I went in couple months ago and asked an employee about dog foods for senior dogs suffering from joint pain. The vet suggested a very pricey food for me so wanted to see if Tomlinson had a cheaper option. Employee was very informative to tell me it’s better to get a liquid supplement instead so I thought I’d try it out! My 12 year old dog’s life has been turned around! She doesn’t struggle to get out of her dog bed and has been running around like a young pup for months now!!! Thank you 🙏🏽

Went in to buy a probiotic for my dog who was experiencing stool issues, walked out with a brand new food recommendation, (along with the probiotic supplement) from April and other helpful suggestions for my dog’s overall health. Have not experienced such great customer service like this in a while, I highly recommend this store.

Stay local! Received a recommendation from a friend and definitely an upgrade from the big pet stores. No the selection isn't as big, but it's all top quality. The moment I walked in, an employee asked if I needed help and didn't just point me in a direction. I got a full sermon of recommendations and anecdotes for my pup. As a new dog owner, so much good information from a caring employee and obvious animal lover. I'm locked in!

The staff are the very best part of any Tomlinson's experience. They are wonderful and knowledgeable and very helpful. Tomlinson's also has a great selection of pet foods, supplies and toys. I love martingale collars and these stores have the best options for size and color patterns. High quality as well! My Pyrenees Odin has been wearing his for almost 4 years and it's still in great condition. 4 stars because pricing for food is higher than some other places. Their work with local shelters and rescues is top level awesome!

Originally I wanted to go with a big box store for my pet needs because I thought a small shop would be more expensive. But the prices aren't terrible and the staff are very friendly. They also carry high quality products.

I love you all! They feel like family everytime I walk in. So kind, helpful, knowledgable, caring and non-judgmental. Whether you are on a budget or have millions this is the best place to buy high quality food and products for you furry family members. We have 14 year old Boston Terrier that absolutely loves her Fromm surf and turf food! I highly reccomend Tomlinson's!

My vet recommended Tomlinson's to and their money back guarantee policy because, despite transitioning to an all wet food diet, my cat still insists on being dramatically picky and unbearably changeable.I've never had anything short of a lovely experience every time I go to Tomlinson's, and I suspect that will always be the case. The staff here are always so kind, knowledgeable, and excited to share their insights.Honestly, if it wouldn't be so weird I'd definitely just go hang out to make friends.

I went in there after many excellent experiences and noticed several unwelcoming work environments. I’m sorry for the handicap person who tried to help me find a product when they waved for a coworker to show me the product after a long discussion. They were so helpful and educated but to see them struggle to move to show me the products was unfortunate as they should have had better equipment to help them. Really sad how they treated an employee clearly handicapped.

Been here twice and seen different staff each time. Everyone has been super friendly and helpful each time. They have a weight scale behind the counter, so you can get your dog weighed while you're there - that's cool! One of the women helped me find a dog food for my puppies that fits my budget and has the ingredients I was looking for. She was very informative and filled me in on what they have and details of each food so it saved me a lot of time to find the right one for my dogs. They have good deals and discounts on dog food and you can be a pet club member for 3 free trial months. I signed up since I have big dogs and buy a lot of food. After the trial it doesn't auto renew, so if I forget about it I won't have to worry about it charging me. Very clean store as well, and well organized. Lots of selection of food, treats, chews and toys.

I don’t know why my review was deleted. They recommended an expensive cat litter while I was getting the usual one my cat uses. Then my cat hated the new one and peed on my bed.

The staff here is as exceptional as the selection. My dog is always greeted by name, even during peak hours. I can always trust that the items I find there have been thoughtfully selected. I never have to worry about the quality of am item. This does mean that the store has a mid to high price point, but it is by far worth it given the consistent experience.

This is becoming one of my favorite stores in Austin. Their service and selection in-store has always been incredible and they do great things for the community. It's definitely the Central Market of pet food as far as price and quality goes but if that's something you're looking for than this it.Since I've been staying home I thought I would give their delivery service a try and it has been nothing but great. Quick turnaround times, no sacrifice in quality, and very nice notes from the staff keeps the tails in our house wagging. Thank you, Tomlinson's!

I just started going here in hopes of finding more all natural products. I also didn’t realize it was local and prefer supporting local businesses. The people I have had help me have been so nice and informative. The lady who helped my today almost made me cry because of her kindness and generosity. I have a cat with kidney disease, and they have been thoughtful, helpful, caring, and kind. The store is a bit out of my way, but I am now a loyal customer. Thank you everyone! My favorite local pet shop in town. They offer higher end foods and quality supplies/products for your pets. They now offer delivery even though not in my zip yet... Always helpful, bring my bags to my car and resourceful in answering questions about products and my pup. Case discounts and pets rewards program helps keep costs down. Can't wait until their new store opens in Belterra.

They have many top brands of animal feeds and treats, more than any store that size I've ever seen. The staff are all very knowledgeable about the products, too. I've purchased dog food and chicken feed from there and will happily patronize this store going forward. They also offer a "Pet Food Club" where you pay a small fee to join and get discounts on your purchases and earn free food as well.

I've been here several different times thinking that the vibe felt off. I've gone back a few times hoping to get a different result and each time have left feeling disappointment with my experience. While they have a good selection, the staff/employees are not very helpful, nor very friendly. I'd love to give them my business. However, there are several other pet stores that sell local only, are much more friendly and helpful.

Absolutely the best customer service! The store is easy to access, staff greet you as you enter and offer assistance if needed. Shelves are well stocked and staff is willing to go that extra step to make sure you have questions answered and you have what you need!
