This place sucks! They had my prescription on hold since April 17th, I called today to ask why and they say we can have it ready in 30 mins. Person in pharmacy who checked me out was huffing and puffing and when checking my own self out for other items, an employee started asking my daughter (who was looking at hats and is 7) if she was going to put them back where they went. My daughter already knows how to put stuff back where it goes and the employees need to worry about doing their job. Employees here are miserable! I’m not an employee, why do I have to check myself out?!

Pharmacists are constantly confused and miscommunicating about what is going on.My wife's pain meds after her C-section were not filled the first time we went and I had to beg for them to be filled after we discovered the pharmacist forgot to do so.My own medication was scheduled for pickup 9:30pm Friday night. I've been to the store three times since then and only after shouting at the pharmacist did he "find" my prescription.CVS corporate needs to do some work on this store.

This CVS is utterly horrible, and is unfortunately just about the only option we have in this town. After two of our scripts (different providers for different children) got lost (or as CVS claimed never were sent) during the week of 3/25, we ended up having to take one of our children to the ER because we couldn't get her antibiotics filled. It cost a toddler not only a prolonged period of pain but a financial burden to her parents who had to take on an emergency room bill. We did confirm with the provider on Monday (when the offices reopened) that the script was transmitted the previous Friday (before noon). And again… this was just ONE incident during the week of 3/25. Not even creatively, they used the same blatant lie/ excuse earlier in the week for a different child's prescription. I will be driving into another town and using another pharmacy from this point forward. You do all realize that failing to fill certain prescriptions in a timely manner can be life threatening? Avoid CVS Azle!

Had one of the worst experiences with the pharmacy. Pharmacist should consider getting a job that’s she’s passionate and caring. Refused to give me my 10 month old medicine because she failed to look at the prescription when sent from Cooks Children and said she was leaving for the day. Stated she wouldn’t stop doing what she had to and could care less. Will never get any of my medications at any CVS.

Needed to pick up my prescription for covid, but had to give them my updated insurance. I was told I had to come into the store to give them my updated insurance as that was "store policy". So not only did they make me wait in line with extreme dizziness/fatigue/102 fever, but exposed ALL of their other customers/staff to COVID by insisting that I come inside. I also asked if they had a mask I could wear for other customers safety and they said no.That's probably the most terrible store policy for a pharmacy I have heard of. Definitely will not be having my prescriptions filled here again.

I've been shopping here for the past 2-3 months and noticed they don't update their weekly ECB promotions which makes it more difficult for me to shop. The Weatherford store appears more organized and better stocked. :(

I think this is a training center. Never seen the same people twice. Stopped to get a perscription the other day and was told it would be ready in over an hour. Couldn't wait, and 15 minutes after we left, we got a text that the order was ready.Yesterday, we stopped for a perscription. It is usually covered by insurance, no charge. However, yesterday it was $50.00. We asked why and apparently some computer was "down" so they couldn't process a coupon, so they just decided to charge us $50.00 that we would never normally pay. And they were hoping we would just pay it without saying anything!!!! In addition, the girl up front, fluent in nonstop spanish, is better suited for a job like prison guard. When did they stop letting you know that a perscription was ready?

Shorted me on meds then tried to blame me.I was meant to get 90 count on october 7th. Didnt think to count them even though they gave me a smaller bottle than normal. Ran out half way through november. Brought the bottle up to the cvs they tried to blame me saying they gave me the correct amount. After arguing for a while they decided to give me the remaining amount. They gave me 35 tablets in the same size bottle that was meant to have the 90 supply however the it was 3/4th full. I showed the pharmacist and told him 90 wouldnt even fit in this small bottle and he continued to argue that they gave me a full 90.Ridiculous will not be coming back.

They always greet me with a smile and always fill my son's prescription on time and correctly. In 10 years I never have any concerns or problems with this pharmacy. I can get my meds in the mail order but I rather go to this pharmacy.

My prescriptions are supposed to be on auto fill. I get notification that prescription is ready yet EVERY time I go to pick it up they don't have it.. I have tried calling and verifying also but it somehow disappears in person. Very inconvenient, waste of my time, costs more.

