Stopped by for the first time ever today. Great little grocery store! Prices are good, and they also have great deals on items weekly according to the ads I’ve seen (buy 10/$10, BOGO etc). Was very quiet and check out was a breeze. Very friendly employees. I’ll be sure to stop by more often!

I like this store it's very clean and everyone is very friendly and respectful and I find good dells every Thursday through Sunday. Somethings cost more but if u look for cheaper brands they have them .

Kay in the bakery is awesome! She makes the most beautiful and tasty cakes ever. She made my daughter's bridal shower cake and it was fabulous! Went this week to order another "specialty cake" as usual, Kay didn't disappoint!

CLEAN, AMAZING grocery store. I didn’t buy any groceries today, but I came in to use the restroom and they were the cleanest grocery store restrooms I’ve ever used… more appreciated than you know. Couldn’t find chap stick though even in the self checkout area

Azle, TX. This store is Clean, well lit and big! The instore bakery is top notch. Staff helpful, friendly and respectful. My favorite grocery store in my city. The only draw back is I live on the opposite side of town, but Brookshire's was here first so that's on me!

My friend was with me and had a seizure. And the employees come into carahar that hurt to the car and get me to. And I'm opened tetridge. You're so so I could get out too hard. Berry Condon employees very good job.

Since the renovation Brookshires is great! I took one star off just because their prices are still a little high. That not to say you can’t find some good deals. And an added bonus… the customer service is always exceptional!

I frequent this grocery store to the point the cashiers know me by name and sight. Most of the employees are top notch. My only steady complaint is the deli counter. They act like they are doing you a favor and they are terribly slow. And as a note to the store manager Mark..if a customer is standing in line waiting for service, it is rude for you to walk up to the counter and tell your employee to make you some chicken strips. Customers should come first.

Very nice store. Helpful staff and the cashier took everything out of my cart. Then the bagger helped me to my car. They even had the little kid carts.

I love this concept! However the azle store is no where near as friendly and helpful as the springtown store. I give it 3 stars for appearance. But would recommend the sprintown store if you value good consumer service along with the a great store.

Wow reading reviews I'm hoping I caught them on an off day. In my travels I've been to other Brookshire's and was always amazed at the customer service as going above competitors. I have a walking boot on my foot that extends to my knee due to recent ankle surgery. I went into the store originally for a just a couple of necessities therefore didn't take a shopping cart. As I looked for items I picked up some other items I realized I needed as well. Needless to say my arms became quite overloaded and walking with the big surgery boot became more and more strenuous and painful. Several times I thought of returning to the front to get a cart but thought I would just power through and be done soon. I saw several store crew members, almost every aisle, stocking shelves and thought surely one of them would extent courtesy and offer to get me a shopping cart. I even asked one crew member where an item was and was informed the next aisle over. As this was my last item, 2 cans of tuna, my arms were overflowing and my walking boot was quite obvious and still no assistance or let me help you was given. I didn't ask for assistance because it's not in my nature plus I thought common courtesy was going to win the day. I made it to the register and informed the cashier of my struggle through the store. I'm not one to judge because I know we all have those days but her sour face was quite the turn off. This could have been made better by her, she was my last impression of Brookshire's customer service, with just a little kindness and "I'm so sorry that happened to you let me get you help getting your items to your vehicle." There was someone bagging the groceries but still no offer of assistance to my vehicle was given even after hearing how no employee offered assistance while shopping. My bags were simply left there and the bagging assistant left. By this time I was so upset I decided to speak with the Store Manager. Koko was the Manager on duty and she is the reason I'm giving the store 3 stars. She was very kind and apologetic. She advised that was not suppose to be the Brookshire customer service. She personally gathered my items and helped me to my vehicle. I've been in management 30+years and know for every service there is plenty of competition. Customers are willing to pay a little more for courtesy and a pleasant experience but will certainly shop elsewhere for a negative experience. Thank you Koko for helping.

Another lovely experience. The BEST cashier is Lacy! She was the first cashier to show me how to make coupons work on the app, how to redeem points and where my bar code was! She was friendly, helpful and so polite. The sacker also caught an additional discount coupon on a package. What great hometown service. LOvE this store ❤

I love going to this store because it is so much calmer than the local Walmart. Pretty good selection of everything a person would need in this store. They have smaller carts, too. And an added bonus is having someone take your groceries to your vehicle!

Best place in Azle to buy groceries. No long lines. Excellent deli. Lottery machine doesn't work. Great prices. Good selection of steaks.
