We absolutely ADORE Tomlinson's. Our dog, Pixie, is a picky princess who only likes the freshest and unprocessed ingredients, so Tomlinson's is an absolute gold mine for us. Everything is high quality and delicious (for her!).We've been buying from Tomlinson's for three years and have never been disappointed. When we go in store, the employees are always friendly. We mostly order online now and having free same and next day delivery is incredible!

The staff here is SO sweet! I am fostering an overly excitable/friendly dog, and they gave him a bunch of pets and treats; he was thrilled. They have a nice selection of high-quality treats and chews, and I love that my dog can pick out what items he's interested in from the dog-height treat section

I am a huge Tomlinson's fan! Being a big supporter of locally owned businesses, I liked the store before I even walked into the store. The staff knows their inventory and has always been able to answer my questions and point me in the right direction. Plus, they offer free delivery.

I’ve left one review about this store but this needs another. So 2 weeks ago I had bought raw frozen pet food. 2 bags: The first bag I had given my cat 2 pattie’s and when he was done eating found 2 tiny pieces of plastic on his plate like he chewed them spit them out. When I had went to defrost these I had seen that darker blue (it was darker because it was still frozen) and assumed they were pieces of blueberries. So I contacted the maker of food and they told me to return to store..but I have terrible anxiety leaving my house takes a lot out of me. I did use the food but sifted thru every piece before serving. So last week open a new bag everything is fine. Until yesterday at night I found another piece of plastic the same kind as before! I put it in a bag cause I knew I was buying more food today. This store was way more concerned about the situation and super professional about it. My anxiety keeps me from speaking up I legit fear when things go wrong because I just accept the situation but I don’t want about her pet owners pet in danger. This store is 100% customer service friendly. On the same level as Chewy but you’re buying better quality food for your pets. I had to delete all my delivery apps to afford my cats diet. The coat he had the day I adopted him and the coat he has today are night and day. Please shop here cause I don’t want them to ever close.

So happy that we finally have one that is more Central. I shop here weekly to get treats from the Pet Deli. Staff is very pleasant and informative. I recently took my son with his new puppy to the Lakeway location and received the same -kind, friendly and informative. I refer people to Tomlinson's on a regular basis.

Excellent experience this morning. The Dr was very nurturing and attentive to my pup. And the young woman working this morning was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I believe I've found a new store for all of my pets needs.

I was very excited to see Tomlinson’s open a location in my area and had to check it out! Upon walking in today, I was greeted nicely and given a lot of useful information and great recommendations. This will definitely be my go-to pet store from now on!

Great location very clean, great selection and super nice staff. The anesthesia-free dental cleaning is absolutely AMAZING- the two vets doing this are just so awesome- I highly recommend them!
