Love this store. Has a fun vibe. We quit going because the butcher. In all my life I've never encountered a more unfriendly, rude, and unhappy person in my life. Decided to go try again today. After purposely ignoring us he finally said "yeah?" I give 5 stars for the many great transactions but we'll never go back. Why a business would employ someone so miserable is beyond me. I've seen this guy treat numerous other customers rudely so I'm sure we're not the only business you lose because of him.

Great small local convenience store with gas station. Taco Grill inside, ATM, Money Orders, food, fresh fruit and vegetables, butcher meat market, Texas lottery tickets. A little bit of everything I including a small fishing tackle.

Went in tonight to buy some tide pods the shelf price was $4.09 at the register the pods rung up to $7.09 the manager insisted that the computer was correct and not the shelf so looks like y'all like to false advertise then when the other employee said to honor the price the other manager didn't want to and made a big deal about it y'all need to get y'all store under control in stop false advertising

They serve breakfast 🌮 tacos in the morning. Served fresh everyday. The kitchen is clean and the young lady making them is so sweet. Tacos are yummy.

This was my first time experiencing this little gem of a grocery store. I was pleasantly surprised to see the variety and amount of products they have. It's a fully stocked small alternative to HEB or Kroger and the prices are not bad at all. I will definitely be a return customer.

I’ve always had a good experience at Lou’s. The gas is cheap and I’ve never had any problems with it. They are close to home and have all the basic groceries I need without having to make a trip to the giant store. Most of the times I’ve been, the staff is super friendly and helpful

Was charged $38 for goods and their system shows declined but my bank has already paid and completed the transaction and sees nowhere that the refund has even been requested. Ciceel or however you spell her name was rude and refused to give me the managers name and contact information or to help in any way . Strongly suggest people take their business elsewhere .

Recently, they decided it was finally time to remodel and it looks TOTALLY AWESOME! They updated all the appliances, they rearranged and moved the deli, they repainted both inside and outside, they put up an awesome new sign and so much more! Basically, they updated, repaired, replaced, moved repainted and refinished so much it's almost a totally new store! This is, honestly, one of the very few places on earth that I can say that I have loved since I was a kid! and even though the owners have changed a few times over the years, one thing has always stayed the same... they actually treat you like you're family. It's just an all around awesome little, family oriented, small town grocery store like they used to have back when our grandparents were kids!

Every time I buy milk from Lous it taste off. Like they're not storing it cold enough or something. Expiration date could be long from happening but still taste bad.

Loved the new look but expensive prices. I suppose thats how they were able to afford the remodeling. I feel they take advantage of the fact that they r the closest thing to a grocery store loyally. Service was pleasant and very nice. Just the prices.

Love this store. They have a great selection of merchandise and surprisingly they have good prices. It is nice to be able to come in here and not have to run up the road to Wal Mart or Krogers. The people that run this place are good people also. I like the meat counter here and like to pick up something different now and again and cook.Still the same and expanded to serve this community better.

Close to home easy if you forget something. Price a little high but they are convenient. Had an incident where I was overcharged did not notice until I was home. The owner fixed it a few days later I’m glad he was honest.

Clerks were friendly and fast. They now have higher octane gas although when I was there premium was the only grade available. I looked all over the store for him and I couldn't find Lou anywhere.

I shop here because they have a nice meat selection, fresh and fairly reasonably priced, however, the man at the meat counter is EXTREMELY RUDE!!! He doesn't pay any attention to customers while they are standing there and gets an attitude when you finally have to ask him for assistance. Then he will argue with you when you ask for specific cuts of meat, saying it's all the same thing. No, it's not! There is usually a pretty long line, but at least the cashier's are friendly.

What a great little market. The meats are always fresh and quality cuts. Have never been disappointed. The prices are always fair, and then the deals are typically superb. Very clean in spite of the outward appearance and the staff is no less than pleasant.

Great when ya don’t have to make a Wal Mart run. Have most everything produce meat etc. A lil pricy but convenient.Love that their gas is always best price in this area

Produce has been there a while. Prices are too high because they can charge anything they want since they're isn't another store around. To bad because it could be a great pay off this community.
