I never had a problem until tonight I stopped to get a Playstation card for my son and it was fine til I got home and it didn't work and the lady knew it didn't go through and she gave it to me anyway and let me think it worked no my son tried to use it and it said it couldn't be redeemed tried to rush up there before they close at 9 got there at 8:53 and they already had doors locked and wouldn't take care of it real quick SMH instead tells me to come back tomorrow. I will definitely be looking g at the receipt more often. Says right there it failed on the paper.

I love this place! This is my favorite location. The other day I had bought quite a few things and my cart was full. Colton, the cashier was very helpful and polite. Roger, the new manager was also very helpful and friendly, he helped me load everything into my car. Excellent customer service!

When we walked in the cashier was having an argument with a customer. At first I felt bad for the cashier having been one my self I know it's hard dealing with difficult customers. We did our shopping, ready to check out , stand in line for a while no big deal. The customer in front of us was making a return the cashier was being borderline rude to the people making the return asking several times what was wrong with the product. After 10 mins a second cashier opens since the return was still happening for 2 items. He proceeded to check out people behind us. So now we're stuck behind a return that they can't process and the people behind us getting check out and we were just passed over. The cashier gives up on the return and told the customer to return Monday why I don't know. We get to check out my 15 yr old son is trying to get items out of the basket so it will fit under the plastic partition. The cashier with an attitude says "you're going to break this " speaking of the partition. I spoke up and said he know he's taking things out he's not going to break it. You would've thought I cussed at her. She puts her hand up and makes a calm down gesture. I was like seriously?! I was trying to reassure her he was aware of the fit issue and was being careful to take thing out before putting it down.

This place definitely needs some updating but I do want to say I've been going to this place for 4 years. Never even once has an employee been rude or I felt like they were ignoring me. Maybe I have just been lucky but everyone who works here has been absolutely amazing and they keep me coming back weekly.

This store is okay. But they need to keep the shelves stocked more often. I hv to walk to Dollar General and I've gone in there countless times just for a loaf of bread or sugar and the shelves were completely bare. With merchandise in stock carts full of boxes that no one has put on the shelves yet.

It as you can see 9:44 and I was trying to enter to grab something real quick I was told they closed early due to system went down,Now It's no rain in site and the store says in the site closes at 10pm You managers should hire people with better service and not say you close the store at a certain hour then you have lazy workers who would not allow me to purchase anything even though I was using cash only.Sad Shame.Then Door is locked on me.15 minutes before closing time

Some of the workers are very rude. They will leave u standing in a line only 1 register open when 3 or more are working.. Get more cashiers.. Also they will be stocking, and having a conversation and will be cussing as customers pass. In my opinion and my experience this is the worst. It needs more cleaning organizing and customer service. Ive applied twice but seems like they only hire blacks and mexicans. Not racist but find that wrong. Jmo...

The employees are so awesome! My kids are shown so much love by them all. We come here daily and even tho the parking lot is super sketchy, it's the people inside that make it worth it for us.

This place is the nastiest place I have ever seen in my life. It is a lawsuit waiting to happen. They never clean or stock anything every thing is left on the floor for you to trip on. They only have one cashier so you are most likely going to be there for a while. Just don't go, there is a dollar general somewhere else that clean.

Usually have no problems with this store, it is my go-to DG store in this area. Lately, tho, the store's aisles are crowded with unpacked boxes of merchandise. Looking for items that I have seen at other stores and wanting to get it at this store, but not being able to due to the fact it is still packed away in one of the many boxes cluttering the store.

Never shop here! I tried to put money on my PayPal card and Phyllis..the manager took over for the clerk..said we don't take PayPal any more.I said why didn't you tell me that before I swiped my card?! I asked when did this happen? She said I don't know..mabe yesterday? I need your Vanilla card. I said I don't have a vanilla card.Just give me my $60 back. She said no..we paid it out..it's on the receipt. I said I'm not just gonna let you steal my money when it wasn't showing up on my PayPal app and I motioned for my daughter to come in. Phyllis said it might just be taking a while to show up. I said mabe you're right..this has happened before. So my daughter and I took my bags out to the car and waited for the money to show up on app. My daughter's staring at the recent when she said..I'm going back in there this recept says invalid and was cancelled by Phyis the supervisor!! My baby got my money back! I'm not done complaining Phyllis .you didn't even apologize. You shouldn't be anywhere near a register or any merchandize that's not nailed down. Lol corporate will here from me. I still have the receipt and you lied because you DO still upload PayPal. Crackhead game no good girl.

TERRIBLE!!! Not only is this store messy, but the customer service is awful. I was there on 4/15/18, short thick Hispanic girl and talk slim black girl working. The black girl gets a call on her cell phone from MS D who apparently left her magazines. There were 4 customers in line, and issues with the registers. black girl, still on her cell phone walks outside to give MS. D her magazines while Hispanic girl continues to mess with register. WHO'S THE MANAGER HERE??!! black girl finally comes back into the store and opens the second register. REALLY? Why couldn't Ms D come into the store and get her own damn magazines while these so called employees helped the customers?

This family has been thru tremendous changes.. at one point in time..you couldn't even touch one piece of merchandise without merchandise falling everywhere and other times you could see that they were trying but I think what keeps them down in my honest opinion is their customer service

Ran in for some items after 15 minutes of trying to find a parking space. The BIGGEST PROBLEM with this particular Dollar General is THE PARKING!!! They have a Bingo Hall next door GOOD LUCK IN FINDING A PARKING SPACE. I feel not only is this an inconvenience it also puts your patrons in DANGER. Having to park around the side in a fire lane...All Handicap spaces were taken and it was not Dollar General customers. So I know I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS PARTICULAR ONE AGAIN!!!! TO DANGEROUS ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT AND IF YOUR ALONE!!!!

Ive always wondered why online is says closing hours are 9:00 pm when I’ve gone a couple times during 8:30-8:45 and the employees lock the door say it’s closed. I thought the door is to remain unlocked during business hours but I might be wrong

THE EXPERIENCE WE HAD THAT PRICES DIDN'T MATCH AND SHE WENT IN TO GET A REFUND CAUSE SHE WAS OVER CHARGE SHE REFUSE TO GIVE THE DIFFERENCE SO THEN I CALL AND TOLD THE MANAGER WHAT HAPPENED SHE SAID COME BACK N GAVE ME THE DIFFERENCE SO NOW JUST TWO DAYS LATER THE SAME PEOPLE THAT YOU HAVE WORKING ARE VERY RUDE AND WHEN MY DAUGHTER GOES IN THE STORE THE CASHIER REFUSE TO CHECK HER OUT AND TOLD THE BOSS SHE WASN'T GOING TO CHECK HER OUT SO WHAT'S UP WITH THAT N SHE'S ALWAYS ON THE PHONE WHILE CHECKING CUSTOMERS OUT IF THAT'S THE EMPLOYEES YOU HAVE WORKING U ARE NOT GOING TO HAVE CUSTOMERS OR DO THEY KNOW THAT CUSTOMERS PAY THEIR PAYCHECKS THAT'S JUST POOR CUSTOMER'S SERVICE

I got everything I went for. Parking was horrible since there is a Bingo Hall in the shopping center. Store was cash only, no cards.
