Took my boy Brody up here and let me tell you it was a good decision. Less expensive than going to Petsmart and a much better experience, not only for me but Brody also. He was well taken care of while of while he was there and looked great when I picked him up. They have an area large enough to keep him while he waits his turn (he hates crates or cages, absolutely loses it if you put him in one). The owner Roxanne and the tech who helped me out while I was up there (sorry, forgot your name) were a pleasure to deal with. Absolutely recommend this place without a doubt.

I’ve been using this salon for 7 years to groom my dogs. My dogs always look and smell spectacular when they are done. The staff always takes care of my pets as if they were family. Love this place!

Tried this place because someone recommended them to me. Walked in for a nail clipping for my chihuahua who is scared of everything. They got it done within 5 minutes. Good price. Lady was very nice. Going back for sure

I had taken my friend Jim's dog sid there while he was in the hospital and had his nails clipped, flee dipped and bathed,and trimmed they did an absolutely awesome job and did it at a vary reasonable price, now those of you that know my reviews no that I don't only go by the quality of service I also go by the attitude and personality, and let tell you they are so happy, friendly their attitudes are that if people that enjoy their job and are will to help you. The personalities are top notch love your fury family members as if they were their own. I give paws and claws a vary rare 10 out of 10 for all around pet grooming and boarding in the western fort worth area.

I feel like my dog is probably one of the most difficult dogs to groom. He's scared of everything. My mom has been taking him here for years and their work is the best. Groomers are people too I think people can be to harsh. I've never heard or found them to be anything but kind. I do understand if they've to try in make your dog mind. They're affordable quality care and Frasier will always go back. He's getting old and I don't think anyone else could deal with him. I know I couldn't do it myself. Simple the best. You can’t find a better person than Roxanne and her staff. They go beyond the call of duty. I’m truly grateful for her as a person with disabilities she’s so understanding.

Crew was very helpful with our big dog. She was not going to let them give her a bath or cut her hair. I had to go sit with her so that they could do what need to be done. They were very helpful and understanding and very respectful of our dog and me. We will bring her back again and I will make it point to stay with her next time. Great job on grooming our dog.

This boutique is fabulous. Michelle is absolutely amazing with our babies and she is one of the sweetest persons I've ever met. She, no doubt is "Dog Whisperer." We just adore her! First visit to Paws & Claws, and while most are skeptical of a new groomer, I can say that they were absolutely wonderful with my Pup! It’s easy to tell when a pet doesn’t like going somewhere or being with certain people, and in this case, my Pup didn’t want to leave!

My baby Riley looked gorgeous when I picked her up she’s a Maltese so she’s long-haired and she was matted A little bit because of her scratching so they did really good with her she was happy when I picked her up the only thing is their prices are on the high side I think if they could come down a little bit like everyone else it would be absolutely amazing!I will be a returning customer

Love the service from when we walk into the door to when we pick up our fur babies. We take them to get groomed as well as board them when we head out of state and aside from my dogs not being able to talk and tell me how it went I can see they are always taken care of.

The groomers here seem to really love what they do. I appreciated them taking the time to talk to me about where my cat had issues in grooming, what he liked and didn't and that they'd make notes in his file accordingly. Most groomers just say "oh, he did fine" and brush it off, but I appreciate the honesty and like knowing truthfully how my boy did. Plus, he looks fantastic. I would definitely recommend!

worst experience of my life. I have been taking my dog here for years. today i had an appointment at noon and the lady grooming didn’t see me come in so i waited at the counter for her to see me. next I hear yelping and her saying “ you want me to do it again?” “stop it.” I looked at my dog shaking and I said well you can look like a dirty mop. so we are home now and i wanted to share in case you thought about using this company.

I do not recommend this place.After searching all over for a groomer that works with cats, I called last week and they confirmed that they will groom cats, by appointment only and if their cat groomer comes in that day. So I set up an appointment for today. I dropped off my kitty on time; the girl said she was about to work on my kitty herself, and I could pick up my kitty around noon. (There were two other cats that had been brought in today as well.)Over an hour after dropping her off, the girl called back and informed me that their cat groomer didn’t show up today, so they couldn’t work on my cat. That would have been nice to know when I dropped her off. She said “Well, I told you she wasn’t coming in and that I would try to do it, but our owner won’t let me.”No, she DIDN'T tell me that. I understand liability issues, and if you can’t groom cats yourself, that’s fine, but TELL ME before I leave! It is hard enough to transport a cat in the first place- I could have brought her in another day. She said the owner would call me personally, and would be able to work with my cat possibly tomorrow.So I returned to pick up my kitty. The owner was very rude and said that they’re not doing cats anymore, and to never bring her back.Ok- I will not bring her back, ever, or recommend their business.
