Thank you to the Walgreens team for their patience and help during their Christmas Sale. I walked in around 9AM and I was one of the few ones at the store. I did not want to inconvenience the staff price checking some toys and clearance items, but they went out of their way to help me. The team lead Quinn, went out of his way to help me scan my toys, packed them neatly and check they’re all marked under the sale price. Keoni , another associate helped since the beginning and helped me carried all of my boxes to the car. You guys were stellar! Thank you for helping me!

They are rude!Watch out for the shift leader (white young girl), she thinks she is a warden and not a measly clerk.I have never been treated; so rudely in my life.Not a family recommended establishment, a lot of creep looking staff, work there, and could scare the youngsters!Stay away go to another Walgreens!

I give three kinds of ratings: 5 stars if it’s good, 3 stars if it’s mid (but regular Applebees people will be into it), and 1 star if it’s not good. Bro, this is one of those busted Walgreens. Waited 35 minutes for a flu shot appointment I made in advance online (so far, typing this as I’m still waiting lol). This is a logic and order-free zone. Understaffed and under resourced. Just go literally anywhere else. Another Walgreens. Another CVS. That CVS on Anderson Lane? Decent. You’d think they’re all the same, but no. I’m absolutely not coming back here again. This the type of Walgreens where they got a security guard roaming the aisles.EDIT: I went up and asked about a time check and they told me I slipped through the cracks and forgot to put me on the list! Do not trust these people with your MEDICATION of all things are you serious wow. lol I hope I got the right shots at least. Yo Walgreens corporate, shut this one down and star over.

The security guard at this location was so rude to me. I went in to purchase a bottle of water but needed to use the restroom first. I asked an employee, and she directed me to ask the security guard. I asked him and he just said “customers only”. I am a customer, so when an employee asked him to open the restroom for me, he proceeded to open the women’s restroom for me, and said “oh it’s you, next time go somewhere else”. That was so rude and disrespectful.

Omgoodness!, I have to let ya'll know that this store right here has a very interesting and pretty funny yet professional charismatic gentleman who totally made my evening cheerful. I was getting some items I needed to get and I thought I had my rewards card number linked to the phone number I have now, it turns out it was to a previous past number I have had before. He asked if I wanted to sign up this evening with the new number to begin getting my reward point. I really couldn't because I had my young adult son and toddler daughter and our pups in the car waiting for me. He made me giggle that turned into a laughter when he said to me about my kids and our pups. He sure my kids be well but them pups, they probably about to tear the car up if I take too long. I bet he be a joy to work with. Appreciate that co worker ya'll. I apologize I did not catch his name. However, I say thanks for a cheerful moment :)

Went to pick up an online order which said was ready to pick up. I was made to wait at least 20+ mins and then the order was cancelled as they were unable to locate my order in the pick up section. They shouldn't have changed the order status to ready for pick up, instead should have just cancelled it after I had placed the order. Wasted quite a bit of my time.

I feel like the pharmacy here is either not trained right or having major tech issues. I called to see if my pills have been refilled and I cannot skip a day of not taking them. They said they were waiting on the doctor to refill it. I went online and it was able to be filled. I did it online myself and called back. The pharmacist said the doctor must have sent it over just now. No. I refilled it because apparently the staff can’t even do their job. I never leave reviews, but the lack of help I received really made me want to change pharmacies.

The pharmacy at this Walgreens needs a new manager. I had a 10:00 a.m. vaccine appointment and waited in line with literally three people in front of me for over 20 minutes before being helped. Then even though I had an appointment I had to wait behind two walk in flu vaccines. Even though I made an appointment and did my paperwork ahead of time my vaccine wasn't complete until 11 AM. A FULL 60 MINUTES AFTER MY APPOINTMENT. Hilarious given that there literally were three people in front of me in line when I got here. That's how slow the staff is here. Meanwhile while I'm waiting I'm sitting here watching the pharmacy manager (who is there only person giving vaccines) giggle and chat on the phone. Clearly they care a lot about their patients here.No wonder working people can't get vaccinated if it takes this long.

The pharmacy staff is made up of some very kind individuals, but the pharmacy itself is incredibly understaffed leading to many delays in medication orders and pickup.Additionally the hours on google for this pharmacy are NOT correct. I understand if stores need to change due to extenuating circumstances, but these hours need to be reflected on their google business page.

