I have been to this location several times this week.I did not find items that I needed.I could not get help from store employees, who generally didn't seem to care. Displaying little customer service skills.Today's visit prompted me to leave a review.I needed help in electrical, and asked the guy at the customer service desk to call someone to help.He just looked at me and nodded his head without saying a word.After waiting a reasonable time, nobody showed.On the way out I told the customer service rep nobody came to help,and we were leaving.He just rudly said OK and turned his back.What happened to treating customers like they actually matter ?

Went in to buy a grill. Had it picked out and everything that I wanted. Asked an associate for help and waited 15 minutes without anybody showing up. Left, went to Lowe’s, and bought it there.

Spent the morning trying to do a large order for delivery. Corporate was helpless in figuring out what was wrong with their system ordering online. Finally get transferred to person at pro desk of local H-Depot to try and do order over phone..... Mid call she says I'll have to call you back... I have another customer. 10k to Lowes and a waste of time.

I work in the area and this is the closest hardware store to me. I've had multiple bad experiences with the employees having no customer service skills. One time I needed to get some plywood cut ASAP and one of the older guys working the saw argued with me and didn't want to cut it. I then asked someone else and they did it no problem. Today I was looking for a specific circuit breaker and couldn't find it on the shelves. I asked a guy at the customer service desk if he can have someone that knows about breakers come and help us and he didn't say a word. Just looked at us and picked up his phone. Noone came to help us so we stood around waiting for some time. Getting frustrated we went back to the customer service desk and told the guy that noone came to help and we were going to go look at Lowes. He just waved his hand at us, said "ok" and turned his back. Does this place even train customer service?

I'm always like a kid in a toy store going to the hardware store 😄but H.D is hardware plus. I am in the process of remodeling and the variety of needed items this store offers is amazing. Not only do they have the usual but you can also find good deals on household necessities such as toilet paper, cleaning supplies, and such. The only reason I didn't give them the full five stars is trying to get help on the store room floor is like hide and seek. You can guess who's doing all the seeking.......

I Had a great outstanding customer service from your team name Moises, he went out of his way to help me and very patient and polite. He was busy cutting wood at the time, and with out Hesitation he helped me and greeted me at first. He also went to one manager for advice and even went to another to help us get our answer to buy what we needed and send our purchase to a employee to scan for us at the register.The team effort was just great 👍.Moises, was just amazing with his service to the me the customer and this is great for your store. Thanks 🙏 so much.I very much appreciate you.

This store accuses me of shoplifting every time that I visit, and it's beyond annoying. I haven't had one incident where they haven't harassed me and made me stop to review my items. Please stop racially profiling people in the checkout lines, and instead put some employees in the aisles to actually help people shop. Also, why do your aisles never have the correct pricing displayed? You consistently try to overcharge me, until I point out the display discrepancies.

It’s an ‘ok’ store if you already know what you need/where to find it. If you need help, unfortunately it’s hard to find someone who knows what they are talking about/are willing to help.They rarely have what I need in the store, so usually checking/purchasing online is a better time efficient way to shop here. Also, they only have self-check out and the person standing at the check out often doesn’t know answers to questions either.When purchasing online I’ve noticed they have a return option but if you go through the steps it actually only allows you to select the ‘in store’ return. This can make returning an item frustrating.

If you are a minority I wouldn't recommend this place. They racial profile all minorities when your in the self checkout. They immediately go and start scanning your items like if your going to steal something. But if your white they don't even go anywhere near you. We felt really uncomfortable during the whole process.

No plastics bags. Smh how i post to carrier my stuffs I got offer to buy a bag. We dont stay on one job site. I always keep droping my material at the job site. Imagine dropping the stuffs tell the guys here guys i going just throw these here because im going to another home depot run for the other group. I need that bag back No time. Make efficient homedpot. Dont give me more work or more stuff to worry like remembering if i put the bag on the car

It's Home Depot, what's there to complain about? It's a great store. I needed a microwave. Went in, picked one and walked out. It was interesting that they only had self checkouts.

Not happy with having a purchase I made online with a gift card I was gifted be made into store credit and limit my buying options. I was trying to get boots, y’all do not sell boots in store so now I have a store credit I cannot use because I have no use for it .

I hate shopping, but I don't mind Home Depot. And even though the part we got from them has almost caused two fires, they did carry it, so that's... good? 😅 Many of the workers in this particular store are very young-looking and several did the "don't make eye contact and maybe they'll ask someone else for help" game, and that's okay, because I don't like asking for help if I don't have to... and I didn't have to! I found the part I was looking for shoved way back behind some other similar parts. All the plants they put outside were dying in the intense heat. Stores are the worst... and the way they're "going downhill" in customer service, availability of products, sensible decisions, etc. is a microcosm of what's happening in this country, so I hope everybody's got their go-bag and some canned food. Oh right, this is just a Home Depot review. It was okay. ;)

Went to get some potting soil and have a key made. If your looking for plants, pots, seeds, or soil this is the place for all your gardening needs. The employees are so helpful some knowledgeable in the area assigned which is helpful when you have question. We usually come for work tools be aware they are popular for this and some of them are usual out of stock not for long though thank goodness for that. They also have some nice patio furniture right now if your getting ready for spring and summer and enjoy being outdoors. So many household needs can be found here at home depot so stop by and take a look youight just find something you've been looking for.

All I can say is Mark over at the garden section deserves a raise !!!! Went into the plant/gardening area to buy some plants but I had a ton of questions like when to switch the soil, watering schedule, plant food/nutrients etc. Mark was readily available, he answered all of my questions and showed me exactly what I needed and when to do it. You can tell he has a passion for plants/gardening and knows exactly what he's talking about.If it wasn't for Marks extensive knowledge, I would've only bought the plant I came in for and left. However, I left with multiple plants, indoor plant soil, plant/soil nutrients, watering can, new pots and cork bottoms.

I’m amazed how excellent the customer service is at this place. One example is Angie Pagliei. She was so helpful in getting me the perfect blinds for my home after I had dealt with an ordeal of all the cords being too short for me to reach. I am super happy with my replacement blinds and it’s all because of the excellent customer service that I received at this Home Depot.

This place was okay. We where looking for faucet lines to replace in my sister bathroom. Had to wait a while to find someone to help us. After several minutes someone finally showed up, but they were not that much help. Left there pretty disappointed. Not enough people to help.

Never do in-store pickup here. Been waiting 20 min and counting I’ve been the next person the whole time. One person at the register. Employees walking around seeing us and no one has said a thing or tried to help. Ridiculous.

I love this home depot and come here all the time for my diy needs! It’s super clean, and very organized.However, with that being said… the girl who has been working in the paint department the past few weeks i’ve gone to get paint is far from helpful or kind. She practically ignores every customer that comes in to her vicinity, has the worst customer service I think I’ve ever seen, and really shouldn’t be working anywhere that requires human interaction. Not only did she hardly acknowledge my presence when I was waiting for assistance and spent most of her free time talking to another staff member, but I watched her physically throw paint swatches for the customer in front of me on the counter before walking off when he needed assistance with no greeting. When she came back and completed mixing his paints, he asked her to swatch paint on the paint can to decipher which was what and she acted as though it was an huge inconvenience. Home Depot (to me) has always been known for its friendly staff, and unfortunately this girl, today and many days before, evidently does not uphold those company values in her position. I truly am sorry for anyone who has to endure the painful process of getting paint from her- because she makes the entire encounter a terrible one.
