From the few times that I have been here, I have had a pleasant experience. Everyone working there has always been really polite and helpful. As far as the store itself, it is a small store. It does kind of feel like it's a little cluttered but not really messy. If you know what I mean, it's just a lot of stuff for that little store. Meaning they always seem to have everything you want, there's just not a lot of room for it. But if you're looking for something you'll probably find it and probably will be greeted with a smile.

I was in line while the manager was yelling at a man for forgetting to get a product. This shouldn’t have been a reason to yell at a customer for, not everyone is perfect. I can only imagine how she speaks to those who are disabled. Her actions were disgusting and inappropriate for a “manager”, she claimed “the line is long, you can’t be forgetting things, never do that again” and looked at her co worker and said “NEVER ALLOW THIS”. So everyone is supposed to be perfect? The man was so kind and apologized several times while she rolled her eyes. The line was NOT long, there was one person waiting behind us, even so, it’s a family dollar in bacliff it should never be that serious when it’s not even busy. Not professional, not kind, not understanding, absolutely disgusting and rude. If you don’t like working then stay at home. Don’t bring your problems onto others just because you’re unhappy.

Pamela was very rude and not very good with public service. I heard her screaming at one of the employees and made a rude remark whenever I moved something a lkttlye with my foot. Would not recommend and would recommend to avoid Pamela if you wanna have a decent day.

Amazing customer service!! convenient quick stop for those who don’t want to run into Walmart to grab “1” thing.😅 Wide selection and I was able to find what I needed.

Does not practice social distancing. Some Customers don’t care about social distancing (to each their own) but when you ask the associates why the don’t have tape marking the 6ft distancing mark on the floor they respond with we just did the floors and can’t put nothing on them...but yet people can walk on the floors... Doesn’t make sense. Associates are very nice but I don’t like people breathing down my neck while they cough right next to me especially during these times. So the store gets one star.

Very recently renovated and therefore carries new items and has removed some old items. Very inexpensive, however, the lines can be very long during the weekends especially. The staff varies widely in attitude, but overall a convenient One-Stop shop.

It's quiet here with great older employees who do a great job. Their food selections have grown small though and the credit card machine sometimes don't work with cards where you insert the chip. I go here to get quick items. Nothing big. Dollar generals have more items. But family dollar may have what you need. You'll just have to see for yourself. Or call I'll say.

Was fun and the ladies their where helpful and looked for small lights for a sense that needs certain light bulb. Cashier was also uplifting and seemed like they like their job and made it fun to check. Thanks for all the great stuff.

I ask why the cashiers were not wearing mask as signs stated all must wear !! Was told management said they did not have to and they also did not have to enforce customers to wear mask .
