Waited in the drive through for 25 minutes was told I need to go inside for my prescription. I then waited for another 10 minutes in the pickup line to be told I need to go to the drop off line to provide new discount information. I wait in that line for another 15 minutes. After they apply the coupon I had to go back and wait in the pickup line. It should not take me an hour to pickup my prescription… I appreciate the attendant that was sympathetic and helped me find a better discount but there’s gotta be a better way to run this pharmacy.

I dont write bad reviews normally... This is not a review it's an alert or warning if you will. This pharmacy is dangerous! worst pharmacy staff I've ever encountered! They seem to judge folks and talk down to them. This staff does NOT care about us. My insurance dictates that I use CVS for my heart medication. It's auto refill or supposed to be anyway. These pharmacists have allowed me to go without my heart med, that I've been on for two decades for 4 days. 4 days without heart medication. They would not transfer script to a pharmacy that had the medication. Pharmacy staff is rude and inconsiderate. They lie (Dr. Office didnt recieve request)about contacting my dr for a refill of nerve pain medication. I've been out of that for two days now. They don't follow through or up because they just dont care about us as people. I'm just a layman who should not have to check to make sure the "professionals" are doing their job. Today is the eighth, my dr. approved a refill on the 5th, ( was due to be filled on the 4th) I've waited patiently without for days, so I called to check on it....still not filled but just give them 30 min. SMH! I do not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. Their business etiquette is just disgusting and dangerous. Laura's Heathmart is my pharmacy. She loves her customers and would never conduct business this way.

Azle location took over 30 minutes wait for drive-thru with only 4 cars ahead of me twice! It took them over 24 hours to finally fill my prescriptions. I had to come back the next day and they still weren’t ready! It’s an hour round trip to them, which I told them the next day when I was checking to see if all my order was complete. I waited 30 minutes before I left to get there, giving them over an hour to complete the last 2 prescriptions. When I got there I ended up waiting over another 1 1/2 hours! This location is awful. The staff is adept, rude and the place is actually filthy! I’m just judging from the drive-thru but the windows were gross and trash out by the dumpster in the back.

CVS in Azle, TX has such poor inventory management and lack of staff, there is always a long line at the window and prescriptions are rarely in stock. Don’t tell me my prescription is ready when it’s only partially filled.

This CVS pharmacy always goes above and beyond. They have FANTASTIC customer support n always do their very best for the customer. Best pharmacy I’ve ever had!!!

I feel sorry for the employees who have to listen to the constant unusual hum from the Coka Cola refrigerator in the front. I want to unplug it for them. Noise pollution is real and this noise is a constant. CVS and Coka Cola replace the small refrigerator.

The minute clinic takes much more than a minute. Been here 3 times for the clinic and could never check in online. Then had to wait forever to be seen. The doctors however are very friendly, clean and thorough. This is a great place to go as an alternative to your pcp. I haven't really spent any time shopping here or getting prescriptions but the staff has always been friendly.

Never answers the phone. Called several times over the course of 2 days and each time I waited on hold for 15 + minutes. Not sure if they are just under staffed or don't care. Completely different experience with Laura's pharmacy and the Savon across the street. I would recommend one of them over this CVS.

This is the most DISRESPECTFUL pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. 1) 1-hour HOLD TIME (that in itself should be criminal) 2) somehow never “have my prescription” when I call but I show up RIGHT after the call ends and all the sudden it’s there? (After the 1-hour hold, MIND YOU) 3) act rude af towards customers when they express their discontent with the way they handle these issues. They’re getting ready for me to come up there and give EVERYONE a piece of my mind, and I’ve been living here a year now. NOT HAPPY.

Went here yesterday paid with a $100 dollar bill and was short changed 10 dollars...I showed cashier the change she gave me she had already closed register drawer and called manager to front they took drawer to back to count and kept me there for over 30 minutes and for some reason needed manager of store to count never did get resolved but took my phone number and never did get a call...lesson is use self check and not cash

The pharmacy staff has NO people skills, very rude and short. If my insurance would cover at a different pharmacy I would leave here and never go back.

Went to get an antibiotic that I needed and it was going to cost $350! Went to my hometown pharmacy (valu-rute) the next day and got the same thing for $25! CVS tried to screw me. Smh! Never going to CVS again!
