I love Sprouts but in my opinion the Great Hill location just doesn't measure up when compared to other locations, namely Round Rock @ 620&35. Sanitation is essential and should be considered especially in the kitchen area. The produce, however is excellent!! kudos for such juicy looking fruit 🍓🍑

Shop here!!Hands down the best selection of vegan products, produce and great bulk bins with everything from herbs, spices,nuts,grains,etc! And if you're a savvy shopper you'll love the frequent bogo deals and managers specials throughout the store!

Nice grocery store with a great selection of fresh fruits, veggies, great selection of bulk nuts, and dry fruits, plus meats. Well-kept and stocked. My favorite after Whole Foods Market on 6th and Lamar.

I'm so disappointed that this store is changing so many products to vegan. We all have our unique eating needs / choices, so why are 90% of the ice cream choices plant-based now? Glad they found room for fake plant-based squeeze box mozzarella juice. /s

Doordash driver here.While I've been there often and have figured out where the most frequent items are, I do need to say ..The layout and product placement of some items is chaotic. And I'm not sure if it's a merchant or doordash fix, but there are quite a few items that are placed in the wrong department in the app. Frozen vegetables marked as Produce. Shelf stable plant milks marked as Dairy. Vitamins and supplements are hard to figure out for someone that doesn't typically use them. Aisle numbers should be implemented. This seems to be the norm at the multiple locations I've been to.Also, at this particular location at least, the deli/meat department employees often seem like they'd rather be anywhere else and not bothered. I've even had one get snippy with me when I was just trying to work and fulfill a customer's order later than usual.

Great selection. They carry Evolution orange juice. Yum. High bulk food selection with lots of granola choices. Helpful staff. You can see most sections from anywhere in the store. Out of low sodium tomato soup. Pacific brand was good.

I love Sprouts! I can always find what I need! It's always very clean organized and an overall pleasant shopping experience. Good place for lots of organic and healthy food options, as well as homeopathic wellness and self-care options too.

A fine selection of organic produce that is often cheaper than the competitors. Usually less crowded than the competitors so it makes for a more enjoyable shopping experience.

Several times, once twice in a row for seemingly no reason at all my grocery orders were canceled. I get Walmart grocery delivery from the next nearest to me with no problems at all.

Edit:Went to get a sandwich, which dropped the review from 4 stars to 2: spent some time reading the menu, once I decided what I wanted, someone behind the menu asked what I wanted. When I told her which sandwich I wanted, she told me I needed to fill out a form. There was nobody but me in line. The employee asked what I wanted. Why would we need to take the extra step of filling out a for to tell her exactly what I had just said?On second thought, this dropped sprouts to 1 star. I told her to forget it & went next door to Jason's Deli, who took care of me quickly & professionally.(Original post)The new self-checkout needs some work; the helper can't modify mistakes from your register, they have to come to you to see what the problem is before going back to fix it from their own terminal.

Sprouts is one of the best markets in Austin. I heard one of their customer service rules is to allow customers to try a product before they buy if asked.I should have tried this. isn't that kind of an oxymoron...dried watermelon?

Great prices for organic food. Best value for money. Picked up rainbow carrots organic, organic beets with tops and fruit. Better quality and prices than any other store around. Photo is roasted organic rainbow carrots.

I love this grocery store. The staff is always friendly and the store is extremely clean. Great quality produce and regularly find good items marked on sale. It smells fresh and is never too crowded. Grocery shopping is my least favorite task but I actually enjoy it when I go to this Sprouts.

Today was my first time actually shopping in the store and the experience was awesome! I was looking for vegan ranch dressing and there was a very nice gentleman that worked there that asked me if needed help and he went out of his way to help me find what I was looking for. Not to mention, another worker asked me if I needed help as well, and I was truly grateful for their hospitality and friendly customer service! I will definitely be going there more often!

Have been here 4 times already. And I kid you not. Everytime we bought meat(chicken, ground beef, Steak) its all been rotten or gone bad EVERY time. So disappointed. They need to take care of there meats and raw stuff better because it is good store.

I first visited the store back in April when I moved to Austin. I found the store very clean and organized. The deli manager was friendly and helpful. I tried the prepared food and was hooked! The chocolate muffin was excellent! Fast forward to Nov and I just threw out the the Italian meatballs from the deli. They tasted awful, not like I remembered. Money wasted! The prices on almost everything have skyrocketed so I can no longer make this my go to store so no more muffins or prepared food. I was also disturbed to see the cashier wearing two masks, a shield, and gloves. When I asked her a question I couldn't make out the muffled answer. Perhaps she isn't ready to deal with the public. Very off putting! Moving on.

The store Manager Paul introduced himself to my mother and I and was super friendly and knowledgeable. He told us about different new ice creams and I couldn't be more pleased. He knows his store, the products and has amazing customer service skills. We will definitely be back to this location.

expensive for what it is most of the brands, at least 90% or more, are greenwashing and aren't actually that healthy for you. the organic produce section is tiny and most meats aren't ethically sourced. Most of the foods in packages are tainted with silicon, different heavy metals, seed oils, phosphates, additives, artificial sweeteners, and added sugarI don't mean to be picky but there's so many other great stores you could go to and also spend an hour looking at the ingredients because you can't trust any of the brands lol and you'll pay a lot less. Theres there's just nothing special about this location except lack of choice and exorbitant prices. The store itself seems clean and well run, but sprouts needs to decide if it actually wants to be healthy or if it wants to keep pretending. I'd stick to Central market if you're close to one or better yet a genuine farmers market/co-op

Amazing produce, killer dried goods section, fresh meats and decent deli. They have some hard to find items like all the Michael's of Brooklyn pasta sauces and tons of dressings... Maybe it's best to come shopping with someone you love, let them push the basket, share your coat when they're cold walking through the freezer section, holding hands staring at each other, stealing some kisses. Grocery shopping can be the best thing in the world if you just slow down and enjoy the moment. kudos to the wonderful cashier who listened in on our conversation about getting out tonight recommending how to get a babysitter and trick the kids in the going to bed early. I love that it's with you, my love. Love you ME🖤

I buy from this place very often and I like it but the roasted chicken quality is not good, almost no taste, this is the third and last time that I buy this chicken.
