customer service together are working in this store! And the review is not just for the issue today, is for the other I never mention before!

Great selection, sometimes difficult to find merchandise seen at other stores, especially when they're short staffed & boxes pile up. Still, one of my favorite Dollar Tree stores! More than ever, this is my go-to store in this area since the other one further down Lake June Road in Dallas is a total unorganized cesspool.

I love going to dollar trees . This one is not far out of my daily drive so I frequently go to this location. Never packed or super busy . Employees are great ! The only issue is the products are never fully stocked or instock . Not sure if it all just sells out or if there’s not enough being ordered but it would be nice if they carried more .

They do have quiet a selection but it has goten so extensive !!! I bought 5 expo markers, and 2 little wooden shaped trays for $15.65 !! When we used to get that for like $9.00

I absolutely love Dollar Tree! This location in particular were in the middle of restocking the store, in which is great! The customer service is good as usual and everyone should stop by to check out all of the new seasonal items they have in stock. I'm ready to start planning summer get-togethers now!

They have really made a great effort to clean up this location. Unfortunately, there are patrons that don't honor their efforts and continue to "rearrange" items. All the employees that I've been checked out by are extremely personable, making it a pleasure during check out.

Was well organized. I loved shopping there. Loved their Christmas variety. Awesome..... And I also did my grocery shopping here. Loved,loved,loved paying $1 for the very same things I pay $3-$5 in the grocery stores.... outrageous isnt it ? But, soooo true. And its even the name brands I am buying for $1 only.

I honestly don't think they deserve even one star! I was in the store doing some shopping, I was also battling a bad cold! Every so often I would cough, making sure I covered my mouth & nose, like I ALWAYS do! This one particular time after I coughed, although the cashier could not see me or see who was doing the coughing, she proceeded to holler from clear across the store, where every person in the store could hear her I might add, saying "cover ur cough, ain't nobody in here wants to get ur sickness! U need to cover ur mouth when u cough!" Remember now, this rude, disrespectful, loud mouth employee COULD NOT EVEN SEE ME! I stood there for a second & hollered right back saying "Excuse me, I DO cover my mouth thank u, EVERYTIME!" I then hollered "that was totally uncalled for!" She nvr said anything else to me about it! But I could hear her mouthing off & laughing about it to customers at the register who were checking out! When I checked out, she was not friendly or courteous at all! Infact, she was somewhat sarcastic! I made sure I remained decent & calm in front of the customers in line behind me since they had no idea what had previously happend! I will nvr shop at that Dollar Tree again! All I can say is it's their loss bcuz I spend alot of money at Dollar Tree, all the time! I started to just leave my basket & walk out right then but I didn't! I should have but didn't!

The store was a disaster area. Christmas items all over the floor. Boxes every where. Stuff on top of stuff. I have never seen it like that before. I always drive to Mesquite Dollar Tree, the one by the mall. That one is always nice and neat, and has plenty of items.

The service was very poor, the manager told me the only white man in the store to wear my mask over my nose while ignoring the employees and black patrons and not doing so herself. After standing in line I was told to go to another register, while the employee walked outside to be with his buddies, so I loaded my 50 dollars worth in the basket and moved. As soon as I did the manager called the clerk back in to check out. So I stood in line twice . I felt discriminated against and the whole work we're racist rude and unprofessional. Will not go back.

Creepy area it's located at, trash all over the roads. Inside the store the carpet is filthy, boxes unpacked, aisles unorganized. Can't find anything here on your own. Employees just chatting it up instead of working. Find a better dollar tree. That's what I'm doing.

The cashier told me she could brake her change to make me change. Not good service, will not go back there if I c her there.I came in again the store was so dirty an things we're everywhere, they had only casher the employees where just standing around not really doing anything but the one an only employee who was working his name (Brandon) helped me find what I needed an then went right back to work stocking, that is why I am going back there!! Only becuse Brandon ,thanks for ur help!!

This store has been going donw over a few yrs. I will not return to this dollar tree because of nothing on shelves, boxes everywhere, blocking the alias, no room to walk by, place is dirty, and last they have people waiting in line with no lanes open and the manager should have covagrage or its the store manager to fix things. I will go to seagovlle store. I hope u haven't lost to many customers. I tell everyone until things change. Don't go to that store. Reminder world of mouth gos along way good or BAD

I was greeted when I entered by a very cheerful lady. Another employee stopped what she was doing to get a magnifying glass for me. Kesha at the check out was efficient and delightful.

Usually can find an inrcpesive gift there. Also, good for buying baking pans and cards are 2 fot $1.00. Not many staff personal there. But generaly helpful staff people when I am looking for something g specific.

Very disgusting. There was trash all over the floors, empty boxes everywhere. Everything that is supposed to be hanging up, has been thrown on shelves. It looks like it hadnt been stocked up either. Very very displeased with my visit there.
