So, last night my daughter and I stopped by for milk and a case of water. The cashier saw me struggling to carry the case of water and came out to grab it from me. He was so kind! Even after he cashed us out he was willing to carry it out to my truck. Thank you sir! You made my day! My daughter said you were so sweet as well!

I go to the store every once in a while. I went a few weeks ago to get something. I went to get checked out and nobody was there to help. I saw what looked liked the store manager and an employee having a conversation outside but they weren't doing very much. It looked like they were trying to kill time. Here I was waiting and they saw me and still ignored me. I was hoping one of them would come inside so I could get my things and go but they stood outside for a long time. Please check your workers and the manager because every time I go to the store next to it I see them wasting time. Last week I went grocery shopping at Kroger, and what a surprise I see them outside doing the same thing.

Very bad service, it was 8:30 pm and the man who was serving did not stop shouting that he was already closing the store when the closing time is 9:00 pm he closed the door on us inside the store with half an hour left to close fatally I will not return to this place.

I come to the store sometime because usually they don't have a lot of items. In some areas in the store are empty and are clean. Like one of the contributors said is up to us the customers to keep it clean and have pride.

The cashier very rude. Was a black woman. I go around 5.45 on September 18, 2021. She grab the snacks bag and throw away with a mad face. And she doesn't respond me. When I said thanks.She has a very bad attitude to the clients.

This store is always neat, clean and well stocked. I have shopped at this location since it opened next to Kroger.I realized after I arrived home from my last shopping trip I was missing my coupon organizer. Searched all the places I thought it could be, no luck. Since it had been over a week I figured I was out of luck. A couple of days ago I took a chance and stopped by the store to ask about my treasure of coupons. Much to my surprise the lady handed me my organizer. I wanted to hug her neck!

I have not had any problems with dollar general. But my son was harassed by the store manager he even called the cops on him for no reason at all but the cops didn't do anything to my son because he was not stealing, he was not violent or being loud. So the cops left cause their time was wasted.

Dirty, nasty, slow cashier's, broken floor tiles, needs painted. Cheesy type customers smoking marijuana right in front of the store, kids running all over the store and store manager said nothing, almost every hall had something laying on the floor, I go to a lot of dollar stores and this is the worst one I have ever been, just because it is in a very low class area that does not mean they do not deserve a clean well maintained store!!!!!!!!!!!

The rudest dollar general. The white old lady missing half her bottom teeth and the black woman with Roman noddles on her roots. Have no sense. It’s okay stay working your little wack ass job. That’s why ya are working there with NO FUTURE!!!!!! At the end of the day I have a future and ya.. we’ll let me dumb it down. Clearly it stays the same for ya.

The worker's there are always customer friendly showing wonderful customer service skills. One in particular Tia is always helpful smiling and always working around the store. It's a well maintained store that I actually shop at throughout every werk. Othet DG's could use a little tuning.

The manager is very nice and he tries to keep the store in order. Now if the customers would only take pride in themselves and treat stores and products like they own it.

This place is a mess! It’s been open for a while now and it always looks like they’re still catching up with putting things up. Every single aisle was a mess. Boxes everywhere. All the shopping carts were being used by the workers. Just in some aisle filled up with products. I’ve same here 3 times and every time is the same.To top it off register guy was using a ton of profanity. Even my 9 & 10 year old mentioned something about it.

I love Dollar General I always find more than I ever want in here, they've got a little bit of everything. Prices are always better than most stores, every Saturday you get $5.00 off $25.00

Came in on 7/2/2021 around 7 and the cashier was talking to another worker from there and telling them that she called the walmart on lake june little mexico due to alot of mexicans going to that walmart

Worst dollar General in the area by far. Manager very rude. This store still makes you wear a mask to shop there. Enough is Enough!! No mask mandate in Texas fool!!!.

The place was unorganized there's boxes everywhere you couldn't even walk through the store you have to jump over boxes you ask employees for something specific and they have no clue or no idea I was looking for a little spray handle for a water hose and the employer look for 10 boxes of different things that didn't even belong in that aisle and she says well I don't know I don't have no idea where anything is at and I'm like why you work here she stated oh I don't know the guy in the front register he was more into the music then he wasn't to his customers didn't even greet the customer didn't even say hi just grab the things on the top of the register and scanned it and that was it I will not be coming back to the store ever ever again there's nothing there a value you have to be careful before you fall and trip over and hurt yourself the AC was probably not even working right either but very unorganized very unprofessional very dirty very unhealthy looking

This Dollar Store is not in the best location (older building) but it's organized better than most newer ones and the customer service is great with friendly employees.

The story was crammed with boxes, it looked messy and ghetto, the only redeeming quality was the guy who checked me out at the front, he was nice and courteous but the store itself was cluttered and hard to get around in.

This is the Most nasty Dollar General I have ever been to the manager Michelle or whatever her name is is very rude she’s sloppy looking she looks like she just got out of bed she’s always on her phone at the register it will not leave from behind the register to assist a customer when they’re looking for somethingI had a transaction for $36And $.50 and she would not take my $50 bill for that transaction she’s very rude very unprofessional and I will never shop at the store ever again I will drive all the way across town just so I don’t have to go back into that filthy store

The cashier took real good care of me I went to get a net spend card she explained to me about the card all I needed to just load mine she save me money and a problem I look for her name on receipt but it's not on there but thank you so much young lady awesome job
