They wanted $4200 for my medicine! Walmart did the same prescription for $32.99. I hope to god you low life scam artists get the same treatment when you try to get your meds. Ridiculous, you people should be in prison!

My wife had finished with her wisdom teeth extraction at about 10:30am today and I arrived to pickup her prescription at about 12pm. I was told that my prescriptions would be ready in “20 minutes” so I said no problem and came back later.I get here at about 1:25pm (an hour and a half after I originally came) to pick up my wife’s prescriptions and they tell me they haven’t even prepared them yet. I tell the gentlemen at the counter that they had told me it would be ready over an hour prior. He goes back, grabs two bags and then proceeds to tell me something along the lines of “we don’t have the pain medication ready, we’ll get that ready after lunch for you.”I told them that I need the medication now as they had given me a pickup time and they did not meet their deadline. They refused and told me they would not make it.It’s not cool to tell a customer that something will be ready, miss that deadline by over 40 minutes and then tell them you’re going to eat lunch before you fix the mistake.When they get back from lunch it took them literally one minute to make that last prescription. Could’ve easily done it before. All in all it took close to close to four hours to complete a prescription…Lame customer service.

Guess I should have checked the reviews before transferring my subscriptions. I stood in line for 20 minutes, behind only 3 people. When they finished with the people ahead of me, they went back to organizing RX bags, by that time there were already 5 other people waiting behind me. Seems like they were just hoping people would leave, but people actually need meds. The line was only there because they kept ignoring it.

I have been a Walgreens consumer for several years now. I have lived in different states and Walgreens in most states are ran well. Clean professionals working there. Helpful employees to assist you in getting you in and out in a courteous manner. This Walgreens is by far the most poorly ran Store I have had to encounter. There is an assistant Manager there her name is Frankie. I was at the front register, adding funds to one of my cards so I could pay my bills. As I come in every month to do this. The cashier at the front Jenni, assisted me in doing this. Unfortunately she had to page this Frankie, she paged her twice. To no avail Frankie never replied. Another associate then went looking for Frankie, she was in the back on her phone. She came up with an attitude towards having to be inconvenienced her to have to come up front. She put in her code and proceeded to to walk out front to play on her phone yet again, and smoke! She never knowledge me there not once did she apologize. The cashier kept apologizing for her, I told her it isn't her fault that Frankie would rather play on her phone and smoke than do her job. Poor management poor customer service !!! Then seeing her outside so engulfed in her phone while smoking like freight Train I said thanks for being so rude and unprofessional! She began yelling and screaming. I called the store to try and file a complaint Frankie answered the phone yet again unprofessional and rude argumentative!!

This Walgreens pharmacy has, by far, the WORST customer service ever. Long lines, long phone hold times, rude responses, and Rx errors on their app as well as by email. We have been customers for over 5 years but are now actively researching alternatives for our prescriptions.

When you live rural & need access to a 24 hour pharmacy, the walgreens pharmacy in Brookshire's grocery, Springtown, TX does not open until 10am and takes 24 hours to fill a prescription.

I purchased calendars online to be picked up today. I received an email that they were ready early and went to get them. I was very rudely told that they were not due to be ready for another hour and she didn't send the email so she didn't know what I wanted her to do. We wasted an hour and came back and picked up one calendar. I asked about the second calendar and was told there was only one. They finally found the second set and dropped it down hard on the table, and walked off. When I got home and opened the calenders, I found that both were a mess. The wall calendar was completely out of order and had to be taken all the way apart to be put in the right order. The desk calendar is so streaky, and the photos are faded, discolored, and blurry. All in the same side and line, so it's not just the photo but the printer.

Doesn't deserve 1 star. Slow service, over 24 hours to fill a prescription, not open on Sundays. Doesn't have enough medication to fill prescription. Hard to believe but going back to Walmart.

The pharmacist here is very good at quickly escalating situations when I was asking someone else questions about why I can’t get my insulin syringes without ID anymore like I have at Walgreens for the last 5-6 years. Line moves slowly every time I go in any Walgreens and 9 times out of 10 there’s a problem. Will get them at Walmart from now on. Behavior behind the counter here is simply trashy.

