Our groomer broke up with us today.We’ve been bringing our goofy dood here ever since his first puppy groom (2 yrs). We loved them and have shown nothing but kindness, gratitude, and generosity.TLDR: I’ve been 15+ minutes late 1 time, and otherwise make it within 8-10 minutes. I take full ownership over being late, my fault at the end of the day but I drive 30+ minutes to take him here despite us moving across town. To give no warning then tell me you now refuse my business is baffling.To wait until I pay you an inflated $300 + $35 tip to tell me you love my dog but aren’t able to work with me anymore… is such an absurd concept and display of customer service. Again, no warning was given. Just “hey we love your dog, thanks for your business but don’t bring him back here.”P.s. this was a typical doodle groom price plus $100 for scissor work that I did not know is a MASSIVE up charge. No disclaimer/notice.After 2 good years I’m in the market for a new and more reasonably priced groomer with better communication and customer service :’)

I just had to put my dog Cooper to sleep. He was in end stage liver cirrhosis and didn't want to eat much his last few days. Woof Gang made him the most beautiful cake and he absolutely loved it. I will never forget the kindness that the staff showed towards our family on Cooper's last day. I had never been to a Woof Gang Bakery before this, but myself, friends, and family, are now customers for life. Thank you, thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Our dog has had bad experiences with groomers when we've tried to save money and find the cheapest grooming option available. As a result, she's come back scared and more reactive towards dogs post-grooming.We decided to come to Woofgang because we heard they are good with anxious dogs, and what a difference it's made! For just a slightly higher price, we don't have to deal with so many of the negative post-grooming side effects. You can tell they were really gentle and took their time with our puppy.

I have a chow chow who is very aloof with strangers. This location is so patient and kind to my baby that she feels comfortable being groomed here. They respect her boundaries and just do a phenomenal job every time with the haircut. Love this place.

We made the hard decision to put our family dog down. I came here to get his final treat and explain my situation to the staff to help me pick out the right treat for our dog before he crosses over the rainbow.They were so graceful in helping me pick the right treat out and were extremely kind. This is the 3rd or 4th cake I have gotten from this bakery and they are always so cute! I love that I can come in day of and they make the cake when I am in store. I’ll keep coming back as long as they keep making cakes! :)

We absolutely LOVE Woof Gang. Honestly there's no other option in our mind for grooming, treats, cakes, and toys. They also support you in a customized way where they just want you and your pup feeling at ease with their food and grooming needs. Things like CBD or specialty food recommendations go a long way for the average customer who may not be sure about what brand/kind they need. They have high standards and aren't satisfied with sub par care. We go to this and the Cedar Park location. There is no discrepancy from the excellent service from either location - both are top notch.

It's our eldest gal's birthday, a 10 year old pit that acts like she's 2 😂. Went on a little trip to find a few pupcakes and stumbled upon Woof Gang Bakery. A wonderful selection of pet products and an excellent variety of baked goods for your four legged family members. But the real gem was the staff. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable seem inadequate. I had a senior dog that thinks shes a puppy and a 3 year old and 5 year old children in tow. Seeing I had my hands full they offered to walk me to my car so no confectionery accidents occurred. Excellent service, will definitely back again for two other birthdays and more.

Amazing!!! Great location, has parking and they did great job with my dog's nails! She is a Greyhound and can be a baby but she did great! I love how they were so sweet and even used the Dremel. Once she was done there were plenty of amazing treats for her to celebrate her not being a bad girl. Everyone was very kind and accommodating. I will definitely be coming back! Thank you and keep up the great work!

This is a long over due review. We have 4 fur babies and always come here for every birthday, holiday, and final goodbye meal. Their cookies are just so stinking cute. I have never used their grooming but their staff is super friendly.

The photo explains itself, but apparently they "don't do refunds on cake." I would be less mad if they weren't pretending to be a bakery as well as a dog grooming service, as I have spent a few hundred on that in the past there and was planning to do so in the future until they revealed how they treat repeat customers with this, because the grooming part is good.Also worth keeping in mind, this is a dog who will literally try to eat trash on her walks if I don't stop her, so whatever they put in their bakery items is less appealing to dogs than street garbage.

The funky pet store offers lots of interesting toys and snacks. The store close to Brushy Creek Park has more items, but my baby seems more interested inside of this independent pink house.

Ham seemed to do very well here. He smelled awesome after his bath, and his nail trimming was great. They were also able to make him a custom cake by the time I came back to pick him up. Very friendly and professional staff. Thank y'all for all you do!

EXCELLENT GROOMER KAT! I spent a lot of time researching for a CAT groomer all over town. This best kept secret, was right in my neighborhood Avery Ranch, at the back of a cute pet bakery. From the 1st phone call they set my mind at ease. And when I walked in, I knew my shy kitty was in good, professional hands. I was SO relieved. I’ve never had a long-haired cat. But he’s a rescue my daughter got and he had acquired a lot of matted fur. Kat was so gentle with him! - she’s a cat whisperer! She’s has a lot of experience as a groomer. I’m sorry I didn’t catch all the staff’s names, but they were so kind and reassuring. Thanks y’all! Go check this place out- you’ll get the positive vibe right away ;) #bestgroomer

they do walk in dog trimming! very easy and convenient. great selection of treats for dogs. Some are over priced but a great store overall. If it’s your dogs birthday they have lots of birthday treats and hats for your dog!

I used to love grooming my dog there, however today a groomer came out with a disturbing arrogant mood saying she needed to charge about $80 more dollars to the base price because she had to work more on my dog. On top of that she said she would take 3+ hours. I had been paying $90 for the last year and she wanted to charge me almost double and keep my dog for hours. Previously they would take them no more than 1.5 hours at a reasonable price. Today groomer wants to work less and charge almost twice the price with an arrogant behavior. Not good

Cute little bakery on Lamar that's painted pink and you cannot miss it! I've never had grooming services done here for my dog but the dogs that leave look pretty snazzy! I got my dog a birthday cake here and they were able to write his name on it which was really nice. The cake itself seemed dry and crumbly but I don't know what dogs prefer. He ate all of it and his stomach was fine, so we're happy about it!

Fantastic groomer. I’ve been through half a dozen groomers for my terrier and it’s very difficult to find one with good customer service and grooming.I was traveling through Austin on a long road trip and needed a last minute appointment. I spoke to the owner in the morning and he was able to fit me in! Plus, my dog looks SO GOOD! The owners partner did his cut, even when he wasn’t technically working, because he has a thing for terriers :)) Thanks again!!

We have been taking our dog to this Wolfgang location for 5+ year and have spent thousands on grooming's. Recently, we've been assigned a different groomer every time we go which relates to different styles of cuts, some which do not last as long. Today, we called and said we were running behind for a cut which the manager said no problem and thanks for letting her know. Once we arrive, they advised they could only do a trim around the face and it would be $50. If this was communicated during our original conversation, we could've of certainly rescheduled. After deciding to go somewhere else for a cut, they wanted to charge us a $50 cancelation fee. This occurrence aside, the front desk staff is always impersonal and short. We have been trying to get consistent with one groomer for months and they never really seem to have a solution for us which shows us they don't really care. Since Wolfgang is a franchise, we will be giving the Westlake location a try.

I don't know what I would do without these wonderful people. I've been coming here with my now senior pup for years and am so relieved they have the skills and compassion to care for sassy little dogs and limited mobility pups. They always put the dog's wellbeing first and are so accommodating. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Katie and David are always so friendly and helpful with scheduling and Joelle (and previously Laura while she was still grooming!) is amazing.
