DON'T BUY FISH FROM HERE!!!! This is the SECOND time this has happened. I bought fish from PetSmart in 2021 and one of them was sick, making all of my other fish sick, and everything in my tank died within a week. I thought that it was a one off thing so gave it another shot recently.I bought some tetras to add to my established fresh water tank and within a week all of my mature cichlids are dying. I'm seeing ich, fin rot, and cloudy eyes. The fish that were sold to me were incredibly sick without my knowledge and now I'm going to lose all of my fish!!!! There's no way the employees don't see that they have sick fish. Petsmart really shouldn't be selling live animals, period. I've learned my lesson the hard way. Please don't buy fish from this awful place

A beginner fish parent here. I finally got a tank and all the nesacary items and then a fish. The prices here were great for my needs! Also, the woman employee who tends to the fish was very nice, helpful, and informative.Sign up for the treats membership and get good deals and money back with points. That saved me money already with the deals at the time.The store has everything you need to start and maintain an aquarium only wished they had more decorations. There's a whole long shelf of really cool items of all sizes and prices. I guess I just wanted more specific items. Great, clean, busy, employeee filled store!

This is specifically for the grooming salon the rest of the store I’ve never had issues.This is my 2nd time trying to take my dogs to the groomer for walk-in services the first time was mostly my fault I showed up not knowing the walk-ins stopped at 3 (it was literally 3:15 by the time I got to the counter). How would I have known they closed at 3? Who knows it’s not listed with business hours. Today I tried to come again I called ahead of time to make sure my pets updated rabies shots were still on file and when walking services ended I was told 3pm. I show up at 2:30 to be told to come back tomorrow between 12-3pm. No official reason given the person just asked me how much my dog weighed (which both are under 20lbs), confided in someone that was in the back probably the lady I talked to on the phone then told me to tomorrow. This would unfortunately be the last time coming to this location and I will be taking my business to Pet Supplies down the street.

I always love going here. The staff members are all so friendly willing to talk to you, help you, and just chat about animals while they are working and stocking shelves.I also love how petsmarts all over really care for the animals in their store. I went here last looking for a new hamster and found not one but two perfect ones. The staff members I spoke with were really knolagable on how the animals were , handled, age, how they were cared for, and when the approxamitly arrived at the store.I posted a few photos of my small ones when I saw them in store to when I got them home and they are living their best lives and are truly loved

Disappointed with the grooming department. They have canceled my dogs appointment due to staffing 3 different times. This morning was the 3rd time. I understand there may be staffing concerns but there is no customer service on working my dog in at a reasonable time.

EDIT: It's quite evident why they're so bad. Talked to the manager, he couldn't care less about the store or the customers. The place is a sorry excuse for a pet store, highly unorganized, smells bad and poorly stocked. We prefer the Petsmart on Brodie, it's excellent and with great staff.They're terrible at getting back to you. I've called them multiple times regarding puppy training, and the staff seem very clueless. They get my name and number for call back every time, but still haven't.

Samantha!!! 10/10 for her, I will add the entire staff that was working when we came in was super friendly!! You can tell they love animals (which for our first time getting our 7 month goldendoodle puppy groomed) put our nerves to ease. We’d been putting off getting him groom, not wanting him to look silly and also he’s a very rambunctious puppy.. that being said.. She did SUCH a good job!! Extremely happy with how Severus’s haircut came out, we definitely will be having Samantha be his groomer from now on. Thanks again to the entire staff for being so welcoming on our first visit.

I'm compelled to share a deeply troubling experience at PetSmart that left my family and me publicly humiliated and deeply disrespected. Having prepared meticulously to add glowfish to my son's tank, I detailed my extensive preparations to the staff and my experience with tank start ups, demonstrating a clear adherence to PetSmart's 24 to 48-hour tank setup policy. Shockingly, my purchase was denied, blatantly ignoring these policies.The refusal was not discreet but rather executed in a manner that embarrassed us in front of other customers. This public display of disregard not only questioned my competence but did so unnecessarily and insensitively.Further exacerbating the situation, I observed other customers making similar purchases without facing such scrutiny. This inconsistency in policy application hints at a discriminatory approach, undermining the trust and loyalty I've placed in PetSmart over the years.The staff's refusal to provide their names added insult to injury, highlighting a significant lack of professionalism and accountability within PetSmart. This incident has forced me to reconsider my patronage of a brand that seems to have little regard for its customers' dignity and respect.This experience was not just disappointing; it was unacceptable. PetSmart needs to address these serious lapses in customer service and policy enforcement immediately.

