Great place to get birthday cakes for our doggo. She loved all the cake and the cookie we bought from here.This place is so colorful and pretty. They have variety of cakes in fridge and they get them within 20 mins. I would highly recommend this place for any and all things for your four legged babies.

Best groomers in the area. By far the best hair cut my dogs ever had. Will never go anywhere else. The cookies are just the cutest and I love that they are made in house! The owner Darren was very accommodating when I voiced concerns on my dogs icky skin and had great recommendations to help me fix him right up. If I could leave more stars I would!

Highly recommend this cute dog bakery store. I got my dog a freshly made little cake for his last birthday along with another fun treat. He devoured them both. This place is the perfect store to get something special for the dogs. I’ll definitely be going back to get treats for our other pups. The lady was very helpful and kind as well.

The encounter I had with the salon owner, Darren, over the phone left me shaking and in tears. I initially reached out to request a change of stylist, a simple adjustment that they accommodated, but Darren's aggression during our conversation was unexpected and deeply unsettling. He questioned why I hadn't voiced my concerns sooner, completely disregarding the fact that my husband had previously attempted to make a similar request, only to be told that the system was down.Feeling attacked and dismissed, I couldn't shake off the discomfort from that call. I mustered the courage to call back, hoping to express how his approach had affected me. Despite my efforts to remain polite and even mentioning the positive experiences I had with their services in the past, Darren seemed unwilling to acknowledge that there might have been a better way to handle the situation.Instead, he continued to berate me, asserting his authority as the owner and refusing to engage with my concerns. I was left feeling unheard and frustrated, simply wishing for my concerns to be taken seriously. The confrontation left me emotionally shaken, and even now, I struggle to comprehend the intensity of his response.In times like these, when customer service interactions turn confrontational, it's disheartening to feel disregarded and dismissed. As someone who values respectful communication and empathy, I sincerely hope that future interactions you all have with this salon will be handled with greater care and understanding.

There's a large selection of birthday/holiday cakes and treats for your furry friends. Love the variety and the changing styles of decorations. The groomers also do great work however I do find it a bit overpriced, and the occasional out of the blue upcharge, which is why I'm taking it down 1-star. Overall though I would recommend to my friends

We love love LOVE Woof Gang. We go to the Austin location on Lamar as well as the Cedar Park location and have received excellent customer service in both places (same owners). We trust their opinions and respect their high standards. We get a silhouette trim for our Aussie and Woof Gang is easily the best grooming we’ve experienced, by far! In addition to their grooming, they have a huge selection of decorated or flavored treats. We provide their treats and custom cookies to all of our clients; I’ve never seen a dog dislike them. They must be delicious for sure. Go there, get a cake and some treats for your dogs and a groom, you won’t be disappointed!

The ladies who helped us were super amazing, best customer service! Excellent selection of treats. Found a chicken neck and a strip of dried bacon. Also tons of cookies. They were able to ice my dogs birthday cake the same day and my dog loved it!! Our new go to place for our pup!

We have two standard poodles but we do not groom them like show dogs. When we brought them to Woof Gang for a grooming we asked for them just to be “cleaned up.” Nothing fancy. The groomer told us generally what she was going to do but gave no indication there would be any additional charges for the groom. When we came to pick them up less than 4 hours later, the $150 per dog grooming price was shocking enough considering we hadn’t asked for a show cut or anything just a basic grooming. On top of that, there was an additional charge of $20 per dog for “scissor work” of which we were never informed. The groomer did a nice job but the exorbitant base price and sneaky up charge have ensured we will never return.

I had my first visit recently and have never experienced such high level of standards for their establishment and customer service. They walked me through step by step what the appointment would cover and if there wasn’t enough time they explained their back up plan. I already booked my next visit and my Aussie looks so handsome!

Shelly is a gem! We adopted a shelter dog last year that turned out to have major stranger danger. Shelly did so well with him, and he even got excited to see her each of the subsequent times we brought him back. She also kept us updated several times throughout the appointment so we always knew how he was doing. We cannot thank her enough for loving our pup like we do. We moved out of town recently and have yet to find a groomer that even comes close to Shelly’s level of care. We miss you terribly!

This place is amazing!! We just adopted a pup from a shelter, so we weren’t sure if he had any experience getting groomed. I let them know ahead of time that he may be skittish with strangers, but he seemed very at ease when we dropped him off. The entire staff made us feel comfortable and did such a fantastic job handling him!!! He looks absolutely wonderful, even better than I expected! And to top it off, our little guy loved his doggie cookie and ate it all up as soon as I gave it to him. I will 100% be taking him back here every time he needs a grooming!!

I have been a customer of this store for years and years and am devastated to tell people to avoid this business at all costs. They are so overbooked it is impossible to get my dogs groomed on a timely basis. I made an appointment for late May back in early spring... but had to cancel the week before because of an illness. The next available appointment was for five weeks later. I then realized that second appointment was during our family vacation - and was given an appointment in mid August. Multiple phone calls to the store and six months between grooming appointments (they are usually groomed every 3 months) is not acceptable for a client who has spent thousands at this business. I fear my elderly dog won't be with us any longer by the time his next appointment rolls around. Disappointing and a terrible business model.

I have been bring my dogs for over 2 years never had an issue other than they are expensive, but today It was the works experience and they do not care for their customers at all. I have a puppy and they refused to do the service I wanted for her because they claim that it causes stress even though I booked this appointment weeks ago. I spoke with the owner over the phone and it’s the rudest most entitled person I have ever met. And no I do not recommend this place they do not care for customer and their time at all! You would think that customer loyalty means something now days but not to these people.

Greatest place for grooming. I have a shirt tzu and he has anxiety separation from me took him here and he did wonderful. His fur was so soft and smelled great and his hair cut fabulous. I am so glad I found this place . Amazing staff from the cashier to the groomers. I feel safe knowing my Beau is in great care when he gets groomed. Thank you for taking such great care of my baby boy!
