You feel good purchasing anything from this store because brands are ethical & truly in the best interest of all breeds. Staff is attentive & welcoming, Sam helped me find brands I trust to switch to for my dogs nutrition. She was kind enough to help me set up a membership & help carry out my purchases to my car. Exchanges/returns are super flexible which tells me they care about clients & their satisfaction. My new favorite place to shop for my golden! High quality service & product :)

The staff is always knowledgeable and polite. The delivery service is so convenient! Being able to set up autoship and have the items arrive so quickly makes it easy to stay on top of my pets needs.

As a long time customer that has spent a considerable amount of money with this establishment I am extremely disappointed in the way my daughter and I were treated while shopping for her recently adopted rescue. Treating me like I am an undesirable I preferred clientele and going as far as to demand holding dog treats at the counter with allowing me to shop in peace without hovering over me. After I made my $100 plus purchase this specific employee went over to the dog harness area were my daughter and I selected on to check and make sure we did not take anything. Our visit was discriminatory at best. At least there is Healthy Pets, and Hollywood Feed.

I’ve been shopping Tomlinson’s for roughly 5 years. I have multiple cats and I try to find the best healthy wet and dry food for them. Tomlinson’s has a nice selection of both and I am a frequent shopper. I highly recommend shopping here if you want to feed your pets a more natural and healthy diet. The prices are higher than the products you find in the grocery store or some other pet stores but they are worth the price. A few minutes of reading the ingredients label will be all you need to see the difference in quality of their foods.

Great pet store. The staff are always friendly and enthusiastic. I realize you might feel it's on the pricey side, but I feel it is worth it. Good quality pet food and toys. Remember to sign up for the pet rewards to save money, and ask them about additional in store discounts when you buy things by the case.

Tomlinson's is great! The staff is always so nice and knowledgeable about their products. They have a great variety of grain-free dog foods, and a huge variety if Fromme. Membership saves you 10% throughout the year and is totally worth it. Here's a picture of my happy dog when we're on our way to Tomlinson's.

It feels like you’ve gone back in time to a place in a small town that actually knows you and your pet by name, but everything is healthy, small batch and personalized. My dog loves it. I’d rather spend more here with people that love my dog than at a large pet store.

I’ll definitely be coming back to this well-stocked, fairly priced local pet supply store in the future! I stopped by for silver vine because I heard cats like it even more than catnip. I was curious to see how my cats would react and didn’t want to wait for some place online to ship it to me so I popped in to Tomlinson’s when I saw they had it in stock. I’m thankful to the staff member who recommended the silver vine sticks to me, because between those and the powder I picked out, my cats prefer the sticks hands down.I also bought a new dry food for my cats to try—the Fromm chicken and cheese flavor—and my picky divas love it! I have never seen them gobble down a dry food so enthusiastically.I got the sense everything was carefully selected and that I couldn’t go wrong with whatever I picked. The staff were also really friendly but not overbearing. I can’t rave about this place enough!

The staff is super friendly and you can tell that they are passionate about animals! I come to this location to have my dog's anesthesia-free dental cleanings and I am SO incredibly grateful and happy that they offer this service. I am too scared to have my dog put under to have a full dental cleaning done at the vet, and I'm so glad that he sits well for this procedure!

Do you like shops where people who work there are super friendly and will engage with you if you need it? Want a small town feeling where everybody knows your name? This is it. We go here for all our pet needs and LOVE it. It’s a family affair! When it’s time to go the kid and dog all load up and we all go because it’s always fun and charming. They have only the best stuff to keep your pet healthy and thriving. Love them.

Elaine was very friendly and helpful to me in finding the just right food for my fur baby. Explained about the different puppy foods, advantages of this one and that. I already had researched and had several high quality brands in mind; they carried them all!(The store was neat, clean, and very well organized.)But Elaine helped me find some things just right for my girl! She also gave suggestions for what to do when changing foods to help Zoe's tummy to adjust. I appreciate her help very much and feel confident about my purchases. Others there were friendly as well . It's hard to explain, but it felt in the store how Austin used to feel before getting so big. Very cool!

Love the helpful, friendly, knowledgeable staff! We go to the Airport location and have always been pleased with the service and products available here. Our dog has to avoid multiple foods and the staff helped us find several brands that met those requirements without breaking our budget. They were also able to recommend supplements that helped our dogs skin problems. The cat products have been great as well.
