Go here if you live in an apartment and dog washes are difficult. It's a nice compromise between having a dirty dog and spending 3x for a grooming.

Great location to get higher quality food, supplies for your pets. The staff are generally knowledgeable about the products and very helpful. If you join their club program you get an extra 10% off your purchases. Parking lot is a tad challenging as it's right next to the Randall's so be ready to be patient with the parking situation.

Thank you Tomlinson’s for your exceptional customer service. The ice storm trapped us in our home and we couldn’t get out of our garage (thank you oakpocalypse!), but Tomlinson’s said they would deliver our dog food order to our house… the same day! We’ve been long time customers in the neighborhood and are often reminded what makes a local business special thanks to service like this. Shout out to Ellen, too, for the actual delivery!

It's cute but small. The great outdog had more of a toy selections and the Woof Gang Bakery had more treats. But this place has a dog wash and life jackets and beds. So cute if you're in the area but I'd probably go to others places first.

This place is literally spotless every time I come in. So beautifully clean for a pet store. Of course the products are one of kind and the toy selection is top notch for large dogs. If I did not live so far I would go here everyday. Planning to come back next time I’m on this side of the town.The staff is always super friendly and attentive too. Not pushy or too in your face either which is nice with all the pet stores you see out there today.

This is an awesome store. The staff is always welcoming, Texas friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about everything for your pet. Shop here, at a locally owned business, and you will never set foot in big-box pet store again. Need info on almost anything for your pet? The helpful staff will have the answer, or will find the answer. In my 30+ years living in Austin, I've seen many changes. The one constant for finding only the best for my pet is Tomlinson's.

We have a new dog and she is very scared. We took her to get fitted with collar and harness and the employees helped to calm her. They are great. This will definitely be our pet headquarters.

Really nice staff and the self-serve bathing station is perfect for my pooch. Take as much time as you need in there, and ue the high quality shampoo and conditioners that are included in the reasonable price (about $15) Best place to get my pup's luxurious locks to Glamour Shots status.

The people that work there are not very friendly and won't let you use their bathroom when they are doing dog teeth cleanings. The Lakeway store is much more helpful and friendly.
