As a totally and permanently disabled veteran, I came to her for help because my wife and I didn't know where to start with service dog training. She is a source of enormous knowledge involving the implementing of aversive (negative) vs non-aversive (positive) methods of training. She was able to point us in the right direction about what options we should pursue next and what warning signs we should watch for. A wealth of the right information, straight forward and timely. A wonderful resource.
