I'm a dasher, I arrived before the store closed and the two older ladies who were working were very short with me and rude. As I was trying to complete my doordash order they stopped me and told me since the store is closed they didn't have to check me out and they kicked me out. I had to call my customer and explain it to him why I couldn't complete his order. Because of this I have a bad mark on my performance review.

WOW!! This was my second visit to the Azle location. Both times, I was greeted with a smile. The shelves are well stocked, clean and organized. I expected this Dollar General Store to be like all the others. I just started working in the Azle area. I’ve shared my experience with several people. The customer service is exceptional. Very Clean, Organized and you can walk down the isle. You can tell “The employees care about their store!” I was beyond impressed! I complimented the Employee for her exceptional customer service. Please, let your employees know their hard work didn’t go unnoticed! You have very caring employees! They are friendly, go above and beyond to help you find what you need. I will definitely be shopping here a lot! Thank you for the exceptional service. -Jackie

Love the cashier's they are so friendly and have good work ethic , always a little behind on stocking shelves but there always so very busy with foot traffic

Went into this location today, and the moment I opened my car door it smelt like overwhelming feces. When I got into the store it was even worse. Everyone I saw was disgusted and holding their noses about to vomit. The fact this store was still open and running with emoyees forced to work in those conditions disgusts me. I am not over reacting when I say the smell was bad. It really smelt like someone took a massive dump in every single isle. There is no way I could stand behind that counter forced to smell that all day. You have some amazing employees , but for the corporate in charge of this location, I am beyond appalled. I will not be returning. Super sanitary for the anyone who entered the store today.

I was recently in there with my family, my step son accidentally knocked a bucket over with some small yard signs. He went to pick it up and the worker (young man long hair) was rude telling my stepson to just move out the way the entire time in the store he would stand there and watch us. Horribly rude 👌🏻

There is always large containers that need to be put away everywhere, at the end on isles, in the middle of isles, all down the side isles where you can't even move them to get diapers. The store is just a mess. They added self checkout, so I thought it would help the long wait that they always have but now the employees make everyone wait to use the self checkout unless you have cash. So the cashier basically just stands behind the counter asking people if they have cash while the line backs up all around the store. When they could easily help and cut the line in half by checking out customers. Especially the elderly who do not want to use the self checkout and specifically ask to be checked out. (The answer was no btw, they still had to use self check out while the employee just stood there waiting to approve the beer they had in their cart).It's a busy store and the self checkout could have improved the long wait but instead they just found a way to make the wait longer. I avoid the DG as much as possible.

If I could have left zero stars that would be more like it. We bought a heater from there and due to their very specific heater return policy (because they know they are selling bad products) they would not even try to work with us on a different kind of heater since they didn't have the exact one. It's like 25 degrees outside and not much more than that in our house which I explained to them. EPIC FAIL Dollar General!

They either need more help or better supervision. 50% of time going there I've had to wait on someone to come to cash register. I only live down the road so I go there quite often. Other that, great store.

Store was in mild disarray but could have been due to shipment and stocking. My visit was at 7pm on a Tuesday. I didn't have to use the facilities here so I cannot comment on thier state of cleanliness of the restrooms duringy visit there. Staff was polite helpful and apologetic about the fact of the cluttered isles. Great place to hit if your in a hurry home and forgot something at 5ge grocery store or Walmart.

I really liked this location much better than the one in town The staff are very nice and willing to help you if you need it not like the one in town they actually seam to get mad if you ask where something is and if they do decide to tell you where it's at they don't tell you the right ail it's on . But don't take my word for it go give them a try and see how they treat you. You might have to better experience then I did maybe I just caught them on a bad day. I think I will try them one more time just to see if that was what happened. And I really hope it was just that all three employees were having a bad day. Anyways like I said before I'm going to go back one more time and give them the benefit of the doubt . Because they are much closer to where I live

The employees are always busy straightening everything and they are really friendly and helpful. There are 3 dollar generals pretty close but i choose to go to this store because the environment is great. They make me feel comfortable and smile.

I normally don’t have any issues with My Dollar Store but it seems like here lately they have had a lot of employees shifted around and some are just down right rudeI realize that the store closes at 10 they locked the door at 10 they still had people in line, they wouldn’t allow me to run and grab 1 thing. I even begged and they just looked at me and shook their heads. Had it been a couple of mins pass 10 I get it. It was 10 on the dot. Their was still customers in the store It was the rudest relations. I hope they stub their toe and step on LEGO’s.

I'm thankful to have Dollar General ,its very near to my home, and saves a long trip to wal mart.The store is kept clean and well stocked.The employees are pleasant, and courteous.

I go there often and they have good pricing, but they do NOT enforce their mask requirement for employees OR patrons. We have a very high risk person in my household and this is very upsetting. I only go there now when i absolutely need to. Sad.

Stuff is aligned in boxes blocking aisles it's hard to shop when nothing is stocked I have noticed recently that it is improving slightly I do not recommend doing your crucial shopping here maybe if you forgot a non serious staple in your meal they might have it

One of the cleanest stores I've ever been in well-stocked and well-maintained staph look like they took pride in their selves and it has a lot more than most Dollar Generals do I was impressed by that

Dollar General on Boyd rd just north of Sandy beachThey are awesome they are super friendly, they always help you out (except this one time in band camp I wasn’t really happy with this guy LOL) He just kept pointing me instead of showing me where the peroxide was which by the way it wasn’t! They were sold out! LOL!

If you're looking to buy a purse don't go to Dollar General. I went to this location and they literally had 1 bag to choose from. The store itself though was stocked and clean.

Your store is great there a couple of girls that no matter how you walk in feeling You will leave in a happyer mood they are very helpfull and greet everyone as they walk in i m sorry i don t recall her name but i ll get it she should be a manager not stacey sorry as a manager in my pass years that s the kind of people i ed have working for me Always a Smilevon there face no matter what when they have problems they laugh and say it could be worst they laugh so hard you can t help but laugh with them as they do there Job

It's a grocery store but if you live in Azle just go to Walmart... Yo every Talki bag I checked was popped open; like what. I gave up after the 3rd so maybe there were some that were fine.