I came in to the store at 4pm on 12/29/23 I had a bag of food, 2 outfits, and dishes for a crate for my fur baby. It came to about $150+ in sales. I was very respectful to the cashier. Their cashier then wanted to give me attitude(for what reasons idk) I then proceeded to tell him I was a customer I didn't need the attitude from him and if he kept with the attitude I would walk out. He then told me that that fine you can leave the store. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused to get his manager for me. So I went to my car and called and spoke to a manager.When I walk in and am spending money I should not be given attitude by anybody... needless to say I will not be going back to petsmart while that employee works for the company....Very disappointed

this rating is just for the benfield vet clinic there. I would give 0 stars if I could. They were not helpful towards my dog at all. The employees like to be smart with you and just not be respectful when I was just trying to care for my pet. Just saying if you go, I wouldn’t depend on them to help you.

I purchased these harnesses for my granddaughters (dog and cat) In October 2022 for Christmas. When my daughter saw them she told me she did not want harnesses for them. Now it's After Christmas and I can't find the receipt. It would not matter if I did find the receipt on Christmas Day because petsmart has a 60 day policy for returns. Christmas was already after 60 days! How do I know to return it if I haven't given it as a gift yet? I spoke to the manager and explained everything to him. I even explained all the original tags are still on it. They can be put right back on the rack! I didn't want a refund, I asked for a store credit. He was a robot and read the script! I asked him If petsmart counts the 60 days after Christmas and he responded no. Petsmart, not so smart! I will never buy from you again for the rest of my life! And I will be sure to spread the word!

If your dog is finicky about their nails don't bother bringing them here for a trim.Update: I think they gave my dog mange!! What a nightmare, do not bring your dog here. I had signed up for a service that was supposed to include a bath, a nail trim and teethbrushing. He's a nervous dog and they decided his anxiety was too great for the nail trim. Fine, but after that they didn't even attempt a teethbrushing. $25 to lather some cheap shampoo on him.Now 2 weeks later he's developed a spot where he's lost a lot of fur and it's dry and red, exactly like mange symptoms.He'd never had mange before. This is outrageous.

Today, was my puppy’s first grooming and I cannot express enough my satisfaction with the entire team at PetSmart at the current location.Miranda who took care of my Ausi labradoodle, did a phenomenal job! My puppy Mooshmoosh looked well groomed and happy. Miranda is absolutely professional and her expertise were shown. I've been taking my dog to the grooming salon here for almost 3 years, and they were great, until about 6 months ago. I don't know what happened then, but it's gone steadily downhill. They've canceled 3 of my appointments in the last 6 weeks. Then today they moved my appointment time without telling me, so when I showed up at my scheduled time, they said I was late. On top of that, anytime you try to call the salon, you get rerouted to some out of state call center, and the people working there have absolutely no information about anything. I'm done with the run-aronund, groomer turnover, canceled appointments, bad customer service, etc. I will be taking my dog somewhere else from now on.

Love selections here. It's Pricey however. Staff is OK this year. Used to be more welcoming and happy staff. There seems to be an issue at the register every time I go.which holds up the line for 10 mins. With only one register open. Overall good shopping though.

They are concerned about whether or not an animal will go to a good home to the point they will refuse sale while there are dead fish and rodents in their own enclosures. I am confident I would take care of the animals better but was dismissed. Go worry about the animals you’re killing.

Employee made myself and my service animal uncomfortable,then came out of the store and was taking photos of me and my vehicle on his personal phone. I stopped and asked him if there was a problem and he shook his head yes then moved quickly back into the store. Real Creep, wouldn't trust him around animals.

I must say my dog is a handful, extremely hyper and a bit unruly!!I was so worried the groomers would call in 5 minutes to come pick him cuz he was being so bad.That didn't happen!!! They did call twice with an update on the progress that was being made. They got him bathed and groomed extremely fast, as well.It's an actual miracle!!!!So, so happy and relieved with how things went with my "problem child"!!!Now my ragamuffin looks so cute.The other one goes tomorrow!!!
