We booked a last minute self-service dog wash on Sunday. They only have one room available but it was spacious enough for our 100lbs shepherd & 45 lbs mix. Their wash equipment is much more advanced compared to other dog wash places in the area. We didn’t have to worry about cold water since the system is automated to rinse with warm water only. The staff also made our shopping experience pleasant. They took their time helping us with questions and they were truly a joy to be around. My skittish rescue dog accepted a treat from one of the employees, which he rarely does! That in itself proves that they are kind people and care about animals. We’ll most definitely be back.

The Braker/183 location had the best customer experience. I starting buying from here many years back, then I moved, so I get to try some other stores. I can’t complain about the other stores , but at the Braker location the staff goes far and beyond to help and guide me. And they recommend and gave me the best deals and products. So, I always stop by this store to buy food for my pets. Keep it up with the awesome job 👏

The two staff members who helped me yesterday were amazing! I came in with the most complicated request for dog food that had to meet so many requirements because of human food allergies and our dog's sensitive tummy. They were both so patient, knowledgeable, and helped me find a food! 100 stars!!!!

I absolutely love tomlinson's, and this location is no exception. Their staff are fantastic and knowledgeable. I love the customer service here, and I've never questioned if a purchase was a good purchase or not when I walk away from this location. Any questions you have, their staff will answer and if they can't, they will find the answer for you. I love the commitment they have to sourcing quality products for our pets.

We took our german shepherd here for a bath. It was our first time doing a self serve dog wash and, even though my dog is an absolute maniac, I can't recommend this place enough. We picked a slower time, thankfully, and got to chat with the employees and got some good treat recommendations from them as well. Super friendly people, nice quality products, and a great self serve dog wash. Thanks y'all!

The employees are nice and know what they're talking about when it comes to the products they carry. I love that the location is cozier than any of the big box pet supply stores and you can find what you're looking for quickly. Prices are on the higher side and I'm pretty sure my dog is eating better than I am, but that's okay. I love supporting local businesses and your pet will appreciate it too.

I always get great customer service when I visit this store, but yesterday I realized my dog was low on food and I didn’t want to make the drive after work, so I ordered next day on-line. Free delivery- so convenient.When I got home, not only did I find my order- dog food and a bag of treats, but also a kind hand-written thank you note!In this age of convenience, I was floored that the team at the store took this extra step to make this an exceptional experience!Thank you- thank you!!!

Prices are a little high, but you are getting QUALITY products. The staff is friendly and knowledgable about their products and are always willing to help you with what you need. I've never brought my dogs in (they're usually not with me when I go) but I've seen them give dogs treats whenever owners bring them in.

There's so much to this place that I love. Every person I have spoken to so far has been very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. They have helped stop much south my pup who has developed a severe food picky-ness. They give it samples to try and the 100% guarantee is amazing. I can't say enough good things about Tomlinson's.

Tomlinson's employees love your pups as much as you do! They're so friendly and have dog events at their locations all the day. The braker location has a bathing station for your pup with all the necessary tools provided and more! I don't have to worry about my 60 lb dog jumping out of the bath anymore!

UPDATE: Major kudos to the great staff at this location, I lost my wedding ring in the do-it-yourself dog wash; the Tomlinson's team found it and kept it safe for me to pickup later that day, nicest folks! :-) OLD REVIEW: Nice to have a location further north, same great service as the Burnet location though quite smaller. They only one have self-service bath vs. two at Burnet.
