This is the most unprofessional establishment I’ve ever been to. My dog was bleeding from the razor burn I found when we got home-as shown in the picture. I called to inform them and immediately was faced with hostility and blatant denial and even accused me of lying. I didn’t even call to ask for a refund-whoever was on the phone just started yelling “we’re not paying for any vet fees”…. This place is disgusting-do not take your babies here. I should have trusted my instinct when I saw the type of people that worked here and the bad smell and broken floor boards. Super ghetto. Thankfully my vet said my pup will be okay since I treated his wounds quickly but need to keep an eye out for infection.

I brought my 5 month old sheep doodle a long hair dog. They shaved him and I was so upset. Groomer was not Jessica. Don’t know other lady name. They should have called me and let me know before doing a shave and I would have went and picked him up!!!

We have been going there for about a year. We took our dachshunds in yesterday, it was traumatic. After being told they were nippy when they got their nails trimmed, the lady did not muzzle the dogs. She just kept making the holding collar tighter and tighter until my dog panicked and bit her. It was awful. She cut two nails too short on both of them. As if they don’t hate getting their nails trimmed enough. Yet SHE WAS MAD. I would never, ever go there again. Completely unprofessional. This business has gone down in quality and up in price. They don’t have the appropriately trained staff.I had to give one star to post@ zero stars.

Booked an appointment 2-3 weeks in advance to have my dog groomed here. I took my dog in today for the 11AM appt. 2 hours later I dropped by and saw my dog in a cage sitting in a front window. I went in to check on him and was told by the lady at the front desk that the groomer had stepped out to go nextdoor. I left and came back an hour later thinking he should be ready or close to being ready for pick up. So, 3 Hours after I had dropped my dog off for an 11AM appt., when I stopped in to check on him again, he was still in a cage sitting in a front window of the facility, and all that had been done since I had dropped him off 3 hours earlier was that he had been given a bath. I was then told it would be another 45 mins. to cut his hair. I paid for the bath and I left with my dog, ungroomed, but not before canceling the appts. I had made in advance for my other 2 dogs. A VERY disappointing experience.

O I love this place...but I'm so upset ... I brought my himalayans here and Jessica was so good with them !!! I hate it she doesn't work there anymore!! I can't find anyone to replace her! Petsmart just doesn't do the work she does and I need Jessica back!!

If I could give zero stars I would. I dropped my dog off at 11 AM. They told me she would be ready in 3 hours. I called at 2 PM to check on my dog and the lady told me “ it’s going to be quite a bit longer”. I asked if she had been started at least and she told me no. My dog did not get her groom and this business lost a customer. Sad.

I have a very fluffy border collie. Hollywood Hounds always does such a fantastic job of cutting his hair. I drive 45 minutes because they are the only groomer I trust with my dog. Great service!

We had used PetSmart grooming for 9 years and recently needed to change groomers. We were very hesitant in choosing a new groomer for our fur baby. However, Hollywood Hounds turned out to be the PERFECT choice! Our long-haired dachshund Baylee was so very beautifully groomed, we were very impressed. Also for the first time when we picked Baylee up she wasn't shaking and nervous. That's a huge "tell" that your baby was loved throughout the grooming process and not just another dog coming through their doors. We highly recommend you give the staff at Hollywood Hounds a call.

They did a great job bathing & shedding out my dog. He is allergic to fleas and had a very bad patch above his tail. They bathed & dipped my dog regularly while he healed up. He hates bathes, but they got him looking clean & healthy & happy!

I have a German shepherd who is terrified of people outside of her family, but I had to get her groomed for my senior pictures and I had heard from a family friend that this was a good place to go in town. They exceeded my expectations they were very friendly and very understanding about my concerns for my skittish dog. I could not believe the results I was literally in awe I am so grateful and Hollywood hounds has found its self another permanent customer!!!

Not pleased. Groomer shaved our Golden Retriever right down to the skin in a 4”x3” patch on his chest & a 4”x2” patch on front of leg. Tried to tell me it was due to a cowlick. I’ve had him groomed before & never had this issue. Not going here again.
