The kindest staff took so much time and effort to help me find something my geriatric dog who hasn't ben eating would eat. They were down on hands and knees helping him try food or treats. I'm so impressed at the customer service. They've completely won over my business.

Everytime I go here, the employees are extremely nice and almost overly-helpful! They're knowledgable of what they have in the store.The store is also kept pretty clean and doesn't smell much like a petstore at all, with the exception of the bulk dog treat isle.Overall, very good place. My one complaint is that the cat isle is very small compared to the rest of the store but if you dont own cats, then it shouldn't be a problem.

Wow! Just wow! Excellent service today. I got home after sitting in 5pm traffic to realize I was out of dog food when I fed my pups din. I called the store and they not only gave me what I needed, asked if there were any other needs, and delivered both to my door in less than 30min! They saved me so much time that I got to spend at home with my dogs and family, and saved me so many worries on whether the food would arrive on time or not. Super dependable and amazing customer service! Keep doing what your doing! TY!!!

My dog eats a special diet that is only available at a few pet supply locations. This store carries this specific food and is close to my neighborhood so I like it. The staff is helpful and friendly.

The staff here is very friendly and they're really helpful as well! I used to buy my dog's food here and they'd always help me carry it out to my car which I appreciated a lot. The pet club membership saved us a lot of money on food but they don't carry the food we switched to anymore, unfortunately.

I love Tomlinson's as a whole. This location has wonderful staff and the same great supplies. But the physical store is challenging. The side door has a step down as soon as you pull the door open, but NO SIGN! Watch your step!

Staff are very nice and helpful and there's a wide selection of food. It's all premium stuff so it's not cheap, but it's about what you pay at Petco for the same brands.

Tomlinson’s stocks a wider variety of foods and treats than anywhere else in town. It’s the only place I can find both venison and rabbit based cat foods for my gastrointestinally delicate feline friend. They also hand deliver the exact number of cans I need on a monthly schedule and include cute little handwritten notes and extra treats! When you’re in store you can really feel that the staff is passionate about animals- everyone who’s ever helped me definitely deserves a raise for the kind of expertise and attention they give freely.

They have excellent quality and selection and the absolute best service. Everyone is super friendly and knows about the products. I of course love supporting local businesses, too. They also offer free delivery (maybe over a certain $$) and they have a buy 12 get 1 free special with most types of dog and cat food.

My go to pet store. The location is great, but if I can't make it in store the same/next day free delivery on their website is awesome. I went in yesterday to look for a new wet food for my picky elderly cat. An employee immediately came over and helped me pick out the perfect wet food, saving me so much time and money. Shop local!

I was a regular customer at another pet store that recently went out of business. Tomlinson’s is one of the few places that carries the food I need and the customer service is unbelievable. Anytime I’ve had an issue they’re quick to make it right. Free delivery is the icing on top.

I love Tomlinson's! All during the pandemic I've taken advantage of their same day delivery-- a huge plus. Now, being vaccinated,.I went into the store, and was treated like royalty. They let me exchange food my cat no longer likes for his current favorite. A great shopping experience.

I have ordered from this company a couple of times now. They have a decent selection of food and treats for the pups and kitties in your life. One order was delivered missing a few items (VitalCats freeze dried minnows). I emailed the easy to find help address and within minutes their support staff (shout out to Betsy!) Was arranging for the missing items to be dropped off at my door that same day!BTW, if you have cats, try the minnows. Our cats are insane over them.

I'd recommend every Tomlinson's I've gone to. Friendly staff and great brands in stock. Prices are a little higher than chewy, but not enough to make the shipping wait worth it.My dog loves nulo puppy food and we grab low calorie treats as well as no hide chew sticks. There is also a convenient scale to check your dog's weight.

Love they exist. Convenient and have the best food big box doesn’t carry. Annoyed by PAID membership model. Basically forced to do it because of the discount. No other apparent benefits so wonder what backend revenue stream they cooking up. Also you get free food if you save enough receipts. No employee will tell you that but ask.

Great shopping experience and nice staff, the products are all on the higher end side so if you want to get something more basic (basic dog bed, basic collar, etc), I suggest looking elsewhere, but if you want something special then come here. My dog loves a specific brand of bully sticks I’ve only found here so I guess that makes it worth it. 😆

Love this Tomlinson’s. Always an amazing experience here. Claire was phenomenal during my most recent shopping trip. She got to know me and my pup and helped me bring my order out to the car.
