I stood in line for 15 minutes..only one regular was working while two was available. One girl was working and had a line of 11 or so people.. half way through this line, another employee finally showed up from the back. She said the second register was closed. The time was 4:25 July 20th. I'm disappointed..

This is my second time coming before 9pm and they lock the door. The guy opened it to let someone out and said it was closed. It was only 8:35pm. While sitting here at lease 4 other people were trying to shop.

Showed up at 830 and they had doors locked. Lady standing at the door not letting customers in talking about they closed. Reporting this location to BBB. If you close at 830 why does the hours say until 9. It's a shame people do this on the clock getting paid to keep customers out.

Showed up @8:30 doors were locked. I was told closed. I called home while sitting in front of store they let other customers in and told another person they were closed then let more women in.

I go there once, sometimes, twice a day! It's always well stocked and very clean. The prices are reasonable and affordable. The employees make you feel appreciated and the managers are always smiling and professional!

The owner of this store must not care how that their employees make their own store hours up. If it's supposed to close at 9pm it's not even 8pm yet but it's closed.

Smells funky inside every two liter was sticky like one exploded and the store asked for a discount or something. There is always a good selection but no sense of urgency from any worker. One line 6 customer waiting a security guard undercover mean mugging everyone as if someone is going to rob a bunch of dollar items. A manager watching him and the line but helping anyone. Sad managing period.

I really love the staff they are amazing and helpful very polite and they care about their customers. They always have what I need. And if they don't carry it they try and get it. I have one right by my house but I drive a further distance to the one on Seagoville rd. Better customer service and they have what you need

Toylerr is abusive.loud, unprofessionalPaid with my debt card. The store machine was not working welll. She comes over and announces that something is wrong with my card. Then she announces that my card has been turned off. Never stopped talking . I paid with the card. It was their machine that had the problem. Please place people in charge that know how to treat customers .

This store was extra clean and very well stocked. They carried some fantastic home decor and had exceptional employees. Quite a few items there I had not seen at other stores.

Dollar General has name brand commonly used household cleaning products that are a lot cheaper than Walmart. I clean on Saturdays, and I used to get my cleaning supplies from Walmart. One day, I stopped but Dollar General and found that they carry the most popular cleaning supplies ONLY A LOT CHEAPER. Been hooked ever since.

How are you gonna run a business and tell customers you can only purchase if you exact change.. Then the store is not clean to be a newer store shelves were empty.. Cashier rude because we were gonna buy something but it was wrong price so we explained we no longer wanted item.. She got a little upset.

Young girl with no uniform and no name tag followed me around the store while I shopped, made me very uncomfortable! Store was dirty and in disarray. Cashier told me a different amount that what the screen showed

Employees very are rude...they have small children stocking groceries climbing ladders. My neighbors have also wittnessed children stocking merchandise. I feel very uncomfortable shopping here...needs new management asap!!

The store looked sloppy, dirty and old and the poor employees looked tired and worn out. I looked around for a second, bought some tic tacs and then left. I won't be going back to this store.

Cashier was on the phone , and when customer ask her to get off she told her to get off her phone! Straight disrespectful.. need to hire better people