This place is a total disaster! 🤯😡 They can’t seem to get their act together due to severe understaffing, resulting in constant mistakes and unbearable wait times. Complaining to anyone at the store or CVS corporate is utterly futile—they just brush off concerns. It’s beyond infuriating! CVS seriously needs to either set up a new location or get their act together before taking on more customers. It’s beyond unacceptable! 😤👎

Normally pick up several meds (on insurance) at a time, never more than $25.00. Wasn't told one was almost $600.00. Insist they give you the total, now I have to contact Insurance because of their screw-up.

Why I hate this location:1) no one ever answers the phone2) multiple times have not had the medication, but did not call to advise3) when asked when the meds might be available got a shoulder shrug4) asked them to verify if Walgreens had it 2 blocks away and to transfer the Rx and was answered in eye rolls and deep sighs. Only did it when they realized I was serious5) sometimes they are rude or just outright hostile if you seem to be a nuisanceToday my doctor sent prescription here instead of CVS in Weatherford Target as asked. Because it was a new RX they refused to transfer. Of course doctor's office was closed when I found out. Called to confirm they actually had the meds and they keep putting the call back on hold instead of answering. I have been on hold since just after leaving Target and currently at about 40 minutes (took pictures earlier).

The pharmacy in question is the worst I've ever encountered. The staff there is consistently incompetent, and it's been a nightmare trying to deal with them, particularly because my elderly father relies on me to handle his prescriptions. That is, there's no way I would continue to deal with them if it was on my own behalf.And every three months, without fail, we run into problems, such as the pharmacy claiming that our insurance won't cover a name brand medication that it actually will, despite our having literally reminded them of this dozens of times over the course of several years. Additionally, they have a habit of losing track of refills andprescriptions, causing inconvenience and frustration for my father, who is elderly and unable to drive long distances back to the doctor because they demand a new prescription. It's insanity.The staff are unhelpful and rude and always giving conflicting information that flies in the face of the last excuse they gave you. They clearly don't communicate with each other well. I mean, I don't think I've ever been told the same thing by two different employees there. It's like each one just makes it up as they go. The overall performance there is just totally abysmal. I would never recommend this pharmacy to anyone and would advise strongly for anyone to go to any other pharmacy in the world to avoid the migraine headache that is CVS in Azle, Texas.

My husband went in to pick up my prescription 12 min before they closed for lunch, and they said info online wasn’t correct so he asked them to call the pharmaceutical company because we just talked to them and all info is correct and they said to have CVS call them if they have any questions. They refused to call the customer service number for the discount card, saying the info online wasn’t correct and wanted me to call the pharmaceutical company to make sure it’s all correct then come back. But I had just hung up with them and they verified all of it. I went back in after my husband told me all this, and the pharmacist on duty said “she will call when she can” (after trying to say again that they weren’t going to call) and I said that’s fine, but please call them because I need this medication. I was fine with it being after lunch, I know they need a lunch break. She apparently didn’t seem to worried about it, more worried about figuring out what to get for lunch. Thanks for the subpar customer service.

They gave my boyfriend the wrong amount of his medicine. Instead of giving him the 90 day medication they gave him 45 day supply. Beware someone is taking customers medicine that they need.

Script sent in last week but they’re out so it had to be ordered. I called today about my script and it was in but not filled….“Give us an hour”. 2 hrs. later the lady at the drive though tells me “yours isn’t ready; your doctor just called in but give us 20-30 minutes”. Then why did you text me it had to be ordered last week and at 6:24pm that it was ready!?!

