If I could give negative stars I would. My bf went here to buy some things to do laundry recently and seeing as they had a low hung sign right in front of the entrance he ducked to go under it and nearly had his head taken off by it's tie downs and though he's 6.5 it was tied down as low as his mid-chest so it would've gotten those of average height plus even some of us shorties. He looked as though he had gotten into a fight. Reacting as someone in pain he told the manager/checker about it. In turn he was told to calm down instead of anyone apologizing or even having sympathy for him! After all it was their own complete lack of thought towards customers by hanging in such a way! Horrible service!! Thankfully it has been taken down & no one else was harmed by this. This is not the first bad service either of us received here, I had already sworn off shopping at this location after being treated like a shoplifter on walking in where I was told by an employee I couldn't bring my bag inside but had to leave it with the cashier n trust them when they were the ones instantly being distrustful of me. Save yourself the aggravation & possibly pain and avoid this place. If doing laundry across the street remember dollar tree is close by too.

Placed an order on app to pick up 5 hours later, got an email that it was delayed, then later a notification that it had been canceled 🤦‍♀️ absolutely ridiculous! When my funds were released and I finally had the time to go into the store, it was your typical, hard to maneuver through, expecially with a cart, store.

Why is this the only dollar general that closes at 8pm in all of azle out of all the other ones not only that do they actually even care about this store everything I buy here is expired half the time and just not kept up I'm not coming back here ever again it's just not professional half the time I show up the employees are just goofing off outside in their cars

Loved the store, nice size, so there was a lot of items to choose from. But, very unorganized. Carts with lots of merchandise, therefore you could not get downs isles. The toy section was a mess. The clothes section had clothes everywhere, including the floor and over other clothes. I had to dig for my size.

Overcrowded with low end merchandise. Slow cashiers and store is always dingy like it needs a good cleaning. Lot of foot traffic here and drug deals constantly being made in parking lot. Limited parking area and items on sale are always not on shelf for customers to buy. What's the point of having a sale on an item only to not have it where customers can buy?

I don't hate this place. I used to like it stopped in there regular. But when you tell me I have to wear a mask to shop at your store I'll go somewhere that doesn't have such a ridiculous rule. When you all stop being sheep and that rule goes away I will likely go back.

I had an EXTREMELY unpleasant visit this past Saturday evening. I would like to start by saying that I had an amazing experience two weeks ago where I did a survey for Tracy and another employee, they were not there this time. I was discriminated against, harassed, embarrassed, told to leave and then felt threatened leaving when someone followed me by vehicle leaving the store. I came in with a friend, we were doing our normal Saturday DG coupon shopping trip, we loaded up our carts with what we needed and headed to the checkout where an employee named Jess was talking very loudly with another customer "that she hated couponers like us" and that buying so much was illegal, we could be prosecuted and got the cashier as well to all start talking about us soooo loud. The words hated people like us was used several times, we were in shock. She saw my coupons and my cart and made my experience a nightmare, discriminating against someone that uses coupons. My friend told her that yes she does sell some of her products but that she also donates to church, the school and provides for her extended family and then all hell broke loose. I urge you to please watch the camera footage and I pray it has audio. I have never been so disrespected. I did 1 transaction and tried to do another, I had all sorts of laundry products and cleaning supplies and paper coupons and she told me no, that she was on the phone with Tracy and Tracy didnt know me and that I needed to leave. I reminded them the only thing illegal that was happening was them not wearing a mask (she explained she had a medical condition) however that the cashier just gets hot and needs to breathe, unacceptable. I asked if I could finish my transaction, that I was buying different stuff and I just wanted to pay for my items and she told me to grab my bags and leave. The entire time she was so loud screaming across the store and making a scene. When we left and went to our cars we immediately wanted to get out of the parking lot and noticed a car was following us and when we parked at the nearby McDonald's to gather our thoughts the car immediately pulled right back into Dollar General. We felt extremely threatened. I would like to add that we had previously been in the DG on south Boyd where we had an amazing experience and a customer went on a rant about how she was treated earlier in the evening at store 03352 where an employee named Jess screamed at her child and we though no way this lady has got be exaggerating.... and then we went and had a very similar experience. Please view the camera's for this interaction as well, it was a family of 4 wearing green Azle shirts. I will not be returning to this store as long as Jess is employed there and allowed to treat customers this way. She has no business being in customer service or interacting with the public. For what it is, it is what it should be. Yes it feels understaffed, which explains the lack of stocked shelves and very limited cashiers to get you out of the store with your items. However, the parking lot is shared with many other establishments. The individual claiming the lot of foot traffic and drug dealing must be picking up his Advil here on headache day. Clean store, with a staff that seems to get turned over quickly. So don't expect to see a familiar face behind the register. It is what is, get what you need and move on. It's not a Wal Mart children, you won't make a day out this visit. Serves it's purpose to the community.

Went twice in a day, hours apart, and their restock was absolutely everywhere. Some of the things I was looking for were were in several unrelated areas of the store. Completely unorganized and unfriendly.

It's a Dollar General. You either go to these type of places or you don't. If you do you won't be disappointed. I have always had a good experience. The store is sometimes a little messy, but again it's a Dollar General. Don't expect Nieman Marcus.

The lady at the register was really nice even though I was overcharged for my dollar 2 liter soda. It didn't matter, because her customer service and genuine smile were the important things

DONT SHOP HERE IF YOU DONT HAVE CASH. I am a doordasher we have no way of choosing stores. Megan would not accept my card for a doordash. The guy ran card so I know there machine works, but doordash price needed to be approved so went back in and was told cash only. Rude and it hurt my ratings to keep my job for door dash. And now I can't do door dash drive to make more money. Thanks

Store is usually dirty everytime I go in, I go in as a last resort now days, can't be too careful about cleanliness in these times, staff is always great and they usually have what I need

They should have renovated the inside and fixed the airconditioner before they put a Dollar General in there. It is Hot, stinks and a total Mess on the inside. We have 5 Dollar Generals around Azle so for now on that's where I will go. Its just Nasty!!! And I cannot believe how they treat their employees!

Terrible service. Close at 230 because of ac not working. Long line 2 employees just walking around instead of helping with lines. The one in lakeside closed too because of ac. Get it together Dollar General!

They have about everything to keep you from running to Wallyworld to get bread or milk.Isles getting too crowded with merchandise making it harder to shop if store is only slightly busy.

Most of what your local store carries. From staple item groceries to sunscreen, mousetraps, housrhold cleaners, cookies, candies, toys, air fresheners,cards, hair brushes, toothpaste, toliet paper, bleach, chairs, wind chimes, etc.