Pharmacy is impossible! They sent me the price on my prescriptions and it was the same price. I called 3 times to get this fixed and finally they said the price with my insurance. They were not even applying my insurance to the prescriptions. When I ask about transferring my stuff to another pharmacy, they didn’t care. Just said tell them to call us and we will do it!

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Never have my prescription in stock. Went through the drive through and pulled up to the window at 1:29 pm and they literally close the window in front of my face. I know they go to lunch at 1:30 but you can't spare 1 minute to get my prescription? Plus was rude to me about it.

This place has horrible customer service. The people in the pharmacy are beyond rude! To add to the bad attitudes of the staff you better count on at least a 45 minute wait to even talk to one of these rude people. The pharmacy is out of most medications each month. You would think that they would have an idea how much diabetic meds they need a month yet each month it's a week or better before it comes in. So if you want to wait an hour to get yelled at and treated rudely and walk away empty handed this is the place! Otherwise I can't stress enough to stay away. I'm switching pharmacies.

Pharmacy sucks. Took over 24hrs to fill prescription. Then the drive thru takes 20 min per vehicle for some reason. Get there early or it will be backed out to Walmart. Some genius closed the second lane so it gets backed up fast. Plenty of people working inside. I just don’t think they care

Worst Pharmacy I’ve been too. Slow. Employees don’t pay attention which is scary for a pharmacy. I could list 9 personal experiences which I won’t for now. And close for refills on July 4th, cause at 9am till 5pm we all know how much we celebrate our independence from the English.

Service is sooo slow I was number six in line out of ten vehicles waiting in the drive thru lane, why can’t you open the second lane to service your customers quickly. Yes I could of gone into the store but the lines are always long in the store. Makes me want to look for a new pharmacy.

Customer care in the pharmacy sucks ass!!! My doctor is an hour from the store I watched my doctor call in my prescription when I get to Walgreens to pick up my prescription two were not ready I set in their waiting area for another hour for the remaining of my prescription to be fill, after watching 2dozen customer's go before I before asked what the hell was going on, turns out it was ready sitting in the bin which they have failed to call out my name to let me know it was ready. This will be the last time I ever use Walgreens as my pharmacy or for any other need. Your company needs to find employees that actually knows how to do there jobs!! This is not my first bad experience with this store and other Walgreens I've used but will sure as hell be my last!!

I stand in the Covid vaccine check in for 15 minutes and the rude lady by the name Linda, told me the pharmacy and the check in line, were the same. I had to go back in the line. When I started the line, no one was waiting and now I need to get back! Really disorganized and the pharmacy employees are giving different directions! Why they have a sign for covid vaccine check in, if everyone needs to be on the same line?? misleading and waste of time!

WORST experience I have ever had. I have never been treated so poorly. The entire pharmacy staff needs to learn customer service. I will not give exact details bc they are irrelevant. I will not be giving Walgreens any of my business ever again. Which is sad bc I've need using them for 30yrs. Sorry Walgreens - you can thank your pharmacy.

We drove for nearly an hour from north of the metroplex to get a covid booster we scheduled online only to find pharmacist never showed that day. When questioned and complained, a store employee (Brandon) laughed and the manager showed no attempt to care or hold the employee accountable for his rude behavior. She instead chose to insult us and take no responsibility. Both employee and manager were young and enabled having no clue how to be respectful to others.

Day 3 and my daughter is still without an antibiotic that they supposedly ordered. Just switched her rx and the ones I had there to Walmart. Less expensive and have the antibiotic in stock. Bye Walgreens!

Had to move our RX here from Albertsons. Insurance requirement. Didn't want to due to past experiences. I go to the drive thru. Wait and never get acknowledged so I finally push the button. The clerk says she'll get to me in a minute. Still waiting. Now there are two other cars behind me. Not happy that i have to go here. Maybe I will resort to using mail order!!!!!!

1. Promised refill would be ready at a certain time, but wasn’t ready 1.5 hrs after the promised time.2. Refused to honor GoodRX coupon price at the point of sale, despite associate looking it up and verifying the price on their computer. Classic “bait and switch” tactic. 100% pure FRAUD!3. Called to speak to the manager. My first question, “Are you the manager?” Answer, “Yes, I’m the manager.” Later she admits that she’s only the shift manager or manager on duty. There was no need to lie when asked a simple question. That was the third time they’d lied to me in the span of 2 hours!Liars and frauds!
