They are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and you can see it every time you walk in the store. I will never go to any other location! Always a great experience shopping here. Prices are competitive with what I was paying online. I love supporting a local business. The auto shop feature is super convenient! Sweet staff, all have in depth knowledge for pet care and it shows in how they care. One staff member briefly yet thoroughly explained tick and flea spray, helping me make a mindful, long term purchase.In my head they must all be retired groomers or vets they just know too much for our own good.

I just moved to Austin and went to Tomlinson's for the first time to get my dog Winston some treats. I could not have been more impressed with the staff.Immediately upon entering, every staff member made us feel welcome. I was asked what I was looking for and had someone personally walk me around to discuss options. They were kind, patient and attentive. This will be our regular spot. Thank you Tomlinson's staff! You are all amazing!

They have a good variety of top quality dog and cat products for sure. But the best reason to go there is the staff. They always have plenty of staffing to help and who are happy to do so. Let them help you when you walk in. No matter what it is you are there doing.

This place is amazing. Great stuff. High quality. It's a little pricey but it's all good for your pets. They have a kitty adoption room and you can go play with kittens. I'm all for that. It's a nice big space where they can run and play. They also offer dog adoption. They usually have 2 to 4 pups that are available. It's a great place and the people there really care about what they do.

Love this place! Was next door waiting for my cell phone to be repaired and went in to give to some to their adoptable pets. Met Tyler, male cat, who was so adorable and petable I almost wanted to take home! Bought a big rawhide chew for my pup! Check them out y'all 🤘

We deeply love Tomlinson's and have been long-time customers for our two dogs (a corgi and a husky-heeler mix)! They always have the best advice and I have a deep trust in the products they carry. We love our dogs more than anything in this world, and we're so grateful Tomlinson's loves them too. Their free local same day delivery is unreal, and so helpful for those last minute needs that come up. That along with them having adoptable shelter animals in the store to help them find homes makes this one of our favorite places!

Absolutely love this pet store and the staff. Everyone is very accommodating and friendly. Also, they deliver! We had raw dog food delivered to our home every week, such a great convenience. We are moving back to NJ and we will sure miss Tomlinson’s, our pets will too.

Tomlinson's is the only shop in town where I know I'll find the high-quality, nutritious pet food that my animals need to thrive. Their service is top-notch as well. I've been going here for over 15 years, and they've never been less than kind, accomodating, and helpful. Also, my kids love the little "cat room" that houses kitties up for adoption.

Tomlinson’s is THE BEST! They may not have the best prices compared to Chewy or other online retailers, but if you believe in supporting smaller/local businesses this is the place.You can tell everyone here is a pet-person. They genuinely love animals, and seem to be happy to be there.

The employees here we're super nice and helpful and they walked me through the process of making a new id tag for my puppy dog. W had changed our phone numbers but I kept forgetting to get the pup a new tag, so when I found harbor freight was closed already, I went in tomlinsons and had a good look around

This is by far my favorite pet store around. All of the locations are equally great. Everyone is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable in store and even their online chat feature connects you to someone quickly to help. I messaged them about a food they don’t carry in store and they helped me get a special delivery auto ship set up within minutes of messaging. They were even able to get it to me same day. Can’t recommend Tomlinson’s highly enough!!

The gentleman that helped me select the CBD for my dog yesterday was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all my questions, concerns and gave me advice on how to administer it. I apologize I did not get his name but he was very helpful and I appreciated the time he took to help me make my decision and to select the right one for my dogs weight etc... Thanks again. First time here, it sure beats PetSmart. The staff guided me straight to what I was looking for (a water toy for my dog) and after using it out in the water I realized it wasn't a good fit for him and we were allowed to return it for a better option that worked out great. The staff was great and said the returned item would be donated to pets in need!

I came into the store looking for food appropriate for a rescue kitten that is malnourished. WhatI found was a great selection, and the staff was so helpful. The dedication and detail of how the store is stocked expedited my selection. I am now a member, and will continue to patronize Tomlinson's Feed in the future!

I am so glad I went here! This shop is excellent with a staff that’s not only super friendly but also knowledgeable. I came in looking for a good wet food as my cat is struggling with digestion issues and the woman I spoke with (I’m so sorry I forgot your name!) was informative and had experience with cats dealing with the same problem. Great recommendations! This has become my regular pet store!
