10/10 location- phenomenal management!Shout out to Ethan- thank you for the help!Just came in today, this time in a rush with a mission-I needed an assortment of goodies, all essential- the catch was I only had 2 percent on my phone and needed to check out with apple pay.Ethan flew around the shop grabbed everything I needed and even exchanged some great vibes with me along the process. I highly recommend this shop!

Polite friendly staff, great prices if you visit a smoke shop regularly you will save money here. Normally against tipping but as long as they don't hike prices ill keep passing back some of the money I save

Marshall at Wizard Hat is super helpful, and friendly. This shop has a ton of glass made in America, and so much more. They have Wild Berry incense, two cases of Art Glass, a huge selection of Raw papers, tubes, and other raw products, water bubblers, glass blunts, screens, vape juice and so much more. This shop is awesome, they have the nicest glass pipes. The employees are so nice and knowledgeableIt only took minutes to get us the perfect pipes. They are also honest and will go the extra mile for their clients, I left my credit card by accident, I live in Galveston, Tx, they immediately put it in the mail, I love this guys. I visited after receiving extremely bad service from another business and was very glad I did. The employees were extremely friendly and even though they weren't sure what I was talking about we had it figured out in seconds. I was very happy to find out the store had a good variety of stock and followed COVID safety practices. Extremely happy with my first visit and will return again.

Awesome shop, ultra friendly staff. Get your herbal here. There are other shops with greater variety, but not better efficacy or value. I've perused the glass. Seems reasonably priced. The shop itself is a little small, but they still have a decent selection on everything. These guys are great. They also carry vape juice. Again decent selection considering the size of the shop.

I went to Wizard Hat for the first time about 6 weeks ago. I was looking for something very specific. I was greeted by the most friendly, knowledgeable and helpful person! They have a fantastic variety and the best prices. I find myself going there every couple of weeks now to see what is new and see the glass and art. I also bought a cool purse! They have everything you expect and lots of things you would not expect. Go there!

This is long overdue I just never had time to leave a review but that five star is times two! I give em 10 stars. I’ve been using their products and location as well as north location for a couple years...no more like 3 or four. Mainly south location since it opened. But I hope the owner(s) see this and know that both locations have top notch employees! I’m probably more known by the south guys as the tow guy but I love these guys and their effin awsome at their jobs. No other shop compares. Keep up the great work and hopefully I’ll be seeing y’all for years to come! May not have as many locations as a “certain” other store in similar industry but I have many times gone 50 miles round trip to use their store not just the prices but the employees are the best of any type retail by far!!!Towman

Used to go north store a LOT before the south one opened, so it's really nice to not have to drive so far. The staff are great and clean, lots of glass, and great incense.They also sell kratom, which is sometimes very good, but sometimes it's very disappointing. The price is also a bit high when compared to trusted online venders. Would like to see more consistency with it.

Very nice knowledgeable staff who will help you with whatever you need plus reccomdations. The products they carry are too notch. I buy a few different products from them and just recently bought a backpack for school and its definitely one of the nicest bags I've had for $60. Made out of all hemp

We go to Wizard Hat about once a month. These folks are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I am always able to get what I need and usually walk out with an extra thing or two that I couldn't pass up. Love their mascot as well.

Definitely love shopping here for all my Vape needs. Great selection of the juice/oils for your vape mods, affordable prices and they will also work with you if you have a set budget. Really amazing job with helping their customers. I wouldn't imagine going anywhere else.

They have a great selection of pipes, but they don't carry generic water pipes (they only have brands like grav) so that's kind of a bummer for budget smokers like me. Really friendly employees.

Stop by inquiring about kratom but did not purchase any due to the rude guy behind the counter. I don't know much about kratom but from what my close friend has recommended me I was wanting to buy. When I asked the man behind the counter for it he asked me what kind of high are you looking for and when I said I wasn't trying to get a high he went on to act as if he knew everything and I knew nothing be whittling me. I was simply wanting to get some for pain so I don't have to take pain medication that makes me high that's the point of it thank you guy behind the counter I will never shop there again

Lauren and Ethan provided top-notch customer service. Both were very knowledgable and accomodating to my needs. They had positive energy and didnt push a sale on me but used excellent suggestive selling techniques. Hey managers—theyre kicking a**!!! They told me about products i didnt even know existed. Went in today to grab some humidity packs. All Planet K in Austin have been out for months I've been told from some of the people behind the counter in various locations. I had been looking for some for a few weeks now. Today I went down the line of smoke shops calling and nobody had any.Some had blimpies like Oat Willie's but, my brother over saturated one and left it in his container and everything ended moldy😰😠.Every since then I have just idea these. So, to end this movie 😰(sorry) Wizard hat was the magic shop to to save my herbs! The guys in there were super cool and it was my first time there and looked around a bit and the shop is really well put together and the guys seemed pretty knowledgeable to direct novice to expert!Thanks again guys at wizard hat! You really saved my herbs!!!👐Now that this out, I'm sure you'll be hit up for your humidity pack😰.... don't forget to save a few for me

This place always has a friendly staff .... Great selection of wraps, cones, papers, etc....they're not the biggest shop but they have a nice variety of Vapes, water pipes, and some sick custom glass pieces.
