I took my dog in for his second grooming with Woofgang Westlake. Loved how the same groomer we had last time was ready and waiting for Hank and greeted him as an old friend! It really helped calm my dog down when he was feeling anxious walking in. Grooming a golden doodle is no easy task and although he had some mats and needed a long shave, our groomer was absolutely amazing! He groomed him to look like a doodle with a round, teddy bear face instead of a poodle, as so many other groomers do. They work fast and efficient and the communication is great. I would highly recommend for any dog that needs grooming or just a nice bath, ear cleaning, nail trimming or teeth brushing!

I cannot recommend Woof Gang Westlake enough!! All of the groomers are amazing and the staff is so kind. I have been taking my dog for over a year and I have had nothing but good experiences. She usually sees Mikayla for her haircut but almost all of the groomers have groomed her and I have never been disappointed. They also have a great retail area and my dog goes nuts for their treats. I was even able to special order her food through them, even though they do not carry the specific brand in store, and they let me know when it comes in. If you’re looking for a groomer or just in need of food, treats, or toys, I highly suggest checking out this store.

Cute pup store with lots to offer your pup! My baby Rio (Toy Aussie) had a grooming there too and it turned out so well! There are a few hairs I had to touch up but over all pretty good. It was $70 plus $10 add on for nail grinding. Then I added a 20%tip!

We love Woofgang! They have been taking care of our dog since he was a puppy, were patient with him as he worked through his fear of baths and he always looks great afterwards. Cory is his usual groomer and always does a fantastic job. As a busy household, I also love that they do reminder phone calls about appointments. It's so helpful.

This is such a wonderful grooming facility! They are so amazing with doodles- we bring our labradoodle and golden doodle here and they always look amazing! Always. They are so careful to go over the cut in detail and have called when issues like matting arise to discuss changes to the plan. We have experienced many of their groomers and everyone has done a great job! We love it here and trust them to make our dogs look and smell wonderful.

Really happy with our grooming experience here!From the first phone call, to meeting the groomer, to the final pickup, everyone I interacted with was knowledgeable, friendly, and had my dogs best interest in mind. It wasn’t too crowded with dogs like other places, which can be overwhelming, and you can see into the groom room, which put my mind at ease.Also, by far the best cut we’ve had in Austin. Everything from his little toes to the top of his head is tidy and soft.This was our 3rd groomer since moving here, and I think we found our place!

The staff is super nice and professional. Karen did an amazing job with my long haired husky. Apparently it’s hard to find knowledgeable groomers for long haired dogs. I inherited him recently and I have been apprehensive about grooming since a local groomer ruined his coats. I live closer to the Mueller area WGP but they seem to be overwhelmed. The drive is definitely worthwhile if it means my dog gets the attention he needs.

Lea Anne is an incredibly knowledgeable and kind pet stylist!! Our long-haired dachshund is always super nervous going to the groomers (which makes me nervous too!). Lea Anne put us both at ease. Stella and I both had a great experience coming here for her grooming. . We were treated with kindness and respect. We were greeted with lovely smiles which made the experience so much better. She usually gets super anxious when left anywhere. She felt comfortable with this grooming experience. We didn’t have to wait. Her shampoo and hair cut were done efficiently and skillfully. Stella looks better than ever and is so much more comfortable! This was the best grooming experience ever. We definitely recommend this establishment!

The franchise owner Kathy is a rude hateful bully and has repeated treated me and my dog horribly. I’ve brought my sweet well behaved Maltipoo here 6 times in the past 4 months. The first 3 baths went great, no complaints or hidden fees. The last 3 visits have been a nightmare due to Kathy’s presence being hateful, threatening, and discriminatory towards myself and my dog. On the 4th bath, she was very rude and demanded that I bring my dog back to be shaved. I said sure no problem, and booked a shave for 2 weeks out. When I picked her up from the shave, she demanded I pay $70 extra. She added on a bunch of hidden and extra fees that made no sense. She threaten to ban me from the establishment if I did not pay $70 extra in a very rude and aggressive manner. She wouldn’t let me see my dog, despite me asking multiple times. Eventually she realized that she added the math wrong and NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED. Despite this I still agreed to pay $40 in extra fees, plus tax and tip, and said thank you to the groomer. A week later I talked to her husband. Since she was at fault, she chose not to notate the incident so he had no idea this happened. He apologized on her behalf and said I hope you still bring your nice dog here. I booked a bath today before my trip, only to be greeted with hatefulness again from Kathy. She demanded I pay 50% extra because of “severe matting that they can’t get wet” or deny me service. This is completely ridiculous because the dog has very short hair after being shaved last month. Brushing out the tail takes 2 minutes and doesn’t warrant a 50% up charge. I confronted Kathy that’s it’s not okay to treat customers like this. And I don’t appreciate being discriminated against! I highly recommend choosing a different franchise location to protect yourself, your dog, and your wallet from unnecessary stress and abuse.

***Beware, Steals from their Customers --- Do Not Support or Use Grooming Services***This location is dishonest and intentionally scams their customers. They charge a "Special Handling Fee" as a way to scam additional money out of their grooming appointments, lying about their pricing and how dogs behave.I hope others read this and write about their experiences being charged this "Special Handling Fee", also.When we first went to this location, another nice older woman was questioning this "Special Handling Fee", saying that their small dog has never "misbehaved" anywhere else --- and walked out confused over being charged extra.We, ourselves, were then charged the "Special Handling Fee" for our small dog (10 lbs.), who is always very well behaved and has had her hair groomed many, many times without issue. When we asked, we are advised to schedule an appointment for a "less busy time". We did this, making an early AM appointment for a Sunday --- just for them to once again charge the "Special Handling Fee" because our little dog was "wiggly".I arrived before the appointment was over, and our little Shi Tzu was standing on the table, very calmly while they were finishing the grooming. No groomer has ever said anything negative about our dog, other Woof Gang locations have never complained about our dog or charged extra "Special Handling Fees".We tried to give this business the benefit of doubt, and they still intentionally stole from us, as they are doing everyday to other customers.This business very clearly has made a strategic decision to lie to their customers through "Special Handling Fees", realizing that most owners would be too uncomfortable to question it. It is all a scam, and this is easily the most disrespectful and deceptive business we have encountered in a long time.Do not support this business. There are many fantastic grooming services in the area who should be considered instead.