Something about the pharmacist here just rubs me the wrong way. I’m going to be nice otherwise my review will be taken down. I drop off my prescription. I have a waiver because it’s a controlled substance. I get it it’s controlled. I’ve never abused my prescribed medication. I drop it earlier in the afternoon. They say it will be ready by 4:30. I am hung over so I’m already not in the mood to be out. I go through the drive through and the pharmacy tech says your medication is not ready, it will be 15 mins. At this point I’m like it was told to me that it would be ready by 4:30. It’s about 7:15 PM. She then has the pharmacist say something to her and she says oh never mind, it won’t be ready till next week because we don’t get it in until then. WHY can’t the pharmacist be professional and tell me this instead of whispering in her staff ear. I don’t think this was true. Pharmacist want to think they are doctors. I’ve been taking this medication for years. I’ve never abused it. Her body language and her face made it seem like she lied to me because she did not want to fill it. They need to get rid of her.

I live in the neighborhood and this is my go-to pharmacy. Everyone in the pharmacy is great - especially the two female pharmacists. They always recognize me and are always friendly. There have been some new pharmacy techs there lately that I have yet to get to know well, but they always work so hard to help me out if there’s an issue with an Rx. Keep up the good work!!

I worked with Patricia to get our medications for my 2 year old. She refused to give the package of his meds to me since she needed to see an ID with matching name. He's TWO- clearly he doesnt have an ID. Not to mention these are life saving medications that he needed. Spoke with her manager Enrique and he agreed to give the medications as it was not their policy and he seemed unsure as to why she was acting that way. Patricia wouldn't budge- fed ex also said this is not their policy. To put a mother through this that just spent 10 months in the hospital with her son... she doesn't need to work here. I tried to call Patricia after our pharmacy spoke with her (I hadnt even had a chance to talk with her yet, and I told her who I was calling about and she hung up on me) Very unprofessional and doesnt need to be working a customer service job.Formal complaints to corporate have been made by both the pharmacy where the meds came from and from myself.I spoke with the doctors at the hospital and they knew exactly who this woman was and said other parents have had issues with her as well. Super sad and I hope she never has to be on the other side of the counter as a mother trying to get her baby medication that he needs to survive.

Pharmacy staff seemed unorganized. Took about 10-15 minutes per person to drop off of pick up their medications. I waited about 45 minutes in line with 3 people in front of me. The line was very long I feel bad for those at the back. I plan on changing pharmacy’s.

Tried to get a COVID-19 vaccine here. Showed up on time for my appointment but there was a long line of people waiting as well who also had appointments. None of the staff members were willing to answer any questions about how or where to check in, or even where to wait in line. I waited past the start of my appointment and got near the front of the line but had to get back to work, so I called asking to reschedule and they said they didn't have anything available in the future at all, and that I could come by and wait if I wanted. Don't waste your time here, get the vaccine somewhere else.

I love their pharmacy! I have been using it for six years now, and every person over that time has been kind and caring. They are always willing to work with you or your insurance company to get you what you need. I only go their once a month, and the very nice blonde woman who has been there for a few years knows my name. I asked her how she knew my name, and she responded "I don't know... I am just good with names". You don't learn hundreds or thousands of names without caring about your work and your customers. Thank you for all you have done for my family.

So, as a transgender person you dont pick a pharmacy lightly. This place has been amazing in regards to keeping things discreet.I'm still very Male presenting but, taking a T blocker and estrogen. There have been many times where the techs could of loudly said the name of the medication to the full lobby but, instead showed me the label, or communicated the info in a sly way.So far, they have been fantastic in every way.Taking off a star for the unnecessary gendering by the guy who works the register most of the time. I know this is the south but, you dont gotta "Sir" and "Mam" everyone who walks in the door.

Great customer service. Something went wrong when I was trying to buy ice cream with the coupon I was using. So the manger fixed our problem and offered us some other coupons. My favorite part about coming here is how they welcome us in.

Had a time-sensitive prescription sent here, it was delayed in shipment. Pharmacist John (or Josh? Sorry!) called around to find another pharmacy that had the medicine in stock. He got the prescription transferred and filled in less than 10mins. Thank you!!

The worst. Closed during the freeze and did not transfer any prescriptions or leave instructions on how to proceed. When all of their neighbors were open or left instructions on when they would be, Walgreens left their community to suffer. Poor business

I was in desperate need of getting medication to my Daughter who started a new Job, She’s new to Austin and was not able to get back to San Antonio to pick up her medication, her Blood Pressure was spiking and we couldn’t get help from another location in Austin, you were cooperative, voiced concern and demonstrated a willingness to help as we got on 3 way conversation with my Daughter so she could find your location, Thank You, for going above and beyond, you literally are a life saver, any one with children regardless of their age knows how helpless you feel when they need you, and you have to rely on the kindness of others in another city.Thank You again, from a concerned Dad in San Antone!
