I like the store but, as a 65 year old woman, I do NOT APPRECIATE having to dig for my driver’s licenseEVERY SINGLE TIME I BUY BEER!!It’s beyond ridiculous! I asked the lady at the register how long they intended to “card” seniors and she seemed very agitated and told me, “it’s company policy”!! It’s very inconvenient to have to dig it out,especially when they can PLAINLYSEE I’m old enough to be her mother! This needs to stop!!

Rude employee/manager yelling at customers for walking down a cluttered aisle with a shopping cart. There are unpacked boxes everywhere in the store so why did you have a problem with me walking down this particular aisle with my shopping cart? Leave your problems at home, especially if you work a job where you have to deal with the public because you are going to yell at the wrong person one day….you should pray and thank God you got a Christian woman today because you won’t always be that lucky!!!!

I’m a regular at this store. I live right down the street. Madison waited on me this evening. She is very kind and sweet. Very fantastic customer service. Love this store. Especially since it’s so convenient, since I live literally five minutes away. :) Thank you Madison for all your help. I appreciate it.

If I could leave a negative star I would. Worst experience today from an employee Sylvia. She was very rude to my 2 and 4 year old sons. I tried to call and get a corporate number or speak to a manager and she was very rude and hung up on me. Wow Dollar General you hire anyone I guess. This employee needs to be coached better or better yet Dollar General needs to change their hiring standards.

Okay selection, clean (ish) store. Customer service was very poor, cashiers tried to bribe us into doing a survey for them so they could win something. I just wanted to get in and out, yet I had to deal with employees breathing down my neck about me taking a survey. Here's a tip: Good customer service gets you surveys, try again.

Everyone was really good with service just one guy with a pony tail and tattoos was really rude and he did not have no respect for anyone I hate that dude and he should be fired for how disrespectful he was wasn’t even in uniform he was disgusting plz get him some help

Excellent trip to this dollar general store! Staff here are always welcoming, this trip was no different. The product was in stock and I checked out quickly. Great service at all my visits but I just left the store, after the person in front of me, a woman of advanced age…could not get her credit card to work…it was difficult for her to get the card swiped and read the screen, after swiping the second card…the cashier, a younger man with blonde hair and a military-esq stance and a kind heart, pulled out his own wallet and paid the balance…to be honest, the other customers in line had also said they would pay it for her, but there was no need.I stupidly did not catch his, the employees name, but I had to put that positivity out there. We need more of this in the world. Kindness and care.

Great place to run for those last minute must have items you forgot you needed. Sometimes it seems a little congested in the aisles, but that just means theres more selection, right? Friendly employees who are very helpful.

Small, crowded aisles loaded with unpacked boxes of merchandise. Store looks and feels "cluttered" and chaotic. Stock is always hit or miss and rarely have what I go in for. Employees are not friendly or helpful and are usually either visiting among themselves rather than stocking and clearing merchandise from the aisles or are outside taking smoke breaks! Generally avoid this store if possible.

It has always been good, however today I was not impressed. The apparant mgr and I'm guessing the assist mgr who was off the clock discussing about an issue with one of the employees. First of all you don't need to be discussing that in front of customers. Secondly she was more involved in that and not paying attention to what she was doing. She bagged my 2 liter soda with my bread. I proceeded to bag it separately and walked out witb my bags. She didn't say thank you, come back or anything else.She continued on with ber conversation

They were unloading merchandise so many isles were blocked even if an employee wasn't working on that isle but when I went to the register the credit card machine froze up and the employee was very friendly and did a good job of getting it fixed right away

Would not let me use their restroom. Girl behind the counter said they didn’t have one. Strange, because they had one last week. I left my cart and walked out. Pretty freaking cheeky of them.

Quit asking me Google I only visit one store and thanks to corona I don’t go to Walmart anymore cause Walmart think you should check yourself out.Dollar General on Boyd rd just north of Sandy beachThey are awesome they are super friendly, they always help you out (except this one time in band camp I wasn’t really happy with this guy LOL) He just kept pointing me instead of showing me where the peroxide was which by the way it wasn’t! They were sold out! LOL!

Best little corner. the general manager is a creepy ass dude.. kinda gives off a creepy pervy vibe. but i guess i will just have to deal with some dollar general manager drooling on himself looking down my wifes shirt as he scans her out so i dont have to drive all the way to walmart

This particular store, is very trashy, literally, can't go down a single isle without having to move a buggy or pallet full of trash! Employees are not that friendly either.

Dirty store. I guess that’s what I get for going to the dollar store. I should have driven a little further and gone to Albertsons or CVS. Employees were wearing masks but all of their masks were pulled down and not covering their noses. What’s the point?

My wife was in this store it was treated poorly by a guy that was working the register he didn’t know how to do his job so he decided to be inappropriate and have a smart mouth when my wife tried to use two forms of payment to pay for the items he was trying to purchase all I got to say this is the worst Dollar General I’ve ever seen don’t answer the phone inconsiderate of complaint and just horrible at serving others I wouldn’t advise visiting this location

You need to double check the prices on everything as they ring up. You will over pay for items if you don't pay close attention. Nothing is where it should be and even things with the right tags just ring up higher.
