Should’ve written a review sooner, but I’ve taken my dog here for almost 4 years now and they always do such an amazing job and they are always very friendly. I get so many compliments about my dogs hair after she has gotten it cut.

We tried several different groomers in town and West End has been the best by far. Everyone who works there is the kindest friendliest and most genuine person you'll ever meet, and they very clearly love and care for all their furry clientele.Their work is top notch and they're great to work with. Our two dogs (one wheaten terrier, one wheaten/poodle mix) LOVE their groomer visits and are always SO excited to see everyone here. And the care and haircuts my sweet boys get are perfect every time.The folks here also do a great job managing my dog who is other-dog-reactive and they do a beautiful job keeping him (and the other dogs) safe and calm.We've been using them for probably three years now and couldn't be happier. Definitely recommend West End!

I’ve been taking my husky/shepherd to West End for 10 years (!!!). He always looks and feels great when we leave. The staff have been so kind to us, especially as my bud’s gotten older. Best place in Austin IMO. Highly recommend.

This place is wonderful! It was our first time there and they made me feel so welcome even though I was running late. They paid great attention to exactly how I wanted my girl groomed. She looked and felt fabulous by the time I picked her up. Recommend 100%!

HEROES OF THE DAY! I rescued this sweet little dog completely covered in mats. Petco couldn't do it because it was so severe, and it looked like I might have to take her to get it done at a vet (very costly!). But luckily I was referred to West End Grooming; they could not only take on the challenge (amazing groomers), but they did it for free! Amazing service and team, just look at this before and after!

My dog gets groomed here by Edith and he always looks like a superstar when he leaves. Their prices are super reasonable and they are efficient. I love that they have someone come to take the dogs for a walk midway through the groom to make sure that they get a chance to potty.My dog always comes home from the groomer super thirsty though, so I'm not sure if they don't give water to the dogs while they're there. I'm not too concerned about it, he isn't fearful when approaching the location and he willingly walks back with the attendants when we arrive.

Thorough, detail-oriented, truly wonderful. The staff genuinely love dogs and want them to feel good as well as look good. They have thoughtfully eased my puppy into grooming and now he gets excited when he realizes we are on the way to an appointment, even though he usually hates riding in a car. Dog is always retuned to me walked and well-loved. They are a bit pricier than some other groomers but in addition to the canine experience, the staff seem happy to be there so I hope/imagine that I am also funding a positive work environment and a decent wage, which is important to me. If only they offered boarding!Also, excellent Covid protocols were a further testament to their responsible ethos.

This is the best place I have taken my dog! The staff are THE friendliest people. They are always so so welcoming and eager to talk or answer any questions. I completely trust them with whatever my pup would need. They always are open to explain what a certain cut will look like or what my dog needs so I don’t pick her up and end up shocked. They have a wide time window for morning drop off so it’s easy before work and flexible for pick up time as well so I don’t have to worry about getting there until after I’m off. I plan to be a long term client!!

I have a new Maltese puppy and took her in for her first groom here at West End. I discovered that they personally had a Maltese for 17 years, so I knew she'd be in good hands. They did an excellent job and I am very happy. In fact, she's back in today for her second grooming!

Could not be more impressed with the grooming of my new furry friend Tucker who was very matted and flea ridden. He looks like a brand new dog. Very sweet and caring lady. Got me right in.
