I'm a birder, and I've been buying all of my bird seed, feeders and nest boxes from WBU in Westlake for 20 years. The seed is the highest quality you'll find so that you're not wasting money on seed that the birds won't eat, which just ends up on the ground. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and their discount program is awesome and saves me so much money for a very nominal annual fee.

Love this place. We go here for all of our bird seeds. In my opinion skip the cheep bird feeders and spend a little more on a high quality feeder from here. They have good deals often. I rently got buy one get one free on some products. And the birds love it.

I love this place! When I decided to set up a couple of seed feeders in my backyard, they knew exactly what I needed when I described my setting. WBU has everything you need and the staff are helpful and happy to guide you in the right direction. Join the savings club to get discounts on every purchase plus points toward reward coupons. Problems (squirrels, aggressive bird species)? Ask and they will help you address them.

Very professional and personal support and guidance. Today I got a big bag of Select seed mix with sunflower seeds and peanuts, a pepper seed block, and a can of live meal worms for the thrushes. My feeders are very busy these days.

Pricey, but it's true they have so much for the bird nut like me to choose from. My recommendation is the no mess seed cake. The birds seem to love it above all. You'd need to get the pile and stand for it.

Franchisees love wild birds and will answer any questions you might have. There are two different franchises in Austin, north and south. Rollingwood is south. The north stores, Cedar Park and Wolf Ranch, seem to have some more effective products, ie. thinking they were the same, I purchased two varieties of seed cakes at the south store for convenience. I have been a customer at the north stores for over two years.Both cakes mildewed before they were half eaten. Never saw that before. Birds were not as ravenous as usual either.

The owners of this store are ignorant. Do not shop here. They sold me a broken fountain and refused to honor their word about a refund. Buyer beware! Order your bird food online and have it delivered.