All 1 Star reviews are well deserved. 3 registers in the pharmacy pickup area and never more than 1 cashier on duty regardless of the number of customers in line. Waited for 20 minutes only to be told my wife’s prescriptions weren’t ready despite the app telling her they were and automated phone calls claiming the same.No improvement since last review. I went in yesterday needing to see a nurse since this is an authorized VA urgent care provider. Had to wait until today. The nurse writes me some prescriptions and hands me a piece of paper she claims will prevent me from having to pay. I came back this afternoon and am told I have to pay. I show the piece of paper the nurse gave me and the girl has no clue so she calls another girl over who claims the reason I have to pay is because the nurse made it refillable (see photo showing 0 Refills attached). But this new girl is too busy to provide further assistance and returns to her work station. Meanwhile the overhead keeps screaming “4 pharmacy calls” so the girl helping me takes a call. Five minutes later she returns to me and says so we are back to the $21?By this time I just want to go home because I’m sick and I need the medication. So I fork over the $21 and leave. But it is time to speak with Senators Cruz and Coryn about forcing the VA into providing those who served our country with other urgent care options.

Absolutely the worst Pharmacy I have ever been to. Service is terrible, Staff stands around and talks while customers are waiting, zero regard for anyone's time, lazy inefficient staff. Nothing good to say at all.

They do not have COVID shots in stock. Will let you schedule appointment online but you arrive and they tell you you're out of luck. Wouldn't recommend scheduling any vaccines here until they can call to let you know they are not available. Or call before you come and make sure you don't waste your time and gas money!

Month after month after month, I call in a prescription, the same one and CVS Azle NEVER has it in stock and can't get it. It's the delivery trucks fault, its the computers fault....they take responsibility for nothing. Heaven forbid these be a life saving medication. I would have been dead long ago. Why don't I change pharmacies...habit, stupidity, convenience...but how convenient is this. It is Nov. 1st. the computer tells me I won't get it until Nov. 5th. Who said computers don't have a sense of humor. Isn't this what I pay CVS for....filling prescriptions? Oh but I can run here and there and try to find some.......

This is by far the worst CVS (and one of the worst places in general) you could ever find as far as customer service goes. Nearly everyone in the pharmacy has a "ho-hum, we'll get to you when we feel like it" attitude. I've yet to leave the store with a complete list of what I went for because they're always out of something or lost it. No one is EVER at the front of the store if you happen to need anything behind the counter. I waited over an hour Tue. 9/20/22 only to be told they didn't have one of my prescriptions and that I should come back the next day. Rinse and repeat 'til Friday, and they STILL don't have it. This is for bipolar medication and it's extremely important that you don't stop taking these all at once like this. This place is a joke.

It's very clean and very well kept. The stock is different than a lot of ones that I've been in. Not a ton in office supplies beverages and they have a sign for an as seen on TV section but there wasn't anything on that isle for as seen on TV stuff.

Another great service! I recommend using the prepay on your cvs app so I can skip the long lines. They told me anyone with prepay prescription can go to consultation section and skip the line until they make a dedicated prepay line.

They can’t seem to get my medicine in stock. Every time I call, I am on hold no less than 45 minutes and usually upwards of an hour. I have used CVS for over 25 years and have never had such a bad experience. I would not recommend this store to my worst enemy. I plan to transfer all of my prescriptions elsewhere

For years I dealt with Walgreens Lake Worth and all their excuses as to why I couldn't fill my script or why it wouldn't be ready until the next day. I've been with CVS Azle for only 2 years but I still haven't had an issue not once. The people are also very nice and happy.

Dentist literally called CVS in front of me. My tooth was abscessed and needed medicine ASAP. Waited an hour, CVS told me it was on the voicemail and to come back. Came back two hours later, they told me to give them an hour. I have them two hours and returned. Each time waiting in a 45-60 min line. Pulled up and the pharmacist comes up and starts telling me in broken English that there is no prescription. I told him that the girls standing next to him to me otherwise 3 separate times that they did in fact have it: The one girl looked down and the other started screaming that she said they might have it and never said they did have it. Sadly, most people don’t take the time to write reviews unless they’ve had a bad experience…myself included. With that said, terrible all the way across the board. I wouldn’t trust them with any medicine in the future. They are so unorganized, you may get the wrong script. The customer service was pathetic and the lying made it worse. I’m sure they are overwhelmed, but that doesn’t excuse this type of unprofessionalism and behavior. Go anywhere but this place! You have been warned!
