This is not only the cleanest Allsup within a two hour radius, But also has the kindest most helpful employees. By far the best place to stop on my route. Extremely clean bathrooms and store. Always greeted with a smile. 10/10

When I come inside to pay for gas I they never ask me if I have a reward card or phone number associated with my rewards cards and if I try to put in my number they alway have already cash it out and already have the register open so I can’t put in my number. I am not very happy with this it needs to be resolved.

I have been going to this store since I moved here and have always brought my dogs in there. Today, while talking with the cashier about their allsups card, because I am in there everyday to buy ice, cigarettes, etc., and she was telling me about their points system. Another cashier felt the need to rudely interrupt our conversation not once but twice to tell me I couldn't bring my service dogs in there. She said it once and the cashier and I continued with our conversation and the lady again rudely interrupted us. Well I guess I will go else where everyday on my way home to get our stuff since service dogs are not allowed in allsups.i would definitely rethink the cashier as she does not hold the quality for Customer service or just manners at all, but hey that's just one little Customer saying this. Oh wait, nope there are more bad reviews, wonder if they're about the same lady 🤔 also no letter anywhere saying no service dogs allowed, oh or dogs in general 🤷🏼‍♀️

I sometimes stop there after work in the morning to pick up 2 cans of chew for my husband. Did this the other morning. Bill came to around $18.Looked at my bank statement today & have a charge for this Allsups for gas (I did not get gas. Had a full tank.) For over $198!!!!!I drive a Ford F150, even if I had gotten gas there, it wouldn't have come close to that!Went to the store to dispute the charge & was told that sometimes the bank will put a hold for a higher amount on gas purchases. I did NOT buy gas!!! I The I was told I have to come & speak with the store manager.I am filing a fraud claim with my bank & a police report for unauthorized charges.Be sure to check your receipt when you go to this place!!!

I go to this store because its close to work for me. Every time i go in, there is something always broken and down. Men’s restroom is always out of order and the lighting in the restroom don't work and the ones that do are very dimmed. They never have paper towels and slacking in cleaning. Fountain drink machine has been down for a few days. The gas pumps dont have air chucks anymore… other then that the Staff is great.

I've been going to this store for 20 yrs. Even before they built the new one. Great workers. Always happily doing their job. Except for the day manager. She has anger issues. Tells off customers if you cross her for any reason. Told me off over a Coke refill. In front of everybody. I don't know her name but I'll find out and post it. I have heard her tell off other customers before, many times.

Dirty pump areas, diesel and dirt wet. Needs power scrubbed weekly. Pumps not working are not marked in any way. Will try again and see if management does anything, otherwise I'll be going elsewhere.

New and nice clean truck stop. Nice large parking lot with easy entry and exit for big trucks. Large fuel island. Large convenient store with very friendly staff and clean

Inside is your standard convenience store with some good pre-made food to eat that is warm. Outside are several fuel pumps and with several with diesel at them. There is even an area that has fuel pumps for tractor trailers to fuel and park.

Non-ethanol gas. About 75 pumps to chose from. Grill inside is excellent. Clean restroom.

I went in to get two cups of ice and asked the cashier if I could have a plastic bag instead of using their cups. Paying a buck and some change is better than buying a whole bag of ice that I don't need and will waste. Store manager Misty, snapped said "no, ma'am! we are a company that is trying to make money, you will have to buy a bag of ice. I tilted my head when I responded and said ma'am I don't need a whole bag. Your other cashier just did it for me the other day. She snaps again staring at her phone "well she shouldn't have done that we're here to make money." Alsups do better, be nicer. Why do I need to waist my hard earned money for you to be in the lead for an ice bag competition. You need better management that are nice to people and not look at us like dollar signs. Do better Alsups

I love this gas stationIts a clean organization with almost everything you need. It even has fried pizza. Amazing. Its a must stop at least once, and their rewards are truly the best. Spend any amount and get rewarded it seems like.

I walked in and out of the store four times needing help at the park with diesel trying to get DEF. Nobody at this location offered to assist me as it was clear by the amount of times I came in and out I was having trouble. I ended up having to purchase DEf for almost $30 in a box inside. When that same value for 2 1/2 gallons would’ve Ben 10 dollars. outside. As a small company that uses a lot of fuel, I burn 2 to 300 bucks a day plus buying snacks and drinks. I was stopping at Allsups but after this experience, I will not return.

5 employees, and I stood in line for 6 minutes. I finally left the things I was going to purchase on the counter and left. 5 employees in the store. I hope Alsups isn't waisting their money by building a new store. With customer service like that, they won't do well.And the smell. My gosh, it's bad. It smells like old grease. 😕 Nasty!

I get the best milage with the gas from here. My 2004 Yukon averages 16 mpg with the gas from here. If I get gas ANYWHERE else I average only 12 mpg. Totally worth the extra few cents I pay here. I wish allsups were everywhere. Best gas! Thank you Alsups ❤️ I should add I will go out of my way to go too Alsups ❤️ and they usually have my favorite candy, and monsters. ❤️

I don't normally mind a request for ID for tobacco because it is so rare. But this California based company requires ID for all tobacco sales no matter the age appearance of the customer. My issue is coming here 2 or 3 times a week and I am nearly 50 years old still wanting to verify my age. A little frustrating when you are in a rush and you have to hike back out to the pump to get an ID. I am sorry but no more fuel, tobacco, or grocery purchases here.

Usually very wonderful place! Almost always stop here on haul jobs. But I had just one recent issue. I ordered a honey corn dog and didn't eat it for a bit and when I took a bite it was jalapeno and cheese. I can't eat spicy things due to acid reflux. Kind of disappointed with this mix up. Just hope it gets resolved.

It’s somewhat out of the way for gasoline, however, when I was told Allsups had Ethanol free gas, I beat it over there to filler up and and I plan to continue getting my fuel there. I do hope that the new Allsups going into west Springtown will have it too. 🤠

Great welcoming quickstop. I live in the area so It's easy to stop by after work and pick up a drink or a snack. Nice conversations, if you know how to hold one. The lot outside can be cleaned up a bit, smack my bumper almost every time I drive in to get gas. No weird crackhead loiterers outside.

I asked April the cashier to run my card as credit, it declined twice and she asked me, in front if all the customers "if I had enough money on my card" and then moved me to a different register and disrespected me in front of the whole store, like it was all my fault, when she didn't run it as credit the first 2 times like I asked. Poor customer service, no customer deserves to be treated like that 👎

The staff is very kind, my husband who is so picky loves the food and the fountain drinks are always made just right PLUS have never had a problem with the gas. It is a 5 star for my family.

False advertising on their gas prices! Saw online they had regular unleaded for $2.23 and it was also on their sign. This was about $ .25 difference from other stations in the area. After I pumped my gas and looked at receipt it said $2.30. This was all within 15 min of each so it wasn’t because of any time difference!

I called to try and get the price of non ethanol fuel and they won’t give it out. Guess I’ll keep going to Murphy’s since they are up front and not afraid
